Shoulder press: 1x20 1x14 1x12 @ 14kg (7kg each hand)
Bicep curls: 2x12 @ 12kg / 1x4 @ 14kg
Assisted pull ups: 1x8 1x5 1x7
Cable rows: 1x12 @ 32kg / 1x6 @ 39kg / 1x12 1x10 @ 25kg
Bench press: 1x12 @ 20kg / 1x8 @ 25kg / 1x8 @ 22.5kg
Done lower weights for pretty much everything and focused more on form and full range of motion, trying to perfect that before putting my weights back up.
Done my exercises in a bad order today. That was my bad because I was procrastinating bench press haha, but should've done that and pull ups first and then rows, shoulder press, and bicep curls 🙃😅 oh well!

Today's work out felt GOOD!
Finally!!
Anyway I gotta ditch using my runners for weight lifting. Do I just go converse? Help me out. Whatcha think? I need something relatively "barefoot" because the whole issue is that my runners are too cushioned and really fuck up my foot position/balance/muscles activated (and also I'll crush the shit out of all that good stuff that does actually help when I run).

Made it again! Routine is happening! Sickness is fading!
Weights on this are a bit fucked bc I'm guessing on both. Counterweight for the assisted ones was at 110 and I think I'm 200ish but haven't checked in ages, AND the bars at the gym are def not Olympic, they feel so light, so I guessed them at 25lb 🤷‍♀️
