First of all... what's an agere journal?

Great question! it's a few things really (or whatever you want it to be)

It can be a journal you can use when you regress, just so you can draw and do fun activities! mostly for artistic littles who like to make and draw :3 Or it can be a journal full of information on regression, specify your regression. listing stuff like what you do when little, your favoruite things, your boundaries. these are usually made for littles to give to their caregivers. or it can be both!

WAYS TO STOP REGRESSION BLOCK!

Talk to yourself in baby talk! I see babbling and talking to myself in my head or quietly putloud with a babys or childlike voice.. doing this makes me alot !

Bubble baths/baths! I looove baths, you can get so many scents to bubble gum or lavander for bubble baths! Lavander is my fav.. you can even use bath bombs! You can even bring some toys with you.

Baby lotions or lotions that smell good!

Smelling good and feeling smooth makes me feel more regressed. And its good for your skin!!

Put your hair in styles! My favorite thing to do os put my hair in pigtails!

Bring a toy or plush with you! You can always catry a plushie or toy with you that brings you comfort, holding plushies is a confort because of you give them a big hug they woll give you one back! Plushies love to protect you!

Play pretend!! Grab a cover and tie it on you to act like a superhero! Or grab the cover and act like you're a dinosaur or flying! You can have tea partys with plushies.. so many things you can do!! You can bark and act like a puppy and crawl on the floor !

Make a fort! With blankets you can build your own personal comfort place!
