In the midst of a world-wide historic event, the 49th Annual Student Art & Design Exhibition is brought to you remotely from Tidewater Community College’s Visual Arts Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. These are the numerous electronic entries we received—all representing beautifully crafted works from the varied art disciplines taught at the college. Please note that the first 19 images feature the award-winners selected by this year's judge, Alison Stinely, Assistant Professor of Painting, Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.
