"Well, if there is one thing the cooks around here like more than getting paid for their food, it's trading recipes. You'll have to be careful though, that will certainly get you a lot more food than normal money, on top of the recipes."

Alexander would let out a laugh before offering Chiharu a big hug. He was certain she would get plenty of the things she wanted. This city was one of the better ones when it came to bartering, as long as it was an equal trade.

Alexander would take about ten or so minutes more to find Chiharu. It was a bit city, but the sight of there mingling with other kitsune was kinda cute. He would get closer quickly and call down to her, thinking it would be funny. "Hey! Chiharu! It's been a while!" He would leap down from the rooftop to a clear space in the street, some people moving out of the way, even though they didn't need to. He would dust himself off before he continued. "I heard you were in the area and just Had to come see how you were doing. I guess the allure of this wonderful city made you want to try more new foods?"

Her eyes light up at the sight of Alexander and she offers a warm smile and a wave of her arm as she jogs over to meet him. "It has! It's good to see you well, Alexander." Her cheeks coat a soft red at the sight of him, and her smile only grows brighter at his question.

"Yes! I was hoping to find more recipes to make back home! I've come with some treats of my own to trade as well as some of my own recipes."

It wouldn't take much time for Kabartmak to notice Chiharu's entry into their world. He would have gone to greet her himself, but he was busy working on his crafting, so instead, he sent a message to Alexander. About ten minutes would pass before Alexander arrived at Ambrosia. He wasn't too sure where in the city Chiharu was, but he could search rather well. One hop up to the rooftops and he was off to search the city.

This entire place was still awe-inspiring and very much large in Chiharu's eyes, not to mention she got thrown off by the good-smelling food too. Heading onward, she tried to avoid as many people as she could, but somehow she got caught up in a group of Kitsune -- or what she thought were so -- heading towards a particular area of Ambrosia. Maybe this would lead her to where Alexander and the others were?

As for Al Kahin and Kabartmak, Chiharu has brought them fresh blueberry pies as well for Valentines Day. After all, it's not just a day for romance but also a day for friends!

Al Kahin would be overjoyed by the pies. Unlike Alexander, he had completely forgotten that there were gift days, but he wasn't the type to just eat and run. He would give her a gold version of his holy symbol, saying something about a lady in a lake and some riddle involving choosing between his own holy symbol and the gold one. He of course chose his own, but the weird lady gave him both anyway. He figured the gold weight would pay for the pies.

Chiharu has baked a apple pie for Alexander and is very red in the face but upon handing him it, she offers a bright smile. "Happy Valentines Day, Alexander." She gestures then for him to lean down before placing a shy kiss to his nose.

Alexander would laugh a bit after the shy kiss. He remembered that this day would come around again, and came prepared this time. . Or as prepared as he thought he could be. He didn't know what Kind of gifts were exchanged on which days, so he brought Chiharu an enchanted bracelet. A spell called Ant Haul was placed on the bracelet, it was a spell that made it so the wearer could lift three times as much as normal. He figured something practical would be nice, but he would also give Chiharu a little kiss on the forehead. It was only right to after all.

Winter brought with it new tidings as one like to put it. While it was always spring or summer in the forest due to Pan being healthy, he did let a cool breeze come in to remind those of what season they were in. In particular, today, Chiharu was preparing to go and visit the foxes in their own world, and as she finished her preparations, she let her will be known to the portal and with a large pack on her back, the Tanuki stepped through.

Now in the large city of Ambrosia, she found herself just a bit overwhelmed, but luckily not too so considering this place spoke her language; food!

"What, no hug?" Xylitol would chuckle a bit as he jokingly stood up, continuing with his sarcastic tone. "I thought we were good friends? I bet you'd hug Alexander before leaving his place."

"A busy busy girl you are, let's hope everything goes as well as you hope it does.. I almost forgot though. I know it'll eat into your power grid, but you might want to turn the shields on for your ship just before the storm hits. In case the winds pick up a tree and throw it against your ship or something."

"Sounds good. If you don't have anything else for the rest of today, you're free to hang around here. I don't really have anything new, but I'm sure there is stuff I've had that you haven't gotten a chance to look over."

"That would certainly be a useful way to spend our time. . So yeah, we probably should pick a time. It shouldn't be hard though, it's not like you've got much going on anyway." Xylitol would chuckle a bit and let his tongue stick out a tiny bit while looking at Kris.

"Don't worry too much about that, you can just use a translator or something. Tracing lines should be easy.. unless nobody ever bothered to teach you how to trace lines effectively.. could always just print it out of a machine. Then no one could recognize your handwriting."

Xyiltol would chuckle a bit and say, "At this point you might as well just hang a sign on their door that says 'i'm gonna get ya'. Given what is going on in town, I suspect you'll have to wait a day or so for that contact."

"Well, depends on how embarrassed they made you. If it was just personal, i'd say do it and be done with it, but if it was public, then I would go with something quiet. Make them sweat, only give them enough to form their own ideas. One day, they'll break and come to you for the answer.. The best part would be if you didn't do anything at all, but that has a very low chance of working."

"Oh?" Xylitol would spin around in his chair, pressing a button that would get them some drinks. "Making your own entertainment could mean a few things, but i'm going to guess you're being a sneaky little shit. Wanna talk about it?"

"Do it for too long and you'll start longing for a nice bed and a place that isn't prone to shaking.. But if you get a nice ship, the shaking will be reduced. To each their own."

Xylitol would finish putting things away and add, "Well that spent most of the day. Got anything else planned?"

"Depends on who you're selling to. Most of the time I search based on a request, but if i'm going out on my own, then it'll be mostly for profit... I would say try not to keep much. It might form a habit and hinder what how much you can make."

"Well, that's something you're going to have to get used to. It's going to be rather difficult to get you off world, but I can pull it off.. Even if they don't want me to."

Xylitol would start putting the dismantled traps away as he added, "I figure you'll take to salvage work like moss to a rock. The only hard part will be the list of parts you'll need to keep updated.... That, and the asteroid fields.."

Kabartmak would sigh and look around with his magic sight. He wanted to make sure Calcifur didn't leave behind any residual problems. The vault was done, and he was sure that he had gone over all of the basics of the fae contract magic with Librarian. He could probably go with them in a minute.

"I will join all of you shortly. Cross world teleportation is still new to me, so I want to make sure everything is as it should be.. I cast with haste, so I would prefer to be cautious."

The spot where Calcifur had been had the slightest distortion, but it wasn't visible to most people, and only someone who could move between worlds could use it.. The old fox would look up to Pan and nod to that spot, adding, "If you can see that, do you think it will be a problem? It should clear up in a few minutes."

Alexander would relax a bit. The old fox always seemed to have things handled before he got to a situation. He would straighten up a bit, then offer his arms to Chiharu, saying, "Well, all of that seems to have been handled.. I should have expected as much with powerful people like Pan and Kabartmak around. Anyway, I can carry you back to the shop if you'd like, on my shoulder or in my arms."

He knew she could walk back with the rest of them if she changed back to normal, but he wanted to offer anyway. He thought it would be cute.

Alexander would look around for a moment, being sure to keep Chiharu safe from whatever might happen. . It smelled like some strong magic had been used, much stronger than the protective magic Kabartmak had just cast.. Questions for later. He would keep watching the situation, to see if he was needed or not. Calcifur, on the other hand, was growing a to hate the situation. Being told what he could and couldn't do, some bigshot trying to decide who gets to have fun, it reminded him of a few things. He would growl as he said, "You don't get to decide who gets to have fun, or how they have it. All I was going to do was pester a few people, play on some insecurities, maybe poke at something I shouldn't. But no, you just Had to show up right when I was looking around." The dark fox's energy would start to surge, but Kabartmak would start casting something else. Calcifur didn't hold any grudges against the old fox, but he was a bit annoyed by them from time to time. . Whatever, let the old fox cast his spell. It wouldn't stop him! "I'll show you what happened to the last uppity Outsider that tried to tell me what I could and couldn't-!" Before he could project all of the energy he was building up, he would be cut off as he seemingly vanished an instant flash of light, having been teleported back home. Kabartmak would sigh before saying, "So quick to anger.. I apologize for the fuss, I didn't expect him to come through with Al Kahin earlier, otherwise I would've kept him near me to supervise him.. I don't think it would have been as easy to send him back to our world if we hadn't stepped in."

Hasumi and Hajime watched with a stifled and disgruntled set of sighs as Calcifur disappeared and Pan seemingly having handled the situation. The Satyr's eyes flashed red for a moments before returning gold, his head shaking. He'd need to rest after this having let his magic go a little bit out of control. "-- All is forgiven. You corrected the error. Just be careful from now on who you let through on your end." Pan responded to Kabartmak with a dip of his head.

Likely Kabartmak would want to ask about Pan's earlier statement on him being of something entirely different from anyone else here, and he would let him for his help if he so chose, but his gaze now swung to Chiharu who was lightly clinging onto Alexander's shoulder, wide-eyed, but alright nonetheless. Giving a look to his two blades, Hasumi and Hajime left with a dip of their heads, disappearing in flashes and jumping off the building respectively.

Chiharu spoke up then; "I'm glad everything's okay. Um... perhaps you'd like to join us at the eatery...?" Chiharu asked towards Kabartmak and Pan who gave a smile and a nod. "I'd love too, Chiharu."
