Okay here's the thing. There are other gimmick blogs that I'm happy to see when they pop up on my dash. Some are crazy high effort, some have an impeccable premise.

But hasgavlebockenburneddownyet is the only one I follow deliberately. I sought them out, sort of. I learned about the delightful goat burning tradition, at some point searched for mentions on tumblr, and was rewarded with a blog that gathers relevant updates and sends them to me. So I don't have to remember to google periodically to see if anything has happened yet, I know that information will just turn up in front of me and I won't miss anything exciting. This is actively useful to me, thank you for making my life easier in a small but delightful way.
