Superset battle ropes with jumping jacks (5 min approx)
Knee pushups: 10 reps x 2 sets, 7 reps x 2 sets
Bent over rows (barbell): 50 lb, 8 reps x 4 sets
Shoulder press (barbell): 50lb, 5 reps x 4 sets
Shoulder maintenance cable machine: 15 lb, 10 reps x 4 sets

Man, when I was like 16 I got so sick of being made fun of for being the fat kid that I took an axe down inna woods, chopped down a tree, and started doing log-lifts all the time. I got strong as fuck, but I didn’t lose no weight. I actually got bigger.
Same thing happened when I got into fighting. I got even stronger, and I got *fast*, man, and nimble, like a cat. Still chubby.
Body-building culture is a bunch of crap, my dude. Functional muscle is not necessarily toned or lean. You can be swole as hell and still be heavy. And that’s cool.
Embrace your inner barbarian. And when fatphobic little gym twinks try to body shame you, you should DESTROY THEM with your MIGHTY AXE

My newest food hyper fixation (besides sola blueberry bagels): chicken Caesar pasta salad
- 1 box of Goodles pasta
- 1/3 cup light mayo (maybe cottage cheese would work? I just thought of that)
- 1 packet reduced sodium ranch seasoning
- lettuce to your liking (I used about 1/3 of a head)
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- used 230g of chopped up RealGood chicken because that’s all I had left
100g of this is 136 cal, 10.7g of protein, and 3.3g of fiber. Gonna be the perfect side to my turkey wraps or bagels this week!
I can’t wait for a sunny summer day to eat this by the lake or beach or pool ☀️

I drank black tea at the end of the day and got nauseous on the way to the gym so I just went home and did some body weight stuff.
Glad I still haven't learned my stupid lesson after 15 years of knowing not to drink black tea on an empty stomach 🙃
Anyway this app is so decent for a free app. Glad to have an option that doesn't involve thinking at the end of the day 😂
