Art is hard.

I used to draw all the time. Usually for personal things like "I want to play (show) and (character) needs to do (thing) but there is no place to find an image of (character doing thing,) so I would draw it. Was it good? No, but I got better at it. However, I've gotten distracted by other things and don't draw much anymore outside of my journal. I do it almost Diary of a Wimpy Kid style. It might sound childish, but it really helps me remember events (Now I've got drawings of the worst day of my life!). Anyway, the other day I actually got an idea (while in bed of course) of something that could be, like,

Actual art.

So I jumped out of bed, and scribbled a rough draft on the only paper I had in my room, a blank Music manuscript pad. Mel Bay brand, I believe. Thanks for that, Mr Hackel. Anyway, I drew a rough draft and went to bed. The next day I worked on making it better. (I kept using music paper just cus I like the vibe, plus the situation I was drawing I had previously expressed in song, so it kinda worked.) But GALL DANG is this hard. I have one of those light board things you can set two sheets of paper on to trace one onto the other, and I probably went through like 5 or 6 sheets of paper, tracing and improving each time.

Anyway, I dunno what the significance of all this is, but anyways art is hard but SO worth it I look at my little doodle a lot now and I might frame it.

I need help ID'ing a weird Tacoma.

I saw a second-gen Toyota Tacoma today. I don't remember if it was a crew cab, an regular cab or whatever. I can tell you it had an interesting blacked-out grille, with chrome lettering. It looked something like this:

The truck itself was a deep royal blue, with silver stripes and a checkered pattern. At the back of the bed there were some graphics, which appears to say "Carl (something) edition" in a very loopy font. It was over top of a checkered flag sort of pattern.

Honestly, I'm just curious what it was. Any help is hugely appreciated!

today our class taught our English teacher what a furry is.

You know, I think I could use more breast cancer awareness.

My plan for learning more in lives watching the Super Bowl commercial dozens of times a day. This is a great personal sacrifice, but I think it will be worth it. I'll watch it in the living room, watch it in the bedroom, watch it a whole lot in the bathroom, for weeks on end until I feel properly aware of the plight.
