The shitennou being so malleable in personality and powers is both a blessing and the worst fucking thing I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re all so different in every incarnation, it’s like picking and choosing the best and worst parts of them. Take bits and pieces from fanon over the years, the 90′s anime, crystal, manga, myu, and pgsm. and it’s hard to figure out which bits are more true to the character that you want to create. But it also gives you so much creative freedom.

Sometimes you’ve just got to think of your favorite character getting fucked against a wall to get through the work day.

The scene with the Shitennou is my favourite part of Kirari Super Live.

Jadeite is so adorable, and so clearly happy to be there. And he’s so good with the kids, too. <3 

And just the whole interaction is hilarious… because it doesn’t really make sense for them to be there like that, especially all working together. And they’re clearly ad-libbing a lot, just having fun interacting with the audience. 

It’s so great. 

When I watched this for the first time was what made me really start to love the Shitennou as they are portrayed in PGSM. (especially Jadeite, he’s so sweet and cute here!! But Kunzite is also hilarious, clearly very good at improvising)
