They hound and beg and prod because even if she eats in front of them, they don't know if she's eating alone. They call her anorexic, and her thighs are so. Thin. She declines food all day long.

wanna know why you keep binging? you’re always forcing things you don’t like into your mouth.
i am you, i’ve been with you for 15 years. i know you hate tomatoes, you hate green juice, you don’t like avocado or whole grain bread. you want pork, bread, cheese, candy, noodles, rice, and stew. stop pretending like your eating style is going to be “worth it” in the long run. you can have both.
losing weight is about having a calorie deficit. what would you rather have?
constantly eating things you don’t like and ending up binging- and working your ass off to burn the extra cals?
or eating the things that you like in small portions, drinking loads of water, and exercising off the cals that you PLANNED?
you’re going to be skinny, i’m making sure of that. stop making things harder for yourself. you’re self sabotaging.

tw: major mentions of ed, tips on how to lose extreme amounts of calories daily
so as a minor who still lives with my parents, i dont have access to gyms and i cant exactly skip a bunch of meals without it going unnoticed. ive looked on tumblr for some diets/exercising plans for people who generally want to lose weight (that are short and dont require any equipment- you can literally do them in your room), and have reblogged ones i think are helpful, but i have some tips that may help for people who are in my situation (or something similar)
...
- pack your own lunch and put more fruits/vegetables than snacks like chips or treats like chocolate and cookies. some good fruits to eat are bananas, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi, and raspberries. i couldnt find a bunch of vegetables i apologize :,)
- something else to pay attention to (in you lunch) is the carbs you put into it. things like white bread, potato chips, candy, and donuts/baked goods should be moderated, or, if youre willing (and only if you're willing) kept out of your lunch altogether.
- doing (SOME) exercises. ok yes ik exercising is gross and if youre in school its literally impossible (or you cant do it in your room bcs you share it with somebody) i suggest exercising in the morning BEFORE your shower bcs nobody wants to sweat right before going to school and i reblogged a morning exercise routine (i hate that word) thats pretty short and not high-intensity
- quite different from my last three tips, i've heard that drinking ice cold water burns calories (and just drinking water generally), drinking green tea raises metabolism (getting more than 6 hours of sleep also does this), taking cold showers generally burns calories because your body has to heat back up to it's original temperature, hence burning calories
- i thought this one kinda funny, and that's: if you feel hungry or if your stomach is starting to hurt, punch yourself in the stomach or do sit-ups. this reduces feelings of hunger (probably because you just bOXED YOURSE-). also curling up into a ball.

I was too big for my boyfriend.
Literally. He was very lean and I was.. well… fat.
If I laid on him I was crushing him, sitting on his lap hurt him.
He said he’d like me the same, thin or fat, but I knew that was a lie.
His type is delicate, sharp features and long, slender limbs. Not me, a blobby mess.
He was the best man I ever met. Ridiculously kind and caring, but he wasn’t physically attracted to me.
The worst men I’ve met like my fat, they sexualize it, objectify me, hurt me and use me.
When I heard the sentiment that men wanted to fuck fat women and marry thin ones, I didn’t believe it. What a terrible thing to say! So misogynistic and degrading, there can’t be truth to that!
But now…. I know the pain of the women that told me that. My pillowy body makes me fuckable, my thin body makes me lovable.
When I’m big my breasts are targets, when I’m small the attention is on my eyes, lips, smile, laugh.
It’s not easy to convince myself that I don’t need love, or kindness from strangers. It’s not as simple as looking in the mirror and saying “this doesn’t matter! The inside matters!”.
I’m not dumb, I know why people treat me the way they do. I know that the world is kindest when I am smallest.

Anyone know what i can take to suppress my appetite? I wouldn’t mind if it were drugs but i can’t access anything like that. More over the counter stuff i can get or anything really disgusting that stops you from eating. It would have to be really strong/good though because i have bad binge urges.
