finally caught up on econs lectures hehe
did vectors additional practice 1 (was super careless haizz got 44/54 which is kinda bad but it’s a 4.0, i’ll take it)
read the whole acidity, bascity, nucleophilicity and electrophilicity chapter of theories and problems of chem o
ended up going home slightly after lunch cuz i wanted to slack… ended up watching like 3 episodes of my show and sleeping at 9 LMAO

Thursday was such a good day, and I don't know if Friday will be as well, but we shall see! I had a mini stress crying episode on Thursday due to some work/school stuff. But I got over it really quick and had a good day!
☀️ Morning Routine Non Negotiables
low impact youtube workout ✅️ (21min Move with Nicole Pilates video)
morning journaling routine ✅️
morning hygiene ✅️
⛅️ Daily Non Negotiables
study Spanish 10minutes minimum ✅️ (19min of study on Busuu)
read 10 pages of a book ✅️ (15pgs of Mindset by Carol Dweck)
get 3k to 5k steps ✅️ (3,543 steps)
⭐️ Night Routine Non Negotiables
night time guided journal ✅️
night time hygiene ✅️
set up for next day ✅️ (picked out workouts for Friday, but went to bed later then I wanted)
🌈 Rules
woke up at 5am but went to sleep at 11pm
drank ~65oz of water (I'm getting better!)
had 3 cups of coffee, the last one at 2pm (was stressed, wanted caffiene. will not do that today)
have no idea what my screen time was but it had to have been high, I was on screens a lot. and a lot if it was tiktok.
Thursday was a good day! Here's to finding balance and being productive <3

Apply a deep repair treatment to your hair, or get it done at a salon
Get a manicure and pedicure
Apply face masks every few days- alternating between purifying clay masks and moisturizing sheet masks works well
Use a facial hair bleach to get rid of the mustache if you want LOL
Use a subtle fake tanner to contour your face or even out your skin tone
Use teeth whitening strips
Moisturize ur hands (and ur dry elbows :P)
Exfoliate your body with a glove
Shape your eyebrows in a way that is flattering to your face

✿ today was definitely better than yesterday, Thank God. I woke up early (I actually did not sleep because I stayed up for this program and after the program ended I just continued working and when I was done I got distracted on tiktok and stayed up till 6:00am and after prayer in the morning I cleaned my room and did my daily worship and then I fell asleep lol) but yh most of the work for today was done
achievements:
✿ studied French on duolingo
✿ I took a walk and did pilates
✿ completed today's tasks in general
