The amateur detectives were close to uncovering the scandal on the local council. With the promise of more information, they were lured to Councillor Mendoza’s house. But who knew that the meek Mrs Mendoza would be the ruthless captor? The blonde busybody was the leader of the two girls and she would be made an example of it seems. Tightly taped to the chair, legs wide apart……the crazed Mrs Mendoza is advancing toward her with the kitchen shears. Our damsel will be losing her tight jeans, starting at the crotch…..her brunette partner has been lashed to her own chair with yards of the gaffer tape. Both women trying to call out through the face crushing gags……
