He was dismayed when the humans first sniffed him out, now he still dresses as a nurse when at hospitals because it's habit and things like "Belogarth will be feasting today" have become figures of speech to mean "It's going to be a difficult day" adopted even by actual staff, who think some cheeky patients came up with it for the hell of it (hah) and now they're passing it on to external people close to them. Martha the teacher looks at a pile of exams to grade, sighs, sits down and says "Belogarth is going to get a feast."
