20 Funko pop vinyl Star Wars toys knolled and placed by colour. I tried to balance my colours by putting similar colours close to each othe and then balancing other colours apart.

18 item knolled in public at my closets Walmart. I went with Star Wars Lego because the toy section was relatively deserted and I thought that if I did star wars items I wouldn't get hassled by staff, as stars wars fans are know to be fanatical and do strange things.

This weeks Knoll was a big one, so big I couldn’t fit it all in one frame. I took 50 prizes from the MRU Squash open Tournament, there are 10 big racquet bags, 12 backpacts, 12 racquets, 6 shirts, 6 gym bags and 4 racquet cases.

Stretch Quest Social This last week was the Mount Royal Open Pro –Am Squash tournament. I am a new member of the board and this was my first year organizing and helping host the event. This offered me new and exciting social experiences, in that I was put in charge of Court Control. This was a very socially daunting task I needed to talk with many different players from many locations across Calgary and western Canada. I had to interact with these people making sure they were ready to play every game on time and oversee that they refereed the next game and if they did not I had to round up a replacement referee from the crowd. I also had to make sure that their abilities and knowledge was applicable to the level of player that was playing. Which meant I need to converse with them and suss out their qualifications and comfortability. Before you think this was an easy task, I should explain that I had to do this for 120 players with each playing 3 matches. This became a large social undertaking as I didn’t know many of the people playing. To further add to the experience, I was also introduced to Professional players from around the world and being a tournament organizer I was also constantly interacting with these athletes, driving them around the city showing them the local spots of interests and learning about them and their experience in traveling the world as professional athletes. My social experience this weekend was capped off when I achieved my referee certification from Squash Alberta. This too had daunting social demands as I was called upon to officiate on players that have vastly superior skills then mine, and make hard judgement calls on games. More then a few times I received jeering calls from spectators question my decisions and of course players demanding explanations on calls. When I was refereeing, my stomach was in constant knots hoping I would make the correct calls, luckily my calls were validated by my assessing instructor. Difficulty 4/5

My anti-valentines knoll. Five bottles of vodka, two unromantic movie, a vandalized card with hate scrolled across, a mutilated and decapitated teddy bear of love, a tub of ice cream to give some comfort, a single microwaved meal, a men's magazine, tinder on the iPad, two batches of condoms for any random's, eye drops to remove the red from crying eyes, lotion for a different purpose, a box of tissue for the eyes and a box for the different purpose.

Physical stretch quest

For my Physical stretch quest, I have decided to test my boundaries by enrolling in 3 fitness classes at Mount Royal and partaking in a weekly hot yoga class. The classes I have been doing at Mount Royal are two spin classes and a Kickboxercise. These are my first experiences with these types of classes and I found it difficult to find my motivation to show up for the first classes. Lots of the initial anxiety I felt about attending these classes was that I was afraid that I would be walking into a small community and I would be the outsider. Showing up for my first classes allowed me to see that there are some people who are regulars, but lots of people are there as individuals and are there to challenge themselves like me. The major issues I’m having with the spin classes is that the cycle seats hurt so bad; like super uncomfortable and I would buy a pair of bike shorts to add extra comfort, but my fiscally restricted life can’t justify spending the money. The Kickboxercise offers some other challenges, in that it’s a little weird to just be standing in one spot throwing kicks and punches in the air. These classes offer a good amount of physical activity as I work up a good sweat by the end and feel tired. The Yoga, on the other hand, is a beginner’s class that covers some of the more basic yoga poses. But I am more than challenged by all the twisting, bending and holds that a required. Not to mention the insane temperatures, 40 degrees Celsius is an incredible atmosphere to be in for an hour. After my time, I walk out like I have just gone for a swim with all my clothes on. All in all, my physical stretch is testing me quite thoroughly and even though I’m only three weeks in, I feel better for going out and trying something new. Discomfort 5/5

A tender teddy bear, heart shaped box of chocolates and a card for my special lady. A bag of Hersey kisses spread out for balance. And 12 luscious red roses placed to impress.
