My 2018 rules:
1. Drink at least 2.5/3 liters of water everyday.
2. Workout at least 2 times a week.
3. NEVER eat outside of house.
4. Do a 24h fast every day besides weekend.
5. Eat only one meal a day (Monday-Friday) and always eat with parents.
6. Eat max 1400 calories on Saturday and Sunday.
7. One day a week eat a whole portion of dinner instead of leaving half of it so parents don’t get suspicions.
8. Always attended P.E. lessons.
9. Go out with your friends at least once every two weeks.
10. Weigh yourself every morning.
11. Make a thinspo journal update it regularly.
12. Study everyday at least 20minutes and longer before every exam.
13. Always have a water bottle at school.
14. Avoid snacking and chewing gum.
15. Try not purging.
16. Be nice even when people are mean to you.
17. Always wearing make-up out of the house.
18. Post a bodycheck at least once a month.
19. CONCEAL DON’T FEEL, DONT LET THEM KNOW

My method for stopping a binge
Even if you’ve already started eating, plug in your earphones, choose a spotify playlist/album/radio that you enjoy and makes you feel good. You’re allowed to take one bite of food for every one song that plays.
I tried this as I started to binge eat today, and by the time I had listened to 5 songs I thought, “what am I doing?”, and put the food away.
Sure, it took me a while to take control, but 5 mouthfuls are better than 10 or 50 or 500. And if I keep using this method when I’m tempted to binge, hopefully it’ll only take me one or two songs next time.
