Honestly, I love the BuckTommy dinner scene for a lot of reasons but it feels like a full circle moment in some ways! Buck didn't even know he was bi at the start of the season but had unknowingly been flirting with guys for years (TK Strand anyone?). It is so refreshing to see him in the finale intentionally flirting with his boyfriend! He is empowered and embracing himself and I for one am all for it!

Carlos has never been more in love and can't stop staring or his own smile spreading.

that scene in 4x01 really gets me because carlos's fear is so palpable. that feeling of knowing your time's up but still being afraid, the painful reality of avoiding a conversation because you're not ready yet and it compounding when you're forced to have it anyway

and tk is so, so kind. open and willing to listen. immediately concerned for iris (his first thought, before he even knew it was iris, being about the person needing a green card. about them struggling and carlos helping), and concerned for carlos too, when he starts to get visibly anxious. and there's something about that, something so caring and gentle about carlos fearing the worst and tk being like hey. it'll be okay. we have time. we can fix it. we can do it together. i'm here. i love you.

it's the kind of thing that feels like it's developed over the years they've been together, of tk learning carlos and what he needs and how to take care of him, and it's so, so beautiful to witness.

Rewatching the 911/911 Lone Star crossover and I am going to explode

Buck starts out shit talking and being competitive with TK then Buck compliments TK after he saved him saying he had "nice moves"

Buck comforts TK when he's upset and offers to do something reckless to help him before telling him, and only him btw, he wants to see him again

TK sees all of this and thinks Buck must be flirting because why wouldn't he but this is EXACTLY how Buck acted when he met Eddie

Someone is reading these situations wrong and I don't think it's TK
