It's not Octane, but Skyfire who finds the ghost of Starscream in the crypt of the Decepticons. Yes, everything will be tied to SkyStar, where they will both solve their relationship problems after the events in G1. I have a lot of ideas that I would like to implement, but everything is very vague so far. I don't plan to make it big, maybe just a sketch for the very meeting of Skyfire and Starscream.
