Told one of my teammates that I keep losing weight due to night shifts (which I am very happy about) and now she always comments how much I eat, what I should eat and that i should eat more. And, don't get me wrong, she's lovely and caring but I don't wanna eat and I can't tell her that. :(

I have no idea where or who else to tell this, so here we are.
My boyfriend told me about one of my new work colleagues that he had sex with her a while ago and that she is really "naughty" in the bedroom and has a "great ass and body".
And now I work with her and have to see her regularly. It hurts so much. Even worse, she's a living thinspo - the legs, the arms, the noticeable collarbones. And he doesn't say anything like that to me anymore since I've gained so much weight and keep losing or gaining it back and forth. I'm sad but at the same time it motivates me to look just like her. Fml.

Update: Been going to work regularly and it's been way too easy this far to not eat all day. I only ate at work. Packed myself some lunch like a lot of grapes and ate them slowly. Resisted any offered food. Always under 500kcal/ day. Plus due to health care you always get your 3.000 steps in 8 hours of work (minimum). Nobody said anything, probably 'cause I'm new to the team, hope it stays this way.

Guys I need help!
I'm going to work tomorrow (first day) as a registered nurse and I'll work in acute care (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder etc).
So, I kind of have to eat because it can be dangerous bc of the clientele and also I'm new in the team and they like to order fast-food a looot and I want to fit in.
Does anybody have some ideas what to eat at work and how to feel energetic even though you don't eat much? How to avoid ordering fast food 3x a week?
