O T.A é tão cansativo.
A cabeça não dá sossego nem por um segundo. É acordar se odiando, dormir se odiando, viver se odiando.
Não ser capaz de se concentrar em nada por não parar de pensar em como seu corpo é horrível. Ou até por estar sem comer por muitas horas.
Só conseguir pensar o quanto estou ridícula por simplesmente existir. Pensar em não ser merecedora de absolutamente nada enquanto permanecer assim. Não mereço a vida se não for magra.
A gente romantiza o transtorno simplesmente porque é cansativo demais, mas na realidade, nós sabemos que isso é uma morte em vida.

💗some tips: ✨if you feel the urge to binge, ask yourself, “will eating this make me feel happier? will i feel better after eating, or even worse?” ✨romanticize all the small things! i know that its a long stretch from halloween to christmas, but november is the peak of fall! think about the apples and cinnamon, warm sweaters, cute hairstyles, studying at cafes, and sleeping in on the weekends <3 ✨if you hit a gw at the end of the month, then let yourself buy new sk!nn! clothes, shoes, jewllery, makeup, books, etc. or get a manicure. never reward yourself with food. ✨think about how tiny and petite and pretty you will be by christmas. small hands, narrow fingers, protruding collar and hipbones, drowning in a cozy sweater, thin fragile legs and arms, clear skin, rosy pink lips. ✨remember that being sk!nn! & pretty=happiness and food will never help you achieve that! ✨embrace the feeling of hunger, that satisfying feeling that eating will never give you. if you have leftover halloween candy tempting you, find a way to get rid of it. when i see one, i hold it, look at it, smell it, etc. then flush it down the toilet to make it disappear (you may have to crush it up beforehand). ✨find 4n4 buddies to motivate each other! dm me if u wanna d!3t with me :D ✨find hobbies to distract you. reading, painting, dancing. one of my faves is cooking and baking for other people, it gives me that same satisfaction as eating <3
