Idea
Wow I haven’t had one of those in a while
Anyway, would ya’ll be interested in seeing a short (kinda dark) version of Peter Pan centered around brotherhood, growing up, and dealing with reality?
Ya kno, instead of the romance and stuff?
Idk, just thought I’d switch it up after taking such a long break
But in the mean time, I’ll still post the regular :) (currently on an enemies to lovers fantasy high)

Post-Summoning
Hey ya’ll! I know it’s been forever since I’ve posted, but I thought ya’ll would enjoy this little excerpt from a story I’ve been plotting! For context, this scene takes place after a major event (the summoning of the main antagonist) and Cyrus was the one to summon it. I hope that helps this excerpt make a bit more sense, but anyways, on with the scene!
word count: 925
As Elle was reading her book, Jae bursted through the door.
“He’s awake.”
The two were nearly running by the time they reached the door. Skidding to a halt, they slammed open the door to find Cyrus and Kai yelling at each other while Alain was shouting for them to keep it down.
“I don’t care what your medics said, I’m fine! And I’m not taking shit from you lot!” Cyrus yelled, yanking on his jacket.
“Oh, right, because it’s our fault that you summoned Ciaran! Whatever, do whatever you want, it’s not my responsibility.” Kai huffed stormed out of the room, pushing through Elle and Jae.
Cyrus looked between the three of them before storming to the other side of the room, looking out the window and fidgeting out of frustration.
Alain, upon noticing the two of them said, “You know what? You two can take care of this.” With that, he pushed himself out of the chair and walked out.
Jaedyn, looking between the seething Cyrus and the door, he made a quick choice, “Uh, I’ll go um... I’ll go talk to them,” he said, before rushing out the door.
Finding herself suddenly alone with Cyrus, she took a step forward before cautiously closing the door behind her.
Cyrus stood at the window overlooking the setting sun. “If you’re going to tell me that I was stupid for summoning it,” he said the last bit with more malice, if that’s even possible, “you’d have better luck saving your breath. I’ve gotten told what I already knew plenty enough,” he said, tightening his fist.
Walking over to stand next to him, she sighed. The two of them watched as the light of the sun slowly fell, a thick barrier of deafening silence stood between them. ...
“I’m sorry.”
“What?”
Cyrus stepped back, his eyebrows raised.
“I said, I’m sorry.”
His brow furrowed, “For what?”
Elle took a deep breath, “Everything. For how things are- for what they were, for the things they said, what I’ve said- I- I’m sorry that things got to that point.” Elle didn’t dare take her eyes away from the sunset as she said that last part.
Cyrus blinked. Then a few times more. Then a few times more after that.
“What?”
“I said I’m-“
“No, I heard you the first time. I’m saying, what the actual hell are you talking about?” he said, still utterly confused.
“What, do you need me to spell it out? If things weren’t the way they were, you wouldn’t have needed to even summon it in the first place! There was so much more I could’ve done, and I just- I-“ Elle sniffled, as tears began to slide down her cheeks, “Wow- okay, um, sorry about this- just, um- gimme sec,” she said, weakly laughing it off. Turning back away from him to face the window, Elle tried to recollect herself, though the tears simply continued to fall.
“Whoa- okay, shit- I- just, God- stop crying! That wasn’t your fault. I mean, if we’re being honest here, I should be the one apologizing to you! I mean, well shit, I was the one that summoned the damn thing in the first place!” he said, trying his best to comfort her.
“I know- I know, I’m being stupid,” she said, wiping her eyes, “I just- I feel awful, because I know I could’ve done something to stop you. I mean- shit, watching you summon that thing had to have been the scariest thing I think I’ve ever seen.”
Cyrus was taken aback, unable to find words that could possibly express what he was thinking. So, he did the only thing he could think of; he grabbed her, and pulled her into a tight hug.
Elle gripped him as though she never would again. And, she, despite her efforts, continued to sob into him, as images of the summoning flashed through her head. The experience had struck her in a way that she never wanted to feel again. So she held him, and held him tight- so that in some way it would, somehow- at least for a while, repair what damage had been done.
The two of them stood there, locked in an embrace. For a moment, the world was nothing but the two of them; no battle, no Ciaran, no hate. Just them, together and lost in the silence.
As Elle’s sobs became less and less intense, Cyrus seemed to find his words. So, he shifted the two of them so he could speak a bit better.
“Look, what I did wasn’t your fault. It was my decision. So stop blaming yourself for what happened. Yeah, it hurt like hell. But I’m still here. And hey, it’s gonna take more than that to get me out of here,” he said, laughing lightly.
At that, she slowly let go, giving a weak laugh. The two of them looked at each other before laughing again. The thought that they’d end up standing in a hospital room crying and hugging would’ve been laughable a few hours ago, but nonetheless there they were.
“We should probably get ready for bed then, huh?” Elle said, still sniffling, but smiling all the same.
Cyrus wiped his eyes, “Yeah, I guess so... Wait- actually, I think I need to, uh, apologize, to the others,” he said, laughing nervously.
“That would make sense,” she said with a small laugh, “You want me to come with you?”
“Actually, I think this one I might have to do on my own,” he said squeezing her hand, “But thanks for offering. And for- well, everything.”
She paused, before squeezing back with a smile, “Yeah, of course.”
{That’s it! Let me know if ya’ll are interested in seeing more of this story; I’m still plotting it out, but scenes like this are always fun to write!}

Solitary Confinement
~This is just a quick little horror story I thought about while watching Buzzfeed Unsolved, let me know what ya’ll think~
Okay, but wouldn’t it just be absolutely freaking horrifying if like you went to an abandoned jail, and for fun, you go into one of the cells and just sit on the bed. And then for whatever reason, the door to the cell just slams. So you’re freaking out, and you go to call your partner, per usual. Turns out, there’s no cell service. So you start shouting, screaming, anything to get your friend’s attention. No audible response. You hear footsteps making their way to your cell, you assume it is your partner. You call out to them again. No answer. The footsteps continue. Suddenly, you start to hear pounding on the walls of the cell around you, as though there are people on both sides. You shoot up and run to the door, pounding on it, screaming for someone to come help. The footsteps are approaching. You try looking out of the small window. Nothing, no sign of anyone. You feel a gust of wind breeze past your shoulder. Spinning around to look behind you, you feel a striking pain in your head as though something had hit you over the head. Crumpling to the ground, you felt yourself fading in and out of consciousness. Through the shooting pain, you see a pair of what seems to be working boots step into your view. You’re horrified, but you have seconds to realize what you’re looking at before you feel another blow to your head, knocking you completely out.
Maybe you wake up
Maybe you don’t.
Maybe they’ll let your team find you
Maybe they won’t.
Remember, it’s solitary.

And in case you don’t feel like checking the og post
The tags were just me begging for prompts or ideas (either through tagging me or dmimg me)
So yeah,
Have a great day loves,
Love ya’ll
writers block my dudes
Best and worst advice i’ve recieved for writings block? (curtesy of my acting teacher)
“When you need ideas for what to write, get something that you can write it down with, and then just start writing anything that pops into your head”
Okay
Makes sense
Until you realize that the ‘ideas’ that are currently popping into my head are more like blobs of inconsequential nothings that have no real form or content, and are instead little vague ideas of what I want to do with no distinct part of it that tells me what I actually want to do, and therefore I now sit here doing nothing, before eventually giving up and scrolling through more of tumblr until my eyes are burning

Reactions
He was expecting tears. Getting yelled at. Hell, even getting hit. Something.
But no.
She was silent, unmoving, and her face remained expressionless.
She stared off at some object behind him, as he waited expectantly.
“Okay,” she said, still not changing her gaze.
“Okay? That’s it? You’re not gonna yell at me or something?” he said, his eyebrows pressed in confusion.
“Why should I?”
Her eyes looked glazed over as she spoke, as though her mind was in some distant, far off place.
He rocked back and forth, searching for the words. He had planned for her to do something. He had planned for a fight. But he hadn’t prepared for this.
“Look, I- I'll just, um- I'll just go, then,” he said, his nerves building within him as he tried to come up with something.
Grabbing his phone and shoving it hastily in his pocket, along with his wallet and keys, he made his way to the apartment door. Taking a look back at her, he saw her there, still standing in the kitchen. He closed the door and trudged out into the hallway, making his way back to his car.
Hearing the door slam shut, she blinked a few times, bringing herself back into reality.
She felt strange. She had seen plenty of romance movies, and she knew exactly where they were in the plot. The guy breaks up with the girl, and as soon as he leaves, she breaks out in tears, crying over their failed relationship.
But she didn’t feel that?
She knew she was upset. She had felt that from the moment the words had left his lips. But she didn’t feel like crying. It was more like a deeper feeling, one that welled up in the pit of her stomach and got caught in her chest, and made moving feel impossible. It made the very thought of doing anything other than standing there in that kitchen seem like carrying the very sky itself, yet it seemed to be the last thing that she wanted to do. If anything, she wanted to leave. She wanted to go, do something else, think about something else. But she couldn’t.
Taking a shallow, shaky breath, she forced herself to move, bringing herself around to the counter. Grabbing her phone, wallet, and keys, she threw on a jacket and stepped out into the hallway, taking another deep breath before closing the door behind her.
She would not let him do this to her. She would not let him rule her life, despite how much it hurt for her to try to take back control of her own.

Midnight Cuddles
Summary: You can’t sleep, so you go to your friend Bakugou for help, though it’s a bit more than what you were expecting.
Word Count: 1,571
Genre: Fluff
Warnings: None
A/N: Hey ya’ll! I haven’t posted in a really, really, really long time, but here ya go! Let me know what you think! (Also, I’ve been meaning to write this for a very long time, but never got around to it. Super happy I finally did!)
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
As much as you loved it here at UA, it had officially screwed you up.
Within a few days, you have somehow managed to go from great eating habits and sleep schedule to living off Bang, Monster energy drinks, and black coffee while getting somewhere around 2 and a half hours of sleep.
With midterms starting in a few days, for both normal and hero classes, your sense of self-preservation seemed to have taken a nice long vacation. Between studying and training, self-care was pretty much one of the last things you were worried about at this point.
As of now, you were looking aimlessly between your computer and your notes, debating how many questions you could miss on this test without absolutely failing. Hearing a sudden knock at your door jolted you back to reality, though it took you a minute to register what was going on.
“(Y/N)! I know you’re still awake in there! Let me in for a minute!”
Usually it wasn’t weird for your best friend Mina to want to have random midnight talks, so this wasn’t too out of the ordinary. Pushing yourself out of your chair and taking a swig of your coffee, you walked to the door, careful not to run into anything on your way over, since you had forgotten to turn on the light even after the sun went down.
“Hey Mina,” you said tiredly.
“Hey girl, I-” Mina paused, glancing behind you at your room, which was currently being illuminated solely by your computer screen, as well as the mess that was currently occupying your desk.
“Uh, is everything okay?” she asked.
“Hm? Oh, yeah it’s all-” you stop, having to yawn, before plopping yourself down on the bed- “It’s all good. Just a bit of studying.”
“Okay, girl, what cup number is that?” Mina asked, gesturing to the coffee cup sitting amongst the many other empty cans.
“Honestly, I’ve stopped counting,” you replied, laughing tiredly.
Mina rolled her eyes, walking over and grabbing the cup of coffee, despite your objections, “Look, you’re going to sleep. This can wait until tomorrow. Besides, Aizawa’s not gonna be too happy if you pass out in the middle of his class.”
“Ughh fine, I’ll go to bed,” you said, accepting that that was probably the most you were going to be able to cram for tonight.
“Good. Well, good night (y/n)!” Mina half shouted from down the hall, in somewhat of an attempt to not wake up everyone else.
“Night!” you yelled back, forcing yourself up from off the bed to get ready to go to sleep.
~time skip~
Despite being unbelievably tired, it had been about 30 minutes since you had finished getting ready for tomorrow morning and laid down, yet you had been completely unable to fall asleep.
‘Stupid caffeinated drinks’
You cursed yourself internally for drinking so much coffee. Frustrated, you thought about your options:
You could sneak out downstairs to the common area, but if Aizawa-Sensei happened to be down there, you’d definitely be in trouble.
You could try to cram some more, but you had a feeling if you looked at your Chem. notes one more time you would actually die.
Lastly, you contemplated doing something completely and utterly stupid and irrational: Asking to crash in one of your classmates’ rooms.
You didn’t know why, but for whatever reason, you found it a lot easier to fall asleep with others near by. Usually this wouldn’t be a problem, since none of the girls really ever minded having an unplanned sleepover. However, considering the fact that it was just over one in the morning, and class started in five hours, you guessed they were all probably asleep.
You thought about asking one of your guy friends, but Kiri slept like, well, a rock, and wouldn’t wake up without a blaring alarm. You would ask Kaminari, but he was probably still gaming, and it’s not too easy to fall asleep with him yelling at his console in the background. Sero would be a good choice, but he was at a family gathering, and wouldn’t be back until next week. Considering you didn’t really feel comfortable asking the other guys in your class, that left you with one other choice: Bakugou.
While yes, usually Katsuki did go to bed earlier than everyone else, like you, midterms had screwed that up. Even though he was still doing well in class, you had actually bumped into him during a 2am snack run a few days ago, so you guessed it wasn’t too far off to say there’s a chance he might still be awake. Even if he did end up telling you to screw off, it was at least worth trying.
Walking through the boy’s dorm hall, you noticed that you were indeed correct, as even while passing his dorm you could hear Kaminari shouting. What intrigued you though, was seeing the light peeking out from the doorframe of Katsuki’s room.
Knocking, you called for him, “Katsuki, I know you’re at least awake, can you open up?”
After about a minute of silence, the door to his room swung open, and you had a rather irritated looking Bakugou staring you down, the draft flowing from his room making you shiver.
He was wearing a black hoodie with sweats, and had a pair of glasses on, which made you notice the pile of notes, costume redesigns, and other sheets of paper scattered across his desk.
“What do you want dumbass, it’s late, and I’m busy,” he said.
“Uh- Oh right! Um, so, I was uh-” you stuttered out, trying to figure out how to word your sentence, which was proving difficult with the combination of his glare and your tiredness.
“Get to the point extra-” he warned.
“Look, can I sleep in your room tonight?” you asked.
His eyes widened, before regaining his irritated composure.
“How come? You got a room, don’t you?”
“Well, I can’t sleep,” you admitted, though that part was obvious.
“And what makes you think sleeping in my room is gonna change that?” he asked.
You looked away, before answering in a quieter voice, “It’s just, well, it’s just easier for me to sleep when other people are around.”
“Can’t you ask one of your other friends?”
“No, they’re all sleeping, and I don’t want to wake them up,” you replied.
After a moment, he sighed, before opening the door all the way and stepping aside to let you in.
“Fine. But you owe me,” he said.
To that, you lit up, nearly knocking him over with a hug, “Oh my gosh thank you so much! And yeah, that’s fair.”
Katsuki froze, before pushing away from you, averting your gaze.
“Whatever, just don’t bother me,” he said.
“Okay, that’s fine. Do you have any extra pillow’s I can borrow? I’d sleep directly on the ground, but it is hardwood, so I don’t think my skull would particularly like that,” you asked, taking in the rest of his room, which was really just a bed, dresser, and some more miscellaneous papers scattered across the room.
“Why the hell would I have extras, I’m not Mina. And don’t sleep on the floor dumbass, you’re going to wake up with bad back and neck pain, and you’re not going to be able to be at your best for when I beat your ass tomorrow,” he said.
Realizing what he had said, you felt the heat rise to your cheeks.
‘Just use his bed? But then, is he meaning he wants us to share?’
The more you thought about it, the more you blushed, so you put the thought away, and made your way into the bed. Thankfully, he only had his desk light on, so you faced the wall to deciding you should be able to sleep just fine like this.
“Oi, scoot over. You’re hogging the bed,” you hear after a few minutes.
‘Wait, what?’
You turned around to face him, confused, but he only gestured for you to move.
Blushing slightly, and glad he had turned the light off, you comply, giving him room to slip into the bed.
“Um, I uh, I thought you were working?” you ask, glad that the two of you were currently facing opposite directions, though it didn’t really help with your nerves.
“I was working. But it’s two in the morning, and I guess your dumbass reminded me to go to bed,” he said, chuckling lightly at the end.
“Oh.”
After a few minutes of silence between the two of you, you felt the draft of his room again, even with the covers. You had known he kept his room cold, but this was just stupidly cold.
“Hey Katsuki?” you called weakly, in case he had already fallen asleep.
“Hm,”
“It’s really cold, do you have any extra blankets, or could you like, change the AC settings?” you ask.
After a moment, you felt him shifting behind you, before feeling him put his arm around you, his body pressed against yours, and sending warmth back towards you.
You couldn’t do anything other than sit there, a blushing mess, and yet again unbelievably grateful that he couldn’t see your face.
“Better?” he asked.
“I-um, uh, yeah,” you stutter out, covering your face with one of your hands, making him laugh.
“Good,” he said, sounding a bit proud of himself for his job well done.
That night, despite everything, you two slept better than you had in a very long time.

Hey everyone, hope you’re doing well, and enjoy!
“Are you kidding me? I mean, honestly. You know I have things to do other than deal with you right?” Eva asked, turning around to face him.
“Yeah, I just really don’t care.” Jeremy, her resident annoyance of a demon, was hovering in midair near the door, and had shut off the wifi router, leaving Eva unable to finish her work.
“Ugh, you are the actual worst. I have a paper due in two days, and I don’t have the luxury of wasting time on whatever you’re planning to-”
“You’ve been working non-stop for the past 5 hours,” he said, landing in front of her gently.
“Yeah, so what. I have a lot of things I need to get done, so what’s the issue here.” she spat, before quickly finding the ground to be a lot more interesting to look at.
“The issue,” he paused, before moving closer, “is that you haven’t stopped to do anything other than work. Look, I know that this is really important to you, and I understand wanting to get it done, but you really need to take care of yourself.”
Eva turned her gaze back towards him, taking a deep breath, “Thank you for the concern, really. But seriously, I’m fine. And I promise that once this is over, we can go do something fun.”
After a few moments, a small grin formed on Jeremy’s lips, which wasn’t very reassuring under any circumstance, much less now.
“You know what? We’re going for a drive.” he announced. Now completely physically manifested, Jeremy grabbed the keys, and started heading for the door.
“What?”
“Relax, we’re just going to go get some food. Besides, you could use getting out of the house for a bit,” he said, waiting at the door as she hurriedly put shoes on.
Joining him at the door, she paused to look at him, “You’re the worst, you know that?” She smiled, lightly elbowing him.
“Why thank you. Now c’mon, let’s go get some food. It’s been two minutes in this body and I’m already hungry,” he said, closing the door behind them.

(Hey everyone! Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, I was on vacation and forgot to write ahead. I know this is a bit short, but I’m just trying to get back into the habit. Anyways, hope you enjoy!)
Amelia finished the last note of the song, stepping off stage, with the following applause as normal. It was a weekday, so the bar wasn’t all too crowded. But among the many locals, a certain two men caught her eye, causing her to grab her stuff as quickly as possible to make an exit for the door.
“Amy! How’s it been eh?” asked a voice from behind her.
“William.” Amelia looked up, sighing, while turning to face him.
Stood in front of her were two men, one of which she despised, and the other being someone she didn’t know, but she knew enough about William to know whatever he needed, most likely wasn’t good.
“Tell me what you want and make it quick.” She turned from the two, continuing to gather her things.
Sighing, William responded cheerfully, “Straight to the point as always I see? C’mon, enjoy a drink!”
“Cut the crap William, I know you’re here for something, and stop acting so stupid,” she hissed, leaning in and lowering her voice.
Sighing once more, William dropped the act, his eyelids drooping tiredly as he grabbed a bottle of whiskey from behind the counter.
“Look, I know we aren’t on good terms, but I need your help.” William, took a swig of his whiskey, not bothering to pour it.
“How many times do I have to tell you; I’m done with that life, and I’m trying to move past it. And honestly, so should you.” Amelia slung her bag over her shoulder and began walking towards the door.
“It’s about Elias,” William added, his voice pained and hushed, almost at a whisper.
Amelia stopped, regretting ever meeting the man in front of her, as well as all of her life decisions leading up to this point.
Sighing, she took a seat next to him, taking a swig of the whiskey.
“How can I help?”

Pirates. When thinking of the marketplace, that isn’t exactly what comes to mind. However, Almira had managed find herself surrounded by them, which most definitely wasn’t what she was thinking of when she decided to go down to the market for a few loaves of bread.
“Alright boys, that’s enough. Let the girl go.” A man, who Almira assumed was most likely the captain, broke through the crowd, as well as the circle of pirates that had formed around her.
Almira observed the man. He was on the younger side, seeming to be in his mid-twenties, with his crew around the same age if not a few years younger. He stood proudly, and spoke smoothly, which raised a few red flags for Almira as far as pirates go. Based on the way his crew acted, she guessed he was captain for a pretty good reason.
“So, you’re Rutland’s daughter hm?” the man asked, interrupting her thoughts.
“With all due respect, could you tell me who you are and how you know my father?” Almira, knowing the pirates were considerably dangerous, for this man to know her father, who had left when she was a child, it couldn’t be good.
“Yes, see I work with your father, and I suppose after hearing word that his daughter was being set to marry, he wanted to meet you. Which is why he sent me. I’m Beck Alston, which I’m a bit hurt you didn’t know but that’s alright. Now if you wouldn’t mind, we’re a bit late and we ought to get going.” Beck turned on his heel and began walking back towards the ship.
Almira stared in disbelief. Her father, who had left their family when she was a child, now suddenly wanted to see her, twenty years later? On top of that, he was working with pirates, and sent Beck Alston to escort her? But above that, she couldn’t help but think of what would happen to her mother, seeing as her marriage was a last attempt to help make ends meet, Almira was quickly becoming much more worried as the crew pushed her along.
“Captain Alston, I’m sorry but I simply can’t leave.” She had to shout a bit for her voice to be loud enough over the sound of the market, but he most certainly heard her.
“And why is that?” Beck asked coldly, continuing through the market.
“My mother. I was being married so that we wouldn’t have to worry about our finances. Without me working, she won’t have enough money until I come back, and on top of that, she doesn’t even know I’m gone!” she exclaimed, Beck now stopping to turn and face her.
“Look darling, your father has already sent ahead money along with a note, so your mother will be just fine. Now, if you could keep your voice down, we ought to get going, unless of course you’d like to be in whole lot of trouble here in a few minutes,” Beck promptly continued on, leading the way up to the ship where the others joined the rest of the crew back on board.
“I-” Almira stopped, gazing at the ship in front of her. Within minutes her life had taken a completely different turn. However, realizing she would rather deal with this than marry some random rich man, she boarded the ship.
“Let’s go.” she decided, determined to face whatever was in store.
“Wonderful darling truly wonderful. Alright, you heard the woman, let’s go.” Beck walked off to fulfill whatever he needed to do as the ship began to pull out of the harbor, marking the beginning of a very interesting yet dangerous journey.

Jen hunched over the fire, in an attempt to soak in the little warmth it gave. Although she was quite sure it was only early November, a light snow had already begun to fall, and morning frost was no longer an uncommon occurrence.
Two years ago, this wouldn’t have been a big deal. Jen would’ve gone out shopping with her friends for winter clothes, the family would come together for the holidays, and it would be normal.
Now however, going shopping at a whim wasn’t really an option, her family had been separated on opposite sides of the war, and her new normal, was the desolate wasteland she called her home.
The Omicron district -which was less of a district and more of a stretch of wreckage- had been bombed only 6 months ago, when the enemy had found out that there were a great deal of refugees hiding out within the city.
Among these refugees were Jen, and her brother Darren.
When the war began, many families- including Jen’s- had been separated by the chaos of the air raids as well as the riots that would happen within the city, leaving those who were left in the confusion to fend for themselves.
Like many others, their hometown had been bombed, and seeking refuge, the two had fled to the Omicron district, where they were assured it would be much safer. But boy were they wrong.
Now, looking over the wreckage that was once the place she called home, the last and worst raid came to mind.
The sound of the sirens still rang in her ears, Darren grabbing her hand and pulling her through the crowd, the sound of the bombs going off getting closer with each passing moment, and the fear that had rooted her in place when her brother had spoken to her for the last time, all of it came back to her in seconds.
“You have to go. I’m going to help as many people as I can to get out, but you need to go.” Darren spoke quickly, his eyes darting back and forth between his little sister and the explosions within the city.
“What? I can’t just leave you-”
“I’ll be fine. But I need you to run and keep running until you’re far away from here, and I’ll find you. Please, just, do that for me.” he pleaded with her, to which she nodded solemnly.
Jen hugged him, wishing she didn’t have to let go, “Okay. Just, make sure you come back.”
“Of course-” an explosion came from a building not too far from them interrupted his thoughts-” you need to go right now.”
And with that, he was gone.

Hey everyone, I haven’t been able to think/write anything good lately, so I decided to just write this, and I hope you can enjoy it.
“Hey-” Jason paused to prod the half-asleep Tim, who had somewhat fallen asleep at his computer-” if you’re going to pass out, you should at least try to get to your bed,” he finished, continuing to prod at Tim.
As Tim slowly woke up, after a few moments of realization, he jumped up, almost falling out of his chair.
“What the actual hell Jason,” Tim said deadpan, letting out a sigh of relief that the “intruder” was only his brother.
“I’m just saying. If Alfred had found you like that, you would’ve gotten an earful, and they’d probably try to take your coffee again.” he responded shrugging, settling down on Tim’s bed.
Everyone and anyone who had ever stayed at the Wayne manor more than once knows better than to mess with Alfred. That is a force no one wants to mess with.
“I- Yeah, I know. How did you even get in here?” Tim asked, turning his desk chair around to face Jason.
Jason raised an eyebrow at Tim before responding, “Just because I don’t live here doesn’t mean I don’t know how to get in anymore, idiot.”
Tim stared a Jason questioningly for a moment, before shrugging it off.
“So then why exactly are you here? I mean, you really only ever come around when things go wrong, so what is it this time?” Tim yawned, rubbing his eyes.
“What, I can’t come to just hang out with my family?”
Tim only raised his eyebrows in response.
“Okay, yeah. But funny enough, it isn’t because of crime or whatever you’re thinking of,” Jason paused briefly before continuing-” The old man asked me to come home for a bit, something about needing more of us around to help deal with the gangs that had been springing up lately. Why he needed me to come home for that, I don’t know.” Jason shrugged, getting up and heading towards the door.
“Well, that makes sense. How long are you going to be here for?” Tim asked, reaching for his coffee, which Jason quickly took on his way to the door.
“Not sure yet. Probably until this dies down or something like that. Anyways, you need to go to bed, I’m not getting held responsible for keeping you up,” Jason responded, leaning against the doorway.
Tim, who was too tired to try and take the coffee back from Jason, only waved him off in response.
“Yeah, whatever. I’ll see you in the morning.” Tim grumbled, flopping onto his bed.
“See you in the morning, idiot.”

Quick Announcement
Hey everyone! I’m really sorry, but I can’t make a normal post today. I haven’t been able to find any good inspiration, but I also have to leave earlier than expected and I really want to make each post content that I’ve taken time to really work on, instead of just rushing through to get it done. Thanks for your patience! Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day/night!

“I swear, I wasn’t even mad when you took this. Are you sure I look like this all the time?” Person A asked, looking up from the phone.
Their best friend and roommate, Person B, had snapped a picture of Person A while they were hanging out, as a means to prove their point from an earlier discussion.
“I told you, you look like this 95% of the time. Not to exaggerate, but you kind of give off the impression that you want to murder everyone you look at.” Person B grinned smugly, happy to have won.
“Not to exaggerate?” Person A asked mockingly, raising their eyebrows.
“Hey, don’t give me that look!”-Person B laughed, before continuing-” You just don’t like it because I’m not wrong.”
“You know what?”-Person paused, then let out a laugh-” Screw you, let’s go get lunch.”
“Sure, and thanks for proving my point by the way.” Person B smiled proudly, getting up to join them.
“Shut up.” Person A retorted, jabbing Person B lightly as they made their way towards their car.

Prompt: here
The hero was young, the villain expected that. However, what they definitely weren’t expecting was for the hero to be a junior in high school.
“So, you’re the one all the fuss has been about?” the hero announced with a small grin, which was odd for someone who was fighting one of the most dangerous people in the country.
“I would assume so. But you seem like a smart kid, so I’m guessing you know who you’re dealing with. Correct?” the villain asked, who, seemingly not interested in fighting, was sitting at their desk casually, gazing at the hero with curiosity.
“Of course I do. You think I’m dumb enough to walk into a fight without doing my research?” the hero responded.
“You’d be surprised to see how many people don’t,” they retorted, getting up from their chair “but if you know who I am, then why aren’t you afraid of me?”
The hero scoffed, “Are you serious? I have worse nightmares about failing AP Chem.”
Although they were young, the villain was starting to have second thoughts about choosing not to fight the hero, seeing as how annoying they were turning out to be.
“Well, I’m sure I can change that,” the villain grinned, a green glow forming around their hands.
“Oh, I’d love to see you try” the hero spat, knowing that all their training had led to this very moment, the hero grinned in return, ready for the fight of their lives.

Prompt: here
“Uh- excuse me, but there’s someone waiting who asked to see you.” One of their subordinates stood in the doorway, eyes wide, looking a bit scared, which certainly isn’t usual for simply a guest stopping by.
“I don’t see why they are of the upmost importance as of now. Isn’t there someone else who could deal with them?” responded the demon, annoyed at the interruption of their work, but still somewhat curious to see what the fuss was about.
“I’m sorry, but they’re an angel, and they specifically requested to see you,” the subordinate answered quietly.
After thinking for a moment, curious as to what business an angel would have at a demon’s office building, they decide to let them in.
A few minutes went by, but as the angel entered the room, the demon suddenly understood that this angel was far too young to be of military or political means, which only confused the demon further.
“So, I hear you’re the person to talk to if someone were to get some quality demonic help?” the angel announced, making themselves at home on the couch that was situated in the demon’s office.
The demon turned their gaze from their work towards the angel questioningly.
“While you’re not completely wrong, there are plenty of others in this building who could do the same, so I still am not seeing why you specifically need my help.” the demon responded coldly.
Taking a frustrated sigh, the angel continued, “Look, there’s something going on and I can’t go too much into detail, and as far as I can tell, you’re the only one that has the abilities to help.”
“Like I haven’t heard that before. Would you mind telling me why I should help you? I mean, do you know who I am?” the demon sneered, looking at the angel with such an intensity, it might’ve frozen anyone else to their spot.
“Yup, I just don’t care,” the angel responded nonchalantly.
Taken aback, but still somewhat impressed by this young angel’s obvious lack of self-preservation skills, seeing as had it been someone else, the angel would most likely have been half-dead by now, the demon was curious to see what was so important an angel had to come to a demon for help.
“Well then, you need help. I understand you know that this will not come without a cost?” the demon questioned.
“Do you think I’m stupid?”
“Based on the way you’re acting, I’m still figuring it out.” the demon responded coldly.
Rolling their eyes, the angel answered, “Yes, of course I know it’s not free.” growing a bit more impatient with how long this was taking.
“Wonderful. Now, you tell me what you need from me, and I’ll tell you what I’m going to need from you.” The demon smiled, and their work began.
