First of all, is so sweet how Mitsuru keeps telling Kokoro’s name even if he’s hurt by that.

Ok, now let’s talk about the real thing here.

In this scene I swear I thought that Kokoro died giving birth to Ai and it was rational, it was the first childbirth in years and there is always the fear of that.
