Lando is such a little shit, Max drives up to wave at him and congratulate him DESPITE the horrible race he had and the first thing Lando does is go on the radio to rattle him out for "passing cars under VSC".

Like I know Max would've been under investigation anyway, I'm not saying it's because of Lando but it does speak volumes about Lando's character that he would do something like that.
