Part 1 of my attempt to get better at painting backgrounds, so I'm painting all of the follower bishops in their respective domains.

Leshy can still feel the sunlight on his branches and listen to the sounds of Darkwood in it's moments of quiet wilderness since his dethroning.

Please note that I'm not planning on making Death Awaits a new series, at least not in the same regard as Lost Souls was. Any future comics I may add aren't going to be as full-production as this comic was, and the story isn't going to be told linearly unless I decide to.

When's the next comic coming out?

...I dunno.

BUT! It probably won't be too long a wait, since I'm planning on making more sketch-like doodle comics like previous entries in this CotL AU.

Expression practice with the beasties!!!

This was actually really fun for me to do, I'm not very good at making characters/drawings emotive but I think I'm getting there. Do need to learn how to make em less stiff tho

Uvar (Goat) advises Dulciter to go to their happy place in order to calm down. Here’s a scene of them going to their happy place. Also this was drawn a month ago so the styles are a bit inconsistent. Thought of deleting it but here it is!!!! I hope you enjoy!!!!

Long time no cotl comics o/ ! Literally i have had this drafted for a year and a half with many attempts at it— couldn’t tell you why i was suddenly able to finish it in a week.

Now that all the bishops have been indoctrinated, The Lamb has been spending some of their free time finding lost sheep relics and cultural items in the ruins of where herds once lived. They always get a little emotional about it, but especially so when Narinder started looking for them too.

Also it's hard to tell but it's supposed to be a carved wooden sheep with lil gem eyes!

Another thing i would like to add, this Narinder cannot be revived since he was never granted immortality and is stuck in the reincarnation cycle, therefore the moment Adali realizes this, they literally try to do crusades again to try and get a golden skull necklace for him.
