I don't like this but I promised I'd post 15Andy today

"My god, can you lot pipe down for five minutes!"

The entire room went dead silent and looked directly at Andy. His face burned red as he realised what he just did.

"I...I'm going on my break." he mumbled and fled the room with as much dignity as he could.

That had been building for a few weeks. The persistent noise of the police station was something he only had so much patience for.

He didn't stop walking, feet taking him out the front door without him really having to think about it. The chill of the air outside slammed into him and he stumbled to a halt.

He hadn't grabbed his coat. He wasn't going back inside. He could freeze for five minutes while he regained composure. Although he wasn't sure he'd be able to recuperate so quickly.

His body was buzzing with tension and he desperately wanted to scream. He couldn't do anything about it. He was just going to have to get on with his day. He'd-

"Andy?"

The voice came as a shock. Andy was usually comforted by the Doctor's presence but in his aggravated state, it just made him worry.

"Doctor..?" He hated how annoyed he sounded.

"Honey, are you okay?"

Begrudgingly, Andy answered. "No. I'm pissed off at everything. And I don't know why. It's all so...loud."

The Doctor, without a word, took Andy by the arm and pulled him along with him. Andy was too perplexed to object.

He was pulled into the TARDIS, though he hissed and recoiled at the bright lights. As if in response, the lights dimmed to a bearable warm glow.

"Thank you, dear." The Doctor murmured into the air. Andy didn't even question the Doctor talking to his ship anymore, just thankful he was somewhere quiet and dark.

"Stay as long as you need, love."
