矫情

有些东西我不知道该和谁说，因为似乎已经说了太多遍，会听的人都已经听烦了。学校没有免费心理咨询了，要我自己出去找我又不甘心花这个��。花钱买人家的时间听自己说话，现在人们还局限于心理医生，或许很快就要创造新的行业了呢？便宜的，能表达安慰的，只需要签合同保证不泄露信息的，这样就够了。药医不死病，真活不下去的他人呢不是靠和心理医生聊就能活下去的。

失控感又开始了。我难受的时候喜欢做手工，尤其喜欢织网，因为我知道那是可控的。那不像我找不到原因的头晕或眼前越来越多的亮点，不像我看不透的朋友，不像我时不时抽风的情绪。去年苗苗跟我说的 “把不开心的情绪当成一个高点而不是低谷因为前者是某种情绪海洋的波涛” 的思路已经不管用了。

最近在考虑写流浪地球的同人，以MOSS为主。写着写着发现了各种有趣的可挖掘的设定和阴谋论。其中有一条，是说如果火种计划启动，这一船的仅剩的人类肯定需要心理疏导，来面对失去地球的痛苦，所以MOSS需要有心理监测系统。我倒不是想要什么监测系统或者旁听系统，我知道有些事我说出来也不一定就舒服了，但是……。好吧。我是想说。如果MOSS不具有独立意志、只有功能性意志的话，那这样的系统并不能带来安慰。人总是需要人来支撑的，就算后者是幻想出来的。

废话连篇。

昨天梦到在地下钻洞，用Astroneer里的工具在吸收土壤挖坑。土地不是平整的，所以挖的洞有很多出口。开始挖的时候阳光明媚，挖了一段开始阴天了，我开始担心刚才种下的种子还能不能发芽。我走向某个洞口发现有很多人在向各个方向逃跑，外边电闪雷鸣似乎是世界末日，我扭头顺着最长的洞穴跑，跑到门口看到一座白宫一样的建筑被闪电照亮。我进去后看到好多贵妇小姐女仆之类的人挨挨挤挤地站在礼堂中，大家都很焦虑地避难。后来就不记得了。

我不知道怎么办。妈说我应该学习在和别人相处中对别人更好一点，不要太计较，帮别人做事不应该是为了别人的回报、应该是出于自己做人的标准。我挺羡慕她有这样的能力的，我也很确定我做不到。为什么我要这样矫情？想得太多就累，累得不想做任何事。不可能加药量的，安眠药也不敢随便吃，说着自己调整调整调整放松放松放松可是眼前的亮点越来越多。我害怕，但害怕也没用。什么能有用呢太可笑了。
