I was mindlessly scrolling through Facebook one time and saw a free base page I follow post the base I used for this. It was quite fitting for Taiga, so I drew him. It was hard though, I couldn't get the hair right. I spent 4 hours sketching just the hair. >:(

But hey, he turned out okay in the end.

Tbh, I only started to like Taiga more bc of fanfics of him. The writers wrote him good (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠)

instead of working on my wips (and pending ideas) on the last day of my summer vacation, i eventually found myself in the rabbit hole of nostalgic DS game brainrot ;;;

okay i know this one is a little unhinged but hear me out:

marshmallow dissolving into hot chocolate: love for them is something like an explosion. they're full of sweet and life and in some cases you might not realise to what extent until you're all in. but it's powerful - maybe even a little dizzying. and they pour a lot of themselves into everything they love. maybe even a little too much. a lot of the time they're just waiting for the moment to melt - a single touch, a whispered affirmation, and they're gone

butter melting over toast: these ones have edges. you have to give them a little time, a place where they can soften, but when they do they soak into you and give themselves whole and it's lovely and golden and it tastes like sunlight and it makes you a little easier, too, and suddenly you wonder how you ever went without them

cream over jam on a scone: this one is difficult to explain. they're delicate with things. like a sugar dusting. fresh and cool and they kind of. cut through the rough of everything around them. sometimes you look at them and think they don't belong in this world - they should be somewhere kinder, softer, brighter. and then they laugh and say but that world doesn't have you, does it? and you know that there is nowhere else they could be
