re: the earlier rb about people calling Jason Todd "poc coded" when they just mean a victim of poverty and crime... like you know they specifically they mean Black/Latine-coded. it's never East Asian, which is the closest hint there is to a canon JOC (Jason of color) via the time he thought Shiva might be his mom and all that jazz. it's specifically the racialized identities that Americans associate with gang violence and drugs and poverty. Asian headcanons are reserved for Tim because he's wealthy and technology-oriented and queer, which is super normal and indicative of nothing gross.

Pov Dimension Batfam

I want there to be a more outsider pov of Dimensional displacement.

Like the bat family getting stuck in their Alternate selves bodies and they keep forgetting that they're not supposed to know each other.

Tim and Damian get into a sibling fight but have everyone confused on why they are the demon heir and this random broker, knows each other enough that they're getting into a fight about the most random things.

Dick actively hanging on Jason when the goons of Dimension are actively wondering if this random socialite knows a crime lord when dick is complaining about his day. 

This can happen in AUs and canon timeline if you do it right but there's something so funny about the fact that they are not at all supposed to be friends with each other let alone family. Like this random socialite isn't supposed to be able to stop the Demon's heir and his tracks with a few words(dick and damian) 

I was just randomly giving them jobs for the other dimensions; they are not concrete rolls.

While I'm sure bad guys in Gotham have learned over time that the Bats don't kill, that even after bashing your teeth in they'll flag down an ambulance or dump you unceremoniously at the ER, it's still a shaky trust.

One that is easily shaken seeing a child wielding a sword in the dead of night; nobody wants to learn how that is handled nonlethally. Or bad guys just surrendering one late night after running into an alley and Nightwing's standing over their unconscious buddy, holding the gun he wrestled away. They watch Red Hood break into the place they're robbing with a crowbar in hand and just decide they'd rather not chance it. They see a shadow that could be Black Bat and-- you get it.

Bruce is Clark’s “my senses/powers are going insane right now, please cover for me” person and no one in the Justice League has ever fully caught on because Bruce (as Batman) will just suddenly start picking a fight with Hal Jordan (who is always down to argue) and distract the entire League long enough for Clark to either leave or get a handle on whatever is bugging him.

When both Ma and Pa are asleep he climbs out onto the roof, shuddering in the dark, because the teacher said some species' biological parents will secretly come by night to teach their young how to be a proper cuckoo or cowbird even as they're still steadily starving their foster nest. Maybe he can just convince whoever left him here to just take him away again--find a different nest. He doesn't want to hurt anyone here.
