A fun dragon age commission I had the pleasure of doing, I loved the idea of Hawke and Fenris at the Winter Palace.

I think the real draw of Dragon Age that will keep it going forever and ever is that they seem to have crafted these very interesting, intricate socio-political conflicts that you can find layers to for days seemingly completely by accident and fumbled exploring a single one of them to the fullest extent that they could.

if I were on a roadtrip and saw a roadside fruit stand with exorbitant pricing I'd go "this is highway strawberry!" but that's never happened so I I haven't said that.

one of the funniest things to me about Durge surviving the nautiloid crash is that Gortash is literally the last person to find out about it. Sceleritas Fel knows, Balthazar knows, Ketheric knows, Orin knows, all the true souls at Moonrise know and literally no one bothers to tell him until Durge has walked all the way back to Baldur’s Gate despite the fact that Gortash would obviously want that information and they all know it. Huge angst potential tbh but also objectively hilarious that everyone hates Gortash and Durge so much that they seem to just be withholding the information out of spite.
