essential soft skills for personal excellence
+ emotional intelligence: the ability to understand emotions (yours + others) with empathy and how they impact behaviour. without it you are liable to be defensive, self-centred, and experience a feeling of disconnection (from self + others).
+ resilience: how well you react when something bad happens. do you fall apart or can you navigate challenges without setting yourself back?
+ critical thinking: the ability to slow down and approach ideas with rational intelligence so that you can make thoughtful, considered decisions instead of impulsive, reactive ones.
+ adaptability: remaining flexible to the circumstances and cultivating the ability to deal with change (see also: resilience). can be more difficult if neurodivergent; they key is to be gentle + forgiving with yourself.
+ (healthy) self-discipline: doing what you need to do regardless of whether you 'feel like it' (see also: emotional intelligence, so that you're not ruled by your emotional state). remember that you can cultivate healthy discipline with gentle nurture that builds confidence over time, rather than toxic discipline that uses shame, fear, and punishment.
+ self worth: continuously building the foundational idea that you are worthy of the good life. without self worth, most attempts at self-improvement start with grandiose ideas of huge change and result in broken promises, difficulty sticking to goals, and a spiralling shame cycle.

Stop trying to impress people you don’t even like
Stop caring about being judged by the most boring, lame human beings ever (there’s 8 billion people on earth)
It’s immature to keep hating on yourself or others. Like what’s the point? It’s just making u miserable
Always give kindness and love.
It’s the small choices and actions you take everyday that make huge differences
Try to get into the flow state more
Get a diary and write all ur girly nonsense in it
Stop wondering if you’re good enough for others and start wondering if they’re good enough for you
You shouldn’t assume someone doesn’t like you unless they’ve directly told you.
Learn to observe and not absorb
Remember you don’t need to accomplish something in one sitting- whether it’s learning the guitar, crocheting, let yourself take time.
Even if you think ur life is boring and there’s nothing exciting abt it: would u rather mope and sulk or get unreasonably happy about the small mini things?
Life is 20% what happens to you and 80% how you react to it.
Be your own best friend! Push yourself on, cheer for yourself, be there when you cry.
Consciousness if everything.
You may be more inclined to reach your goals if you know someone else is depending on them.
If you don’t want to dwell on things, have things that get ur mind of it. Be busy.

Superpowers (aerokinesis, pain healing, some sort of Ergokinesis, telekinesis, fast reflexes, future predicting even if it’s just little events)
+ some telekinesis because I closed my door, felt like something was gonna happen and then the door locked on its own without me touching it…and you can’t lock it from the other side, you HAVE to be on the inside of my room and only I was there I don’t share a room
Magic into my life + my belief in magic
Attracting magical people
Lucid dreams
Stopping a future event from happening
Seeing stars in my room for a second
Confidence
Being perceived as beautiful
seeing my aura without practicing AT ALL
Money (this manifestation happened three times without me thinking much like not kidding OMFL)
Feeling like a master manifestor and shifter
Feeling motivated to script
Slight height increase
Being a chaos witch (not the marvel version, the belief version) + maybe a familiar too???? I was meditating and I randomly had a vision and thought simultaneously “black cat” and then some ‘time’ later (not the same day) I hear a cat outside my room at night)
Forgetting about my horrible past (not completely because it was a learning experience but I just don’t think about it like I used to)
A mini Disney princess nature expirience that made me cry
Attracting birds + my connection to my element (wind/air)

Paranormal activity (not the door locking)

And what’s crazy is that sometimes I compare my manifestations to people who manifested fairies or went into the void and I beat myself down…
Even if it was little, even if it was such a little thing compared to these other manifestations you see on YouTube and tumblr and shit.

That might not take a lot of bravery in the eyes of many loa people but on a world we’re less than 1% know and believe and USE this shit?? Everyone thinks we are Kookoo for cocopuffs for believing in this what they call “delusional witchcraft” or whatever.
You stared them right in the face and said “fuck you I don’t care, I HAVE A CHANCE to get what I want! And I fucking will!”
It took a lot of bravery to do that, this world is full of copy cats. You stand out! You’re you! You’re original, you are MAGICAL!
So yeah august 26th I’m heading to college…I want everyone who Is scared of change, scared of outcome, scared of it all to do me a favor okay?
Manifest it all! Conquer the world!

Tell me if this sounds familiar,
You wake up every morning and a pit settles in your stomach because you "don't have it yet".
Despite the fact that you haven't left your bed and the only evidence you have to that claim is you woke up and immediately assumed your desire hadn't manifested.
You assumed your desired face hasn't manifested despite not having looked in the mirror.
You assumed you don't have the money to buy that super cute thing you saw despite not checking your bank account.
You assumed your SP hates you despite the fact you haven't spoken to them.
You SWEAR up and down you haven't been checking the 3D but if that's the case how do you know it hasn't manifested?
You, right now, are operating under the assumption that it isn't working. Then when the 3D proves it to you, because it's job is to provide evidence of your assumptions, you throw a fit.
You seek out advice, methods, motivation, because you assume that you don't have it/can't manifest it.

I say this with love, a lot of you only persist when it's easy. Persistence MEANS you continue in the face of difficulty.
Assumption is knowing that regardless of what you're shown you already have your desire.
If your assumption ends when the 3D says otherwise, it is not an assumption.
If your persistence ends when you face obstacles, it is not persistence.
If you stop persisting when the 3D shows you what you don't want, by definition, you are not persisting.
If you stop persisting when you feel discouraged, by definition, you are not persisting.
If you want it, view the world as if you already have it, no matter what happens.
Think as if you have it, even in the face of difficulty.

Do you know why Abdullah slammed the door in Nevilles face? Do you know WHY all there was to say was "you are already in Barbados"?
Because that's IT. YOU HAVE IT. That is all. Bloggers are trying to help but at some point you will have nothing to learn, because there is no more advice to give.
You keep getting the same advice because you keep making the same mistake.

method · using placebos
there are many methods and techniques to use to help you manifest your desires. in this post, i want to talk about placebos, what they are, how you can use them to your advantage and why they work in the first place!
definition
in a medical context, a placebo usually depicts some sort of substance or treatment that appears to be real, but isn't. for example, patients are given pills that may look, smell and taste like their actual pills, but aren't. when patients take these pills and experience a positive result, the results cannot be attributed to the medicine (here, placebo) itself, so as a consequence, they have to be due to the patient's belief in the substance. this is called a placebo effect.
in the context of manifestation, a placebo equals a self-determined meaning that is attached to an act or an object of your choice. using a placebo in order to manifest simply means that you get to decide which meaning you want to assign to a certain activity.
examples
here are placebos that people use when manifesting:
affirming all day makes you manifest faster.
drinking water helps you grow taller.
breathing air proves that your sp loves you.
and here are placebos that aren't necessarily viewed as placebos but as "logical consequences" of your reality:
learning 3 hours a day makes you smarter.
eating sweet snacks harms your health.
earning money is exhausting and tiring.
functioning
technically speaking, everything is a placebo as everything is a result of BELIEF. due to the law of assumption, everything that HAS happened, that IS currently happening and that WILL happen can be traced back to YOUR beliefs. your belief system creates your world. therefore, you have always assigned your OWN meaning and outcome to the contents of your reality. moreover, nothing in your world has its own original definition or purpose. all things are definitely defined by you.
conditioning
some placebos simplify manifesting for you whereas some only condition your desires. conditioning, in this case, means that you believe you have to do a certain act first before your desire can even manifest. these conditions can either be mental (for example, believing you have to think positively all the time in order to manifest your desire) or physical (for example, believing you have to work out in order to manifest your desired body).
applying
after all, using a placebo is just an unconventional manner to ascribe a way of functioning to a specific event. they exist to for you to come up with your own manifestation rules and regulations that shall ease the process. remember, YOU make the rules and only YOUR beliefs create!
