Been a long time since I posted here but life has been great.. my kids are getting so big and its so amazing to watch them grow everyday.. My kids dad and I hit a rough patch and ultimately split but we are figuring out how to do this coparenting thing. Myans 5th birthday just past and she had a awesome Moana party, and she loved every minute of it. My birthday is next but I don’t know if I can handle knowing that I’m turning 21. Having Myan when I was 15 was rough but turning 21 means she’s growing up on me. I had no idea what I was doing but we grew together and figured it out. She showed me a love that I never knew I could have and as people came and went she remained the only solid thing in my life. She may have came way before I planned but I wouldn’t change it for the world. Watching her everyday as she grows and learns knew things and makes friends makes me the proudest mother and I can wait to see what life has in store for all of us!

Guess it’s about time to start blogging again .. I’m currently pregnant for the third time, this time with twins (for the second time)

How far along? 24 w 1 d

How big is the peanut(s)? Each baby weighs about 1.5 lbs (about the size of a cantaloupe

Total weight gain/loss? Lost 24 lbs in the beginning (due to Hg which is a very severe form of morning sickness) and I’ve gained about 15 of that back so far

Maternity clothes? Yes

Sleep? Good unless my back starts to get pain from my sciatic nerve and then nope

Best moment this week? Painting the nursery and watching Ty put together the cribs 🤣

Symptoms? Back pain, breathlessness ,

Food cravings? Steak and cheese Quesadillas 🤤

Food aversions? Usually meat because I was vegan before this pregnancy ( still mostly meat makes me sick) but because I was so sick my doctor told me it wasnt healthy to be vegan during this pregnancy because I couldn’t eat anything really and Since Que is deployed my mom was buying and preparing my food and she isn’t vegan so yeah

Gender? 2 Girls 🥰

Labor signs? None thank god

Belly button in or out? Flat so I guess out

What I miss? wearing non maternity clothes

What I'm looking forward to? Meeting my girls

Milestones? We are past the halfway mark and well on our way to the third trimester .. 🤞🏽fingers crossed for full term

Hello 👋🏾

This first post going to be dedicated to giving you all a base idea of who I am.. (Is anyone even here? I think I’m talking to myself lol)

For starters My name is Laurel Erin King. I live in Malibu ,California with my Boyfriend Marquese Alonzo Brandon and our 3 kids Myan , London and Gianna. I am employed in the women’s health unit of our local hospital as a CNA but eventually I have plans on pursing my BSN but for now that is on hold.

Birthday : January 21st

Siblings :2 brothers , Navian and Liberty and 1 sister, Hennesey

Birth place : Pasadena, CA and Grew up in LA

My parents : Eva Leanna King (born : Kim) and Wayne Delonte King.. My parents were both so loving growing up.. My childhood had mostly good memories so not much background to go into.. My dad, Wayne Died when I was 15 and that was (and is) really hard on me I was close with my dad and around the time when he died is when I first noticed signs of my anxiety disorder.

Ethnic background: Korean (mom) and African American (dad)

Next I’ll address things I enjoy , My favorites and a little about my family and story.

Favorites :

Movies: scary movies but my most favorite is 13 ghosts, Set it off and School dance

Song : Right now my favorite songs are Myself and Kool Kid by Layton Greene

Food: Brown sugar grilled fruit Kebabs 😩 (to die for)

Book : Blood line series.. I really just love urban love novels but I’m open to reading anything and I do a lot in my free time

Show : Greys Anatomy, Orange is the new black , Stranger things just to name a few

Tattoos? I have about 12 or more tattoos .. However I’ve never posted any picture of them because I have to keep the visible ones covered due to my job

I would describe myself as being a sweet heart that doesn’t take any crap from anyone. I will admit at times I love to be alone because people irritate my soul and it cause my attitude to come out lol but other than that I’m pretty nice

Jobs : Mom ,Nurse and A shop owner

Mom life :

I enjoy being a mom but now I’m throwing A hospital job and a part time clothing shop in the mix. It has complicated things a little and there has been chaos between having to leave them in daycare and Myan starting Nursery school this year but I will find ways to make it work.. I love to travel and do things with my kids such as going to petting zoos and the aquarium and without them I’d be lost

My boyfriend: Quese is Great to me and does more than I feel I deserve .. We rarely get those quiet moments anymore but when we do 🙈🤫. I couldn’t have asked for a better man to father my kids and hope that we continue to be this strong in the future.. I feel that our relationship has made me into a better person because when you are with someone you still have to work on yourself and he pushes me to do that all while being supportive of every choice I make 😘

This post is already pretty long and you will see more as my blog progresses this is just a start.
