I know that a lot of people don't want to join rps because the ratio is really far off, but we don't really have that problem here. Two taken males, one taken female, and an even 5x5 ratio with our apps as well. And we set our acceptance date at fifteen apps! I'm really hoping to open by this weekend. so if we wrote on our app that we're open to alien abductions, how would those work? there would be no warning when they'll make contact with you, right? would the main simply write you a message, saying that your character has been abducted and must disappear for a few days, or? i'm sorry for the confusion, i just wanted to see how that'd work since I haven't seen anything else like that in an rp before. :)

This is a very good question nonnie! You’re right in saying that there will be no warning when your character is contacted. For instance, you may get a submission in your inbox from a specified account that we’re going to make for the aliens, describing a dream that your character has had, or maybe there there is a piece of unidentified shrapnel in their yard that your character will have to react to, or maybe that they will see a flying saucer on their way home from work. However, abductions are quite different. If we want to abduct your character, we will message you and ask permission. If you say no because you’re really enjoying your plot at that point and you want to remain on the same path with no interruptions or something, then we will move onto someone else who said that they would be open for abduction and repeat the same process. Yes, your character could be gone for a few days, or maybe just one night? You could literally just have them unplayable for a few hours while it’s night time in the Alaskan timezone, and then come back. We’ll discuss that with you as well when we message you. I feel like this is a long answer, but an important one, and I hope that this helped anyone that was confused!

Any sort of specific character you'd like to see that hasn't already been applied for?

It would be kind of cool to get the type of characters that protest the investigation. Either because they feel that they shouldn’t dig any further or the ones that would rather remain blind to it, whether it’s because their religion frowns upon it or they’re simply scared.

What sort of characters have you received so far? Just so there are no repeats.

We’ve received quite a few believers, but the labels are pretty even so far. Ranging from good, to trouble makers. I don’t see a lot of repetition actually, it’s great!
