I need some help with a few bills and necessities

So I got paid on Tuesday but after paying my house payment, I'm at -$0.69. I would had been okay prior to payday, but had some financial stuff hit that left me with a quarter of what i needed for my house

For bills my water gonna be shut off on the 26th if i dont pay $135, and my garbage bill is $100 (they only accepts checks which i dont have now). And my phone bill is due on the 26th as well and its $55

Aside from this, its been sort of okay budgeting wise. just need my car to also stop falling apart and get off light duty and back to full duty
