फ़ टीचर
नमस्कार मै��� सत्यम् अधीजा आप सबका स्वागत करता हूं यक़ीन है आप सभी बेहतरीन होंगे।
कोई ऐसी घटना जिसे देखने सुनने मात्र से ही जज़्बातों पर कंट्रोल नहीं रह जाता। मन करता है कि काश मैं वहां हो पाता तो स्थिति विपरीत होती।
मैं बात झारखंड के सेंट जेवियर्स स्कूल धनबाद का कर रहा हूं जहां पर एक बच्ची के सिर्फ़ बिंदी लगा के जाने मात्र से ही उसे पूरे स्कूल के सामने थप्पड़ मारा गया उसे बेइज्ज़त किया गया जिससे आहत होके उसने आत्महत्या कर ली।
दो कौड़ी के तथाकथित टीचर की संकुचित मानसिकता वा उसका अहंकार हर दिन गला घोंट रहीं हैं...कभी किसी मासूम की तो कभी किसी की मासूमियत की...और हम आंख पर पट्टी बांधकर सच्चाई से नज़रे फेरकर इन जाहिलों की आरती उतारने में लगे रहते हैं...
ईश्वर ने विवेक दिया है...उसका इस्तेमाल कर एक अच्छे और सच्चे टीचर और इन जाहिलों और मक्कारों में अंतर करना सीखना होगा। इन्हें इनकी हर तरह की मक्कारी से अवगत कराना होगा और ये तब हो पायेगा जब हम झुनझुना बजाना बंद करेंगे कि टीचर भगवान से भी बढ़कर होता है... होते होंगे... पर सब नहीं...ये भी साथ साथ हमें स्वीकार करना होगा...
टीचर बनना कोई खेल नहीं है कि कोई भी आके बच्चों को रटाने लगा...टीचर का दूसरा रूप ही अथाह ज़िम्मेदारी होती है। किसकी...?... बच्चों की उनकी मानसिक और भावनात्मक स्वास्थ्य की। और इसे इन जाहिलों को समझना होगा की मेरी एक एक प्रतिक्रिया बच्चे की मानसिक और भावनात्मक विकास अथवा स्वास्थ्य का निर्माण कर रहा है जिस पर उनकी पूरी ज़िन्दगी निर्भर करती है।
ये जाहिल अपने ज़िन्दगी में ऐसा कौन सा पहाड़ तोड़ लेते हैं कि इन्हे अधिकार मिल जाता है बच्चों का मानसिक और भावनात्मक उत्पीड़न का..!!?
इन जाहिलों को कौन समझाए कि मनोविज्ञान नाम का कुछ होता है इन्हें कौन समझाए कि यही कारण है कि जब बड़ों में कोई बहस भी हो जाती है और तभी अगर बच्चा आ जाए तो वो बहस करना बंद कर देते हैं क्यों...इन जाहिलों को समझ नहीं आएगा!
ये मक्कार अपने व्यक्तिगत, पारिवारिक और सामाजिक ईढ़ स्कूल आके बच्चों पर निकालते हैं। ऐसे लोग टीचर नहीं मानसिक रूप से बीमार होते हैं और एक बीमार किसी बच्चे का सम्पूर्ण विकास न ही कर सकता है और न ही उसमें वो क्षमता होती है।
दरअसल मैं ये बताने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं कि ये टीचर के भेष में जानवर, जाहिल, और मक्कार होते हैं इनमे नाम मात्र भी संवेदना नहीं होती।
ये जाहिल कुछ अक्षर रट के आए हुए होते हैं बस...इनके अंदर कोई संवेदना, कोई सहानभूति, कोई व्यवहार... कुछ नहीं होता।ये अंदर से एक दम खोखले होते हैं जिसके परिणामस्वरूप धनबाद (झारखंड) जैसी घटनाएं होती रहती हैं।
ऐसा मत सोच लेना कि ऐसी घटना सिर्फ़ मेरे आपकेसाथ हुई हैं...नहीं...बिलकुल भी नहीं...ये बात सिर्फ़ मेरी नहीं देश के लगभग 95 प्रतिशत बच्चों के साथ ऐसा या इसी तरह की कोई और घटना(पाप) हो रहा है।
दरअसल इसमें एक और ज़रूरी एस्पेक्ट है और वो है मैन्युपुलेटिव एजुकेशन। बदकिस्मत से आज पूरे भारत में इसी का प्रभाव है। मेरे नज़र में यही सबसे बड़ा रीज़न है इस घटना के होने की।
हम अपनी भारतीय शिक्षा वा शिक्षा प्रणाली से दूर बहुत दूर होते जा रहे हैं और एक दम रद्दी, महत्वहीन, कचरपेट्टी शिक्षा को फॉलो अथवा गुणगान किए जा रहे हैं जिसका कुप्रभाव हमने बीते वर्षों में देखा है और ऐसे ही आगे भी देखते रहेंगे।
इसे रोकने के लिए हमें हमारी अपनी भारतीय शिक्षा...भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को इंप्लीमेंट करना होगा तभी जाके कहीं हमें राहत मिलेगी और हम व्यक्तिगत रूप से सतत विकास कर पाने में समर्थ हो पाएंगे
