it’s my first time doing anything like this so it might not looks the best, but I do have a bit of a reasoning as to why he looks like that. I gave him jeans and a slicked back hair because I like to imagine that since he grew up in the 50s he still looks up to that idea of the bad boy sort of vibe as really cool, thats also why I gave him a leather jacket, it’s a must. I can imagine him and Maria just looking at magazines from that time.

I also didn’t use any reference photos so it might all look inaccurate 😞 again this was just an idea

Hi I just want to rant somewhere about how much I love snails, like, first of all just how they look is amazing for me, I adore the spirals and how pretty they can be, the earthy colors, and their eyes, I adore their eyes! I remember being mesmerized by them when I was a child, I spent hours looking at the snails in our yard. I even "adopted" one for a few days, in the end I released it again, for years I just thought every snail I saw in that yard was the one I was adopted and it just hadn't left.

Anyway, I always just found so comforting how their always carry their house them, like no matter where they go they will always have a safe and familiar place to go to, sure it's an extra weight and hard to carry around but I belive it would be worth it, I wish I had something like that. Also how they always come out when it's raining, they're one of my favorite things to see. They're also so peaceful, just, I find them really comforting, plus they can help heal wounds!

It's really hypnotic to see them pull themselves around, still today I could spend hours just watching snails cross my yard. Another thing I just really like sensory wise is having them on my hand or my harms, I cant really explain this one it just feels nice.
