FITNESS TIP... THANK YOU & YOU’RE WELCOME!
Not just IMPORTANT AND HEALTHY SNACKING but rather the recovery meal after your workout. So many women skip post-exercise nutrition because they don’t want to 'undo the calories they just burned. But getting a combination of 10 to 15 grams of protein and 20 to 30 grams of carbohydrates within 30 minutes of your workout will help to refuel your body, promote muscle recovery, amp up your energy, and build a leaner physique.

Sometimes we are so wrapped up in to what others think you about us that even when we want to compliment another woman or man on something you may admire about them, that you just don't. Maybe they will think you are a creeper, or a weirdo. WHO CARES? The only person you should care who thinks about you is God. Get out of your head, and emotions and start living a bit. You will feel so great to be able to not only speak freely and unconsciously but you will have also made someone without even knowing it, feel amazing. Maybe they feel the same way and this will encourage them to open up and be free too. EACH ONE TEACH ONE!

GLUTEN FREE VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Ingredients
1 2/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 cup vegan butter (I used Earth Balance), cold* 1/2 cup natural granulated sugar 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 Tbsp ground flax seed 3 Tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup natural peanut butter extra sugar for rolling, preferably course sugar Instructions
Combine the flax seed and water in a small bowl and set aside. Add the butter and sugars to a large bowl (preferably that of a stand mixer) and beat with the paddle attachment on medium speed until homogeneous and fluffy, about 3 minutes. If you don't have a stand mixer, grab a whisk and get ready for an arm workout. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the flax mixture and the vanilla extract. Beat another 2 minutes or so until everything is well mixed. Add the peanut butter and beat until combined. While things are beating, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix only until just combined. Cover the bowl and refrigerate 30 minutes. While the dough is chilling preheat your oven to 350°F. Place a bit of sugar in a small bowl. Roll a tablespoon of dough between your palms to form a ball, then roll in the sugar. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, then use a fork to flatten. Place the flattened cookies about 1.5" apart. Bake the cookies for 11-12 minutes until just starting to turn golden. Let sit on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool. Notes
If you'd like to make these as non-vegan cookies, simply use real butter and one egg instead of the flax mixture

So I have been trying to grow my lashes out naturally and have been reading up on ways to not look so tired even though I am full of energy. lol. But it seems I am right on the mark... Is mascara and falsies going to be a thing of the past? Maybe not, because we all feel beautiful with long lushes lashes, but at least take some tips to pull off the look when your eyes need a break and you just don't have the time to get that mascara wand going for an extra 20 minutes.
Backstage, makeup artists skip mascara all the time—"it takes too long and it's so fussy," says Gucci Westman; in real life, it's a product most women, especially those who lack naturally long, dark lashes, deem necessary in order to look pulled together. But it turns out, there are a few tricks for faking big eyes and lush lashes without it:
1) Keep a lash curler in your bag for touch-ups. "It's the new lipstick," says Amber D, Lorde's makeup artist. "The best is by Kevyn Aucoin."
2) "Opt for long-wearing eyeliner or really thin liquid liner to make the base of lashes appear thicker," says celebrity makeup artist Nick Barose, who recommends black for brunettes and chocolate brown for blondes and redheads. "Dot it along the lash lines and line the top, then blur it out with cotton swabs."
3) "Use beige eyeliner inside the eye for when your eyes are slightly reddened or you're tired and a little too pink. It takes away the fatigued look and widens eyes," says Pat McGrath, who did just that at Stella McCartney's Spring 2016 show.
4) "If you have dark lashes, especially on the bottom, add contrast and make eyes pop by tracing the lash lines with pencil in a pale golden champagne color," says Barose.
5) "Use a small angled brush to press dark, matte shadow, like Laura Mercier in Truffle, right against the root of the lashes to define the eyes for evening," says Amber D, who also swears by RevitaLash Eyelash Conditioner for full, thick lashes that don't need mascara after curling.
