I just love getting screamed at first thing in the morning

I feel like such a failure, my team is consistently having trouble getting our scores up and we keep getting fined.

I know we can be in the rope but I’m at a loss of what I can do to help us improve.

I really hate the fact that I come up with a good schedule and I’m told I’m wrong.

If you are telling me you are suggesting changes and this is all hypothetical, then when I make a schedule do not tell me it’s wrong. I’ve done schedules before and they have worked perfectly.
