basically its very easy to regress to a future you's idea of a earlier you which exists in a disassociated sense to the actual self, but the rest of the world around you will fail to regress with you. you can place yourself disassociated from the past self to turn the present self into a version of the past self (much like a painting is a version of a table of grapes) but the rest of the world wont change, which is the hard part, its been a issue i struggle to fix a lot. the idea is to create a sort of box with a controlled environment to best remedy this issue

the hard part is that its very easy to go back in time its just near impossible to compleley impossible to make the world around you also go baCK IN TIME sorry caps lock
