Welcome to my experiment. My design challenge and exploration to make one illustration a day for 100 days. I've often find myself admiring other illustrators and thinking "I could never do that" so now I"m changing that to "I'm trying". Starting on April 4 I will make one piece a day following these rules: 1. Each week a theme/inspiration will be provided for an illustration guide line, 2. Illustrations must follow a chosen color palette (TBD) in order to compile these works as a family, 3. Don't be afraid to break the rules.... My hope is that this will cause me to explore design outside of my usual styles and help me to forming my own illustration style. You can follow my project here!

DAY 017:
Mixed it up a little bit today to make a card for my friend who just got a new job and is moving away. She spent the last 8 months teaching in Thailand so I used photos from her last journey to congratulate her on the new one.
