I don’t think I could talk about The Sandman on here because, like, Neil Gaiman is here, just hanging out. I’d be like “Oh, I like how they visualized this one scene, it was different from the comics but I don’t think they original comics visualizations would have worked in live action “ or whatever And then Neil Gaiman might appear like “Yeah, we were having trouble figuring out how to do that scene until one of our production designers had a vivid hallucination while eating a 3AM Gyro purchased from an all-night food truck outside the Bass Pro Shop pyramid” and I don’t think I’m ready for that experience. Alternatively, I could say “Dream is a little too scrungly to be a classic Tumblr Sexyman, but he is prime meow-meow blorbo material” and Neil Gaiman might appear and say “Yeah, we were having trouble figuring out the exact ratio of Sexyman, poor little meow meow, and Blorbo, but the final characterization appeared to Tom Sturridge in a vivid hallucination while eating a 3AM Gyro purchased from an all-night food truck outside the Bass Pro Shop pyramid” and I don’t think I’m ready for THAT either.

personally very tickled by the fact that technically speaking gwendoline christie's and tom ellis's lucifer are the same entity... it really puts the lucifer TV show into perspective like the Devil is not just off on a fun irresponsible jaunt to LA they got defeated by an emo twink in a high stakes game of dnd and are now FULLY in the midst of an existential breakdown

Love how Loid is like ‘my wife, a supposedly average woman, is demonstrably better and stronger than me, a top spy who trained to take out multiple people at once, in hand to hand combat, and in our briefest encounter where she was drunk, I was sure she was going to kill me, thank god she passed out” and then continued on his merry way without suspecting a thing, like what were his thoughts??? “Guess she really learned a lot in that self defense class she said she took! Impressive as always, Yor”???

so the over the garden wall fandom on here around 2014-2017 is what started the whole internet frog obsession, which led to the mushroom obsession, and those two things are what made the whole foundation for cottagecore, which i’d argue was the online aesthetic trend that made using “-core” to describe everything so popular. this is all meaningless and stupid but the knowledge has been eating me up inside

Although my autism diagnosis is a big relief, I feel sad for myself. For all the years being mistreated and misunderstood and expected to do more than I was able to. For all that time I spent hating myself for not being independent or for hitting developmental milestones slower than my peers. For all the times I tried to push myself to do things that drained the life and joy out of me. My autism diagnosis is a great thing. But i can't help but feel sad for that guy. I cant help but mourn the childhood I could have had.
