I hate working out cause the line between Pushing your limits (positive) and Pushing your limits (negative, injury) is so thin and I truly cannot tell the difference
#ran a new trail this morning and it was soooo beautiful#it actually went really well today#i think this was the first time that i feel like i could’ve ran more if it wasn’t for the fact that i have things to do#and also my foot hurts in a way i don’t think it should be so i’m keeping track of that#but i had like fun. it didn’t feel absolutely torturous
