Bob made a lot of mistakes over the years and I disagreed with everything he stood for politically at the end. I'm not saying those things were okay. At the same time, the MCR we know and love today wouldn't exist without him. Both of those things can be true at once.

He was a phenomenal drummer. He still had writing credits on Danger Days and Conventional Weapons. He was still there in spirit.

We're actually still yet (and might never because idk if MCR5 exists) to hear what a full length MCR album sounds like without him since Revenge.

For a band that preached about mental health, a lot of fans are being really callous about his death.

Sometimes the symptoms of declining mental health aren't cutsey or mysterious and glamorous - they're cruel and scary.

If you're gonna claim to give a shit about mental health, then you need to have compassion for people when you can't infantilise their symptoms.

Although no one gets a free pass and he has said and stood for some fucked up shit in the end, he seemed to be struggling with his mental health for sometime and he didn't deserve to die alone or have fans wishing that on him.

We don't know how Bob died. In another world, if Mikey or Gerard didn't have support systems or help, they could have been the ones to die alone. Have more respect.

We can hold people accountable without wishing death upon them and then celebrating when it sadly, actually happens
