The first time Emily/Amanda married, she went on a boat to spend her honeymoon, her husband shot her, she get thrown over the gunwale and almost died.

• the first time baby mar’i starts flying it’s in wayne manor. dick and kory are in the other room and the batkids are looking after mar’i and the mood goes from ‘oh she’s so cute!’ to ‘holy shit she’s gonna fly into the chandelier quick guys we have to do something’ ‘let’s make a human chain and try to grab her’

      • steph ends up with a broken arm

• jason and steph teach mar’i how to do the puppy face and then use it on bruce to get whatever they want because even the GODDAMN BATMAN can’t deny the puppy face of his granddaughter. new costume? puppy face. guns? puppy face. 

• mar’i loves baking with her great grandpa alfred. their favourite thing to make is cookies.

• angry five-year-old mar’i starbolts jason when he accidentally reveals that santa isn’t real. tim’s just laughing in the corner ‘what happens when you tell her about the easter bunny?’ and gets starbolted too. dick and kory aren’t happy with mar’i but steph finds the whole situation hilarious.

• batboys all arguing over who mar’i’s favorite uncle is. duke’s argument is that mar’i always goes to him first when she wants to play with someone but that argument is dismissed because ‘just because she always sees you first duke doesn’t mean she wants to play with you all the time, tt.’

• dick and kory get pissed when mar’i starts using swear words. ‘but i heard uncle jay say it!’

• mar’i always goes to cass for snuggles because she gives the best ones. steph agrees 100%.

• everybody tries to buy the best christmas and birthday presents for mar’i and it becomes a running competition. bruce won last year because for mar’i’s birthday he got her a ‘unicorn’ (he just stuck a glittery horn onto a pony). babs won both 2 years before.

• cass plays dress up superheroes with mar’i. cass is batman and mar’i is her robin.
