K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?

-> you know i gotta say wiwi. i have to. that character was Made For Me i swear to GOD . genuinely i cannot think about prime defenders season 2 episode 39 without feeling physically sick bc i love it so much. its the only one i havent relistened to since i heard it the first time. i KNOW its gonna make me cry again so i genuienly have not touched it even though theres things in there i need to hear again for character research. his arc is so like. narratively satisfying in a way that hits me so fucking deep to my core in an extremely personal way. and like. there were definitely some Decisions that i was REALLY ANNOYING about hating when they were brought up because im used to media with bad storytelling/creators that do not care about their characters but. looking back on it i would not change a single thing about it. i love you wiwi so much.

-> oh dude i have so many hmmmmmmm how to choose just one. i have a LOT of feelings about wiwis original death and i might write something about that when i can get over my shrimp emotions about him. dakota cole audhd truther but that ones pretty much canon anyway so i dont think it counts. vyncent and his relationship with growing up in fantasy world and then being thrown into prime and how he adjusted to that. I think he really lies shitty syfy channel type horror movies that are so stupidly bad. and also plays a lot of video games but again i think thats mostly canon already. i think tide listens to dad rock but also like. ocean man by ween. you already know about my william and ashe being each others emotional support at concerts. i think william and ashe should hang out and do emo kid things more. i also have a lot of feelings about ashe and coping with the crippling loneliness of basically growing up alone and how the pd becoming like INSTANT best friends was so much for him in sooo many ways. you already know how i feel about mark i am in the middle of dissecting him like im in a high school biology class as we speak. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i know im gonna think of something really good after i hit the post button so stay tuned

1. the character everyone gets wrong i suffer from a disease called "im the only one with correct opinions about every character ever" so i kind of feel this way about everyone all the time HJKLSDFHJKL.......but maybe its just bc im so Him For Real, but i feel it a lot with blitzo????? i feel like hes the character where i see the most takes about him that i fundamentally disagree with. it doesnt help that his character writing is so shitty tho.

2. a compelling argument for why your fave would never top or bottom I DO KNOW EXACTLY WHO ITS ABOUT. BLITZO. sjhkdfhjksdf kind of ties into the thing i said above and not EXACLTY what the question is asking but. that man is a SUB. i am being so so serious when i say that everyone who thinks he is/writes him as a dom and/or top doesnt understand him as a character. its partially bc stolitz's writing is so godawful, but like. its not even. subtext??? that this man is a sub/bottom??? its just text. its so obvious that they basically say it. YES he ACTS like a dom thats the FUCKING POINT. 16. you can't understand why so many people like this thing (characterization, trope, headcanon, etc) ANOTHER REALLY GOOD ONE. stolitz instantly came to mind HJKSDLFHJKL just the whole ship. specifically the arc in the show. also huskerdust? not the ship itself but the characterization. its the same flavor of evil that stolitz is just without the power imbalance. vivzie wants sexual assault in all of her leading ships soooo badddd. i hate the fandom take (loosely based on canon) of husk being ""into it"" the whole time angel was harassing him. makes me fuckin GAG.

19. youre mad/ashamed/horrified you actually kind of like... STOLITZ BEING CHILDHOOD FRIENDS. omg critics usually HATTTTEEEE this shit!!!!!! and i totally see where theyre coming from. ""the circus"" was OBVIOUSLY just meant to humanize stolas/shift the ""blame"" onto blitz instead by making it seem like he initiated it/made stolas think he wanted this (which doesnt make it right but wtever). and the childhood friends (if you can even call them friends) IS so nothing......but im such a sucker for this trope. i actually think its really cute. IDKKKK i think it ties into how i genuinely think that stolitz couldve been good if they had lead with this. since he started off as a villain and had a very rocky transition into being """not a villain""" despite still being horrifically evil, the show is stuck in this weird place of trying to TELL us that stolas is good and worthy of redemption while SHOWING us that hes not. if he was a villain at the start, they shouldve stuck to their guns and kept him that way. if they wanted him and blitz to have a romance, then they shoudlnt have fucking started the show like this. its too late to go back and fix it and the circus is a very clear showing of them trying and failing to do so.....AND YET. i still think its sweet. it makes me yearn for a show where they remeet as adults and start reforming a FRIENDSHIP instead of a weird sex deal. it wouldve actually been cute and compelling to see them observe how the world has hardened and changed the other and finding out that they still love each other despite it. how they both were so deply hurt by the circumstances and yet still managed to grow in a way that left room for the other. What's your favorite thing about [Vox]? well. he gets Christian Borle points. we only hatewatched this show in the first place for His Voice. but i do also just really like his general little mannerisms :3 i like how he glitches when he gets flustered/overwhelmed, and how his smile raises and falls depending on who hes with/around. i actually think his body language is really interesting and fun to analyze!!! manipulative little shit. i hope he overheats and explodes

Always somehow smells like rain water and eucalyptus

Though he's tried to preserve as much of the traditions and customs of the kurta clan, he's slowly losing it as he goes deeper and deeper his attempt to avenge them.

Keeps a diary but is never consistent with it (sounds like his friendships)

Has the biggest rbf ever and no one is brave enough to point it out.

Absolutely despised fast food, would only eat it if it was the only option for him.

Has never kissed anyone on the lips in his life and most likely will never (sorry guys)

Has the best skin out of the whole group, he doesn't even do much its literally water and face wash

Today is the day, the day i start to work in a real hospital. Part of me is nervous, part of me is so excited, i could pop like a ballon. I reach the hospital and park, i see a group of people walking towards the door. I follow them in and make my way to the OR, where the chief said to meet at. Once i make it i see the chief standing there, looking over everyone.

"Welcome to Seattle Grace Hospital." He says. "Im your chief, Dr. Webber." He says. I turn and see a girl who's a bit later then everyone else. Chief Webber goes on and on about how hard this is gonna be, and i can start to feel my insecurity setting in. I look around and people are glaring at others. I try to smile.

After Chief shows us around, he lets us eat and then go to the locker room. I see a man, whos name is George approach the girl that was late.

"M-my name is George O'mally a-and i uh... wanted to say hello" he says awkwardly. The girl snorts but smiles.

"Meredith Grey." She introduces herself. I pause.

"THE Meredith Grey? Daughter of Ellis Grey?" I ask, slightly stunned. Meredith looks a bit dejected but nods. I sorta feel bad. People must say that all the time and never talk about her. I know that feeling.

"Sorry, lovely to meet you. Im Y/n, Y/n Y/l/n." I smile and hold out my hand. Meredith smiles and takes it.

"I believe my mom worked with your father." She says. I nod.

"They did." I beam a bit. Another girl pops into the conversation.

"Its crazy how you two work together now, like your parents did." She says. She was blonde and quite beautiful. "Im Izzy Stevens." She smiles. I nod and so does meredith. Another guy tells us to shut up. I look at his tag and it says Alex Karev.

"Dont be so prissy Karev. It wont get you very far." I say, side eyeing him. A girl sits next to me and Meredith.

"I like you two already, your not annoying." She says. Her tag says Christina Yang. I smile and in walks a short black women.

"Alright. I need Grey, O'mally, Stevens, Y/l/n, Yang, and Karev." She shouts and everyone she called walks out. I can hear her mutter something along the lines of, "too many interns." We stop walking and she looks at all of us.

"Im Doctor Miranda Bailey. I have five rules. Memorize them. Rule number one: Don't bother sucking up. I hate you. That's not gonna change. Trauma protocol, phone list, pagers" she points to stuff on the counter. "nurses will page you. You will answer every page at a run. A run! That's rule number two. Your first shift starts now and lasts 48 hours. You're interns, grunts, nobodies, bottom of the surgical food chain. You run labs, write orders, work every second and night until you drop, and don't complain." She says as we keeo walking. "On-call rooms. Attendings hog them. Sleep when you can where you can, which brings me to rule number three. If I'm sleeping, don't wake me unless your patient is dying. Rule four: The dying patient better not be dead when I get there. Not only will you have killed someone, you woke me for no reason. We clear?" Everyone nods, but meredith raises her hand. "Yes?"

"You said five rules. That was only four." She says. Dr. Bailey sighs and looks at her pager.

"When i move, you move." She says and her pager beeps. We all rush with her.

By the end of the day, i have been cursed at, given weird stares, thanked, and thrown up on. I make it back to the locker room and sit down. I cant help but smile. I hear 2 voices and Meredith and Christina walk in.

"Why are you smiling?" Christina asks snarkly.

"When i came here, i thought i would wanna leave. I thought everyone would be against me. But i suppose i can tolerate you guys." I smile and i can see Meredith smiling. Even christina has a smirk on her face.

"Your sappy." Christina says with an annoyed tone. I chuckle.

Yea, maybe this wont be so bad.

One more day... One more day where Fénix bothered Penta and Penta lost his patience. One more day where Fénix blamed Penta. One more day where they argued and upon the argument Fenix took Penta's toy car and threw it at him. Penta obviously ducked his head and the toy broke a vase...

Guess who got in trouble...?

Yes, yes that's right. Penta did. Penta did.

They gasped as both of them saw the vase of flowers falling down and breaking into small pieces.

Their mother entered in "What's going on in here?!" just from the tone of her voice.. They understood... that she wasn't happy. Fénix run and hugged her dress "He broke the vase mommy!"

Magdalene spoke and pointed her index finger at Penta "What did you do again? You are the oldest! You should know, how to behave! What if you get hurt! What if he gets hurt? How can you be so irresponsible!!" she kept speaking and lecturing him. Fenix was holding his mother's dress burying his face in the fabric.

Penta had his arms crossed over his chest. His face upset, annoyed. He looked down and then at her. He had enough..

"How come you always yell at me?! He always gets away with everything. You always blame me! You don't even hear my point of view! Do you love him.. More than you love me? Ever since he came you mostly pay attention to him! He is your favorite! You love him more than you love me!" he yelled fed up with the whole situation and ascended the stairs going to his room.

Fénix felt slightly bad.. He didn't pay much attention though.. «He would get over it.. He always does..» he thought. He let go of his mother's dress. Magdalene looked up and sighed.

His father Julio came some seconds later "what happened? What's all this noise? I can hear you from outside!"

Magdalene had just finished gathering the broken pieces and collecting the red roses that had scattered all over the floor.

She got up "Penta broke the vase, I talked to him and he left". Fénix was sitting quietly and drawing on the table, all the while seeing upstairs. He felt slightly bad about what had happened..

"Did you see him breaking it? Did you really had to behave like this for a vase? He has every right to be upset you know I love our kids but I am fair. If fenix is at fault, I will punish him. Im not gonna blame Penta for it and vice versa. You can't blame him for everything Magdalene..

So what? What if he is the oldest?! He is still a child. Magdalene... I don't understand what's wrong with you now lately. You know that I am here to talk about anything that bothers you .. You can't unleash your stress on our children.. ".

She lowered her head "You're right.. It's been a rough week I guess.." she looked at him guilt in her eyes.

"Everything will be okay! I'm here.." Julio put his hand on her shoulder.

She smiled softly yet sadly "I was too harsh to him.. I'll.. I'll go talk to him". She attempted to go upstairs. "Wait! Don't go! Not yet!" his voice slightly stern. She listened and nodded her head. She went to the kitchen to continue her cooking.

Back to Penta

Penta slammed the door of his room. He jumped on bed burying his face on the pillow. A few tears rolled down his soft cheeks. He turned around and saw his teddy bear 🧸, he hugged it and those tears turned into a quiet sobbing. He looked at his teddy.

«I don't understand why I am to blame for everything! These last few days Mom has been blaming me all the time... Maybe.... Im not good enough... Mom doesn't love me..» he thought.

"What do you say teddy? You understand me... Right? Oh.. What's that?" he brought the teddy bear close to his ear.

He looked at his window.. An idea showing up in his mind... A bad idea.. "We need to leave... I mean... Let's just get out of here... " he said quietly.

It pained him to think such thing.. He looked at the window and then at the door. «What's even the point of staying here...? Maybe mom won't be so angry if I leave.. » he thought.

He took a small backpack, a blue one with dragons on it. He took his teddy bear with him. In order to «fool» his mother he put some toys and pillows under the covers so it will look like his sleeping..

He took some bedsheets and curtains, tied them on bed and climbed out of the window. He quietly run off the streets. He stopped for a while and looked back at his home.

He didn't know where he was going... He just left. A few tears rolled down his cheeks.. He looked ahead and just run off.. Leaving his home and family behind.

Back to Magda, Julio and Fenix.

They had just finished eating. It was oddly quiet. She expected her son to come and eat. His food was getting cold. She looked at her husband and he looked at the clock, then at her and he nodded.

She ascended the stairs. It was quiet. A feeling of dread weighting her heart. She knocked on the door "Penta? I'm sorry... Could we please talk?".. Silence.. "You have every right to be upset. Can we just talk? Mi hijo.. Perdóname..." she said. Still silence... "Im coming in" she entered and walked towards the bed. "Oh you are sleeping?" she said.

She walked towards him "Penta darling come to eat..." still no answer "Come on!" she was getting slightly annoyed.

She removed the covers only to find out clothes, pillows and toys ... She looked around the room. "Penta?" she asked... Now she felt fear..

Silence. For parents silence was never good. "Mi hijo?!" she shouted, looking around the place, voice trembling. Penta was nowhere. She noticed the window opened, the curtains waving on the wind. She looked out of the window only then she realized what had happened.

She panicked "oh.. no.. JULIO!! OUR SON IS NOT HERE! OUR BOY IS NOT HERE!" she screamed. Julio run upstairs. He looked at the room and he swore under his breath. She took her husband, her son and went to find him. "Let's go find him! He can't go far!" she said. The three of them entered in the car and started looking for him, praying that he will be safe.

Back to Penta

Penta was walking around the streets. At some point he reached a playground. They weren't many people around. He decided to go play a little. He sat in the swing "Come on bro! Pu- (push me)" he looked behind him. Fenix was nowhere. His smile slowly disappeared "Oh...right.. They are not here..." he lowered his eyes.

He played alone for a while lost in thoughts.. No, no it wasn't the same without them. He looked at his teddy "Come on.. let's go... It's not fun.."

⌛⏳

He walked down the beach, "Teddy look the beach". He walked by the coast and a little below he saw a family playing and having fun. He stopped and sighed. A wave of sadness covered his body. He turned around and left.

He was walking around the streets the sun setting behind the mountains. At some point his stomach rumbled.

"Oh right... I didn't eat... I don't have enough money... I guess... Oh... It's getting late... Maybe I should go home... Maybe I should have listened to mom, talk to her...it was a bad idea to come here alone...Yet with what face Am I gonna appear? What do you say teddy?

Ugh fine.. I'll go back... She will ground me for sure... At least I'm gonna be in my bed and eat my mom's food. Well first I'm gonna eat the chancla and then her food. Okay... I will go back.. and.. apologize...".

He decided to return home. The thing is.. He didn't know which way to go. He facepalmed "Ugh..which way did I come?.. Was it that way..? Or... Uhm.. Teddy..? Which way was it?

Back to Magda, Julio and Fenix

They drove around the city for some hours and still not a trace of him. Magda decided to walked around the place for some time. She kept asking "Have you seen this boy?" most of them shook their heads no. She panicked. Fear, disappointment, dread shown on her brown eyes..

After many tries one woman walked towards her and said "Excuse me ma'am I saw this little boy by the public market, close to the park and the beach". The woman gave her directions. Magda thanked her"thank you so much!!" hope sparkled in her eyes.

Julio and Fenix looked around as well with no luck. Magda called him and said where to go. They went there. They looked around the place and saw nothing. It was late.

She found a man (Carlos) and woman (Angelica) who were cooking "Have you seen this boy?" they shook their heads no. Magda close her eyes for mere seconds, the hope she had, had just faded.

She gave them some money "If you see him, he hasn't eaten anything, please cook something for him. Here is my phone as well" they nodded their heads.

Magda's eyes teared up. Julio and Fenix hugged her "We will find him". Fenix admitted that he broke the vase and he blamed penta for it, that he began annoying him and he started it. Magda gave him a stern look but she decided that they should solve this later..

They kept searching around the place.

Back to Penta

Penta was getting tired by walking around. The temperature on the atmosphere was low. He regretted leaving home. He hugged himself. He was thirsty and hungry. He sat down on a bench. He covered his face with his hands...

He looked around, there were trees and lattices. "Wait... This place looks familiar.. Oh! Im at the public market well close enough and - what's this smell... So beautiful..." He found a woman and a man there, cooking. Whatever they were cooking smelled nice for sure!

He was at a distance and ran towards them as fast as he could. He tripped and fell down, scratching his knees and elbow. He took a deep breath and got up. He walked slowly close to them. He looked at the coins..

He didn't have enough money how is he going to pay?

He looked at them and then at the ground.. He was about to leave.. However Carlos called him

"Hey you? Come here! I'll make you something." Penta looked at Carlos "I don't have any money sir". Angélica said "It doesn't matter kid, sit there". He sat down and waited patiently.

"Why are you doing this? Why are you so nice?" Penta asked.

"We are not" Angelica spoke while cooking.

"Your parents and a younger boy were looking for you" Carlos said.

"They love you!" Angelica spoke softly.

When she finished cooking, she offered him his meal. Shrimps with rice.

"Eat so they can come pick you up and don't do something like this again!! You were lucky you weren't killed!"

"Gracias!" he began eating. Damn it tasted so good. He teared up a little bit.

Carlos called the family "We have the boy here, we cooked him something as we promised. You may come!"

Magda finished talking "Okay, yeah I know how to come there we aren't far away! Yes, thank you so much!"

Magda, Julio and Fenix hugged each other "Gracias Dios!!! Let's go take our boy back" Julio said and began driving.

After a whole adventure the family reunited.

Penta was sitting on the table. He heard his mother's voice and looked up.

"My son!" she said. He saw his family and run at his mother's arms "mom... MOM! DAD! HERMANITO!"

They hugged him "Im sorry..." he said "I'm sorry too!".

She hugged him. They thanked them and went home, the way back was silent, Fenix hugged Penta and apologized.

When he reached home he took a shower and put on fresh washed clothes. He was sure he is escaping punishment. He walked into the kitchen. Fenix was there. Soon Magda and Julio came.

"Fénix please leave the room.." her voice sternly. Fenix looked at Penta who was looking on the floor.

Fénix exited the room and Julio close the door.

Julio calmly walked closer and hugged him tightly "WHAT MADE YOU THINK THAT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA?! WE LOVE YOU! WHAT WOULD WE DO IF SOMETHING BAD WAS HAPPENING TO YOU?! DAMMIT?! HUH?! DON'T YOU FREAKING DARE!! TO SCARE US AGAIN LIKE THIS! YOU UNDERSTAND?!" his voice strictly. Penta nodded he attempted to speak but Julio raised his hand "Silence! Let you mother speak!", Penta obeyed.

Magda spoke

"I am sorry.. You are still a child and you are still learning that's true. Im trying my best. I love you the same! My love for both of you is equal! Both of you are a part of me and your father. I'm sorry If I was harsh on you. I shouldn't unleash my stress on you. I love you and I.. We want the best for you and your brother! You are my babies.. Our babies! Promise me you won't do this again. That you will tell me everything!" when she was done she gave him permission to speak.

"I'm sorry mom! I'm trying to be a good son for you..... You blamed me for things that wasn't my fault. I accept your apology. I promise I won't do it again. We will talk and I'm sorry... It was a mistake I won't make again".

"You are still grounded" they said in unison. He shrugged "At least I'm here with you, dad and my brother".

He spent a few days grounded. At least he was home with his loved ones.

You were talking with Rosario until Tranq has decided is enough conversation. As you're walking close to him, he grabs your forearm to push you onto him, making you fall on his lap. If it wasn't because you have good reflexes and you have covered the opening of your beer with your thumb, it would've been a disaster. You frown at him, feeling his arms wrapped around your waist possessively. A word that has never been part of his character.

“The hell are you doing, Hank?” You hiss turning enough to glance at his dark upset eyes.

“I swear if Pablo looks at you again, like that, I'm gonna set his bike on fire”. He whispers in response, dragging every word over his tongue, making an inappreciable gesture with his head.

Sideways you watch the other member regret trying to call your attention and earn some time alone, as soon as he sees El Pacificador marking his territory. You didn't notice it before because you were too occupied with your friends and controlling how many tequila shots your man was drinking.

“I don't get why you ca—”.

“I don’t fucking care. You’re supposed to be mine and no one is allowed to look at your body imagining how good it'd feel, besides me, preciosa. So for the rest of the night, you're gonna be sitting here. On my lap”.

You raise your eyebrows surprised and not really pleased by his order.

“What if I don't want to? Are you gonna set my bike on fire too?”

“What’s more relaxing than setting things on fire?”

“Jesus… Christ, Hank”. You snort trying to undo the tight wrap around your abdomen and waist, as a kid fighting against a wall. “Stop treating me like a fucking thing with your name on my face”.

“No”. He grunts sinking his nose on your neck. “You're only mine”.

“Por Dios santo, you're smothering me. Lemme go! ” You maneuver to stand up, turning at him with your arms crossed, earning Bishop and Taza's attention. “Two don't play if one doesn't want to, you idiot”.

Both men chuckle seeing his friend so damn pissed, watching you leave the clubhouse slamming shut the door. What the hell just happened? Is Tranq jealous? For real? No, he has to be joking. Nothing could annoy you more than his behavior a minute ago. Sipping your still fresh beer, back to the door, you hear it being opened and closed.

Bishop places an arm over your shoulders with a comical smirk on his lips, as he takes a drag from his cig. El Presidente tilts his head towards you for a second, letting escape a soft laugh. And he causes you to chuckle too.

“Pablo? Really?” You say incredulously, shaking your head.

“You look at your man, your big and terrifyingly peaceful man, and you think he doesn't have any insecurities. But, querida, he thinks your smart and beautiful ass is too good for him”. He replies with all his wisdom, resting his temple against yours. “Go inside, slap his head for being a pendejo, and then give him a kiss”.

Sighing through your nostrils, you simply nod taking another sip from your beer, making your way back indoors. Tranq knows he has fucked it up, pouting at you briefly as you walk closer and closer. But he wasn't expecting the slap to the back of his head, looking stupefied.

“I'm yours but not your property”. You point at him using your forefinger, leaning forward with a serious gesture drawn on you. Your husband assents ran out of words, having a seat by his side. “Don't act like that again, you hear me? I don't need any other man, I have enough bearing you twenty-four-seven”.

You're still annoyed, but Hank doesn't doubt placing an arm on your shoulder to kiss your cheek and murmur onto your ear. “I'm sorry. I lov—”.

“You love me, I know”. Puckering your lips, you sit over your left leg to turn at him. “And that's the only good thing I have. I wouldn't change it for anything”.

“You sure?”

“You wan'me to punch your face? 'Cause seems like you're asking for it”.

This is what happens.

They came home battered, beaten and pissed besides. The others hung around for Jester’s prayer of healing, but Caleb slipped away, too full of old wounds and grey memories to give up his new wounds quite yet. His head ached and his side pulsed painfully while he climbed the stairs. He was nearing his door when a great, heavy hand fell on his shoulder.

“Here,” a warm voice hummed from behind him, “lemme get that for you.”

“Oh Herr Clay, it’s–”

 Caleb’s sentence was choked out by a sudden sucking feeling accompanied by a sharp sound  in his chest as Caduceus’ spell took hold. 

*POP*

Caleb froze, then swayed in his tracks. Perhaps the injury had been a little worse than he thought. He turned around to thank his friend, only to see thunder in the firbolg’s eyes and freeze. He had seen Caduceus upset, annoyed and disappointed, but he wasn’t sure he’d seen him furious before. Until now, that is.

“For real?” Cad’s voice was still it’s usual low, placid cadence. He closed his eyes and pinched the top of his nose.

“Wh-”

“That was a broken rib, Caleb.”

“I was just going to bed–”

“You didn’t take a lick of healing from Jester.” He paused while Caleb floundered under a wave of embarrassment, guilt and stubbornness. “Your rib would have been the first thing to heal, since it’s the most life threatening. Unless you had a dagger through your heart I didn’t know about.”

The lie that was ready on Caleb’s tongue died there.

“I… ah… I did not know it was broken.” He finished lamely.

“That is not…” Caduceus closed his eyes, taking a deep breath, “That’s not the point, you… dammit, OK. OK, We’re gonna deal with this.”

His hand closed around the back of Caleb’s coat, and the now-healthy wizard yipped as he was lifted effortlessly off his feet. As easy as it was to forget Caduceus’ quiet anger, it was easier to forget his rarely-used strength.

Caduceus pulled Caleb into his quarters.

“Caduceus, what–”

“It was one thing when you were still too broken to function or believe anyone could care for you. But that’s not what’s happening here, right? You know better than this now.”

Caleb felt a panicked little chill run up his spine as Caduceus carried him like a suitcase.

“Caduceus, just— wait, I didn’t know–”

“Of course you didn’t. That big, stabbing pain in the side of your body, next to all the vital organs? I can see why you weren’t concerned.” He set Caleb on the oversized bed, and used a stern look to him in place.  “Take off your shirt, I want to check your other ribs.”

“Caduceus, your spell worked fine…”

The firbolg regarded him with mild astonishment. “You really gonna fight me on this?”

Caleb swallowed, and pulled his coat off, then his holsters and shirt. He sat politely and quietly on the edge of the bed, eyes downcast. Caduceus sat next to him, tugging at his arms to manipulate his torso and peer carefully at him. Eventually he let out a breath.

“It looks like the spell healed all of the physical damage.”

Caleb was just starting to relax with slumped shoulders when one large hand caught him across his chest from behind and pulled his torso across Caduceus’ lap. That gave him a chance to catch the wicked twinkle in his friend’s eye and start fighting, but it was too late at that point. He was pinned with both wrists held over his head by Caduceus’ left hand, his torso stretched over the width of the firbolg’s lap while a heavy right elbow held his hips in place.

He should have just asked.

As agonizing as that would have been, Jester wouldn’t have even teased him about it. She would have smiled and opened her arms, inviting him in, and turned him into a puddle before she left. Clearly a better option than the one he was stuck in.

Molly would have teased him, sure, but his eagerness to get on with the thing would have made it short-lived, and the results would have been the same.

He might have even been able to rope both of them, if he really wanted it. Gods, did he really want it. Now they were both in Nicodranas for the week, and an unexpected call from the Cobalt Soul had emptied their home further, until it contained one unique set of marbles that rattled around in the emptiness. Caleb himself… and Fjord.

It was so rare that they were alone together, their social lives whittled away from the web of their found family to their own unique love and camaraderie. Caleb would never tell Beau about Fjord’s skipped workouts. Fjord would keep quiet about the many long nights Caleb would spend buried in books and surviving on whatever food his insistent little cats could entice him with.

They were intimate, though with the others gone they fell into the pattern of a slow, quiet midday fuck in the library rather than mind-melting tickle attacks.

As warm as their days together were, Caleb was feeling the absence of the others. Had he really become this dependent? Had he lived so long with the luxury of insightful tiefling lovers (with a crew of accomplices) that he couldn’t go more than a few days without? Evidence said yes.

Specifically, the way his nerves had ignited when Fjord poked his head into the library late that night.

“Caleb?” He waited for the wizard’s gaze, “Come to bed tonight, hm? It’s getting lonely.”

“Oh…” Caleb felt his face alight, “It’s been so late, I didn’t want to wake you…”

Fjord waved a hand with an affectionate grin. “I know. I’m not offended. I don’t care if you wake me, though. Come to bed.”

Caleb returned the smile, hoping the shiver that chased itself around his skin wasn’t visible from the doorway. “ Ja , ok. I will. Goodnight.”

“Goodnight.”

Caleb would swear to himself, even later, that he hadn’t meant to wake Fjord. He’d stepped into his lovers’ bedroom with every intention of creeping over to the empty side of the bed and slipping between the covers, quiet as a mouse. Unfortunately he’d left his sea legs on a ship many months before.

The gentle rocking that he’d enchanted into the bedroom combined with pitch blackness and an exhausted mind sent him tumbling into a piece of furniture— a chair?— then over it and onto the floor with a clatter. He was upright again by the time Fjord roused.

“Caleb? Are you alright?”

“Ja, just clumsy.” Caleb assured him, hurriedly putting himself into the bed and holding perfectly still. “I’m fine, go back to sleep.”

His attempt to be inconspicuous was thwarted when one arm slung itself around his middle and pulled him in to spoon with a long, even sigh. “‘Kay.”

Caleb tried to relax into Fjord’s warm embrace, until the other man’s hand started to move. One broad, smooth palm stroked his chest, stomach, side, ribcage… all in firm, gentle strokes that didn’t tickle. At all . Caleb wanted to whimper and squirm, try to catch Fjord’s fingertips against a sensitive spot and earn some little zing of sensation, but he’d already woken him once. Instead he sat very still with his skin aglow with desperation until Fjord drifted off and his hand stilled. Caleb fell asleep not long after, still wholly sensitized and half-hard.

Between basic biology and want-filled dreams, neither situation had resolved itself by morning. In fact, as it did most mornings, his skin felt more sensitive as it awakened. Caleb hadn’t opened his eyes yet when he felt the press of cool lips against the heated skin at the back of his neck, sending shivers rattling through his thin frame.

“Good morning.” Fjord’s voice was a low, sleepy rumble that made Caleb shiver for entirely different reasons.

“Morning” Caleb returned through a yawn, stretching as best he could without wriggling out of Fjord’s embrace.

He found himself suddenly sharply aware of the placement of Fjord’s hands where they were wrapped around his torso, and the restraining weight of one muscular leg thrown over his hip. Still half asleep, he bumped against the embrace with a satisfied little hum before settling his own gangly form within Fjord’s larger one.

“What are you getting up to, today?” Caleb mumbled against the pillows, still wiping sleep from his eyes.

That’s when Fjord’s embrace suddenly tightened, his arms pulling Caleb in close while his leg stopped him from curling up to press him, stretched, against the length of his companion’s form.

Deals with Fey

Fandom: Critical Role C3

Characters: Orym of the Air Ashari, Fearne Calloway

WC: 700ish

Summary: Just a short, cuddly little thing to crack the egg that is C3 for Critickle role fic! (Tickle Fic) Who knew it could get so cold in the desert?

To be fair, Orym wasn't sure the whole desert was like this. The city certainly hadn't been, but that could have been all types of magic. Here in the low, rocky mountains where they were searching for one particular cavern among hundreds, though, the air was sharp and chill.

It's why he was glad to be curled beneath Fearn's thick mink cloak, nestled against the curve of her softly furred lap and stomach.Either because she was fey or because she was Fearne, she hadn't even asked before scooping him in with her. It took a full minute for his shivers to subside.

"Thanks." He sighed when she ducked her head underneath the covers to join him.

"Oh, it's no problem. You fit so nicely. I always worry that you little ones will freeze right through in this weather, and you're a much better cuddle buddy than Letters is."

She folded her arms over him, so he rubbed his hands across her skin so they could both warm up. "Yeah, I imagine they’re pretty cold."

"Mhmm…" Fearne sighed, hugging him tighter, "there is that. But also…"

Orym choked on a startled giggle that he mercilessly smothered with one hand as Fearne hugged his shins to her chest and started to tickle his feet with nails as hard as hooves.

"Fearne!" He tried to yell enough to get his ire across but whisper enough not to alert the others. "Don't-- ha!-- don't you dare--"

Fearne just snorted at him. "Oh, I think I do dare. Tickle tickle Orym…"

He didn't get a chance to reply thanks to a concentrated attack on the ball of one foot that sent him into a fit he had to use all his strength to smother, his back arching into Fearn's thigh. Which was the point, of course. This was Fearne's special little game, ever since the first time she'd playfully picked him up under his armpits and he'd squealed. She would creep up on him in his quiet, pensive moments in a dark little corner away from the others and tickle him to pieces while he fought to stay quiet, sure that his chaotic friends would find endless amusement in sending him into hysterics. They were only mortal after all, and as Fearne liked to remind him, halfling giggles were irresistible.

Fearn hadn't played her game since this new group had formed. At least Dariax wasn't with them anymore. Orym had a feeling he could take Dorian, but shuddered at the thought of Laudna's long nails. The thought of being tickled in front of a mind reader? Unconscionable.

So he kept his hands clapped hard over his mouth and wriggled like a fish in Fearne's embrace, unable to do much else without exposing himself to the terrible cold outside their cocoon.

He endured that way for about a minute, until her fingers found his toes and he cried, muffled, into his arm "Mean! You're so-- so m--eeheeheehee-ean!"

"Aw." Fearne pouted sympathetically, "Is my little buddy too ticklish? Do you want me to stop tickling your toes?"

"Yes!" Orym cried, still muffled, tears of laughter springing to his eyes. (And a blush springing to his cheeks at the stray thought of Imogen calling out how he really felt about Fearne's little game. Unconscionable.)

"Well..." Fearne spoke softly and calmly, her voice like satin, "maybe if you tell me something about yourself that's it your name and the fact that you're from the air Ashari, I can stop tickling your feet. We're friends, I want to know more about you."

That's it? "OK!" Orym giggled, "OK! Fearne, please!"

She stopped, but didn't move her fingers one inch.

"Well?"

Orym gulped in a couple of breaths, then paused for a panicked moment as he tried to remember a single fact about himself.

"M-my mother's name was Calista and my Father's was Eutar?"

"Oh, that's very good," Fearn soothed, letting go of her grip on his ankles, "See? Sharing is good."

Orym was about to agree when her arms stretched to claw playfully at his ribcage and he was cackling into his sleeve again. The new shot of adrenaline made him spot his mistake immediately.

"Oh Orym," Fearne teased as she tickled him silly, without once touching his feet, "hasn't anyone ever taught you that you shouldn't make deals with the fey?"

Can I just take this moment to put forward my variation on Essek Thelyss while I'm too high on the newest ep to write anything else?

Yes so repressed hot boi wizards, we all love them. But there are SO MANY ways to be repressed and being touch-starved is only one kind of loneliness.

So I would like to introduce Shadow-Hoe Essek.

Essek likes sex, and drow society is pretty permissive. He likes the act, but more than that, he likes the power, the secrets, the relationships it builds. None of his partners knows of all the others, but they all know there are others.

Among the elite in any society, people get up to stuff. High society weaves a tangled web, especially when you have to account for all sorts of past lives, and Essek Thelyss is a master manipulator.

That is, until he got cocky and committed a war crime.

He fell hard for Caleb when they were working together on Veth's spell, but didn't want to make the first move because

a) his new crush comes with a big sign that says "careful, fragile"

b) he didn't want to make Caleb think his help with the spell depended on it

c) war crime guilt

So there you have it, my proposal for you all. Is he lonely? Yup. Is he emotionally repressed? Woo boy yup. But Essek Theyless likes to fuck and do kinky shit, and is happy to help when Caleb comes asking.

A Half-rack of wizard

A little something for @sapphicquill that's both a reward and a promise! 😘

Caleb Widogast looked debauched and delectable tangled in Molly’s sheets, naked save his unbuttoned linen shirt. His skin was flushed, his hair a mess. A pool of warm, soft skin grew pinker as Molly’s gaze lingered and he loomed over the breathless wizard before him. Caleb’s hands came up between them in a beseeching pose, his head shaking back and forth with a forced, bright smile still stuck on his face.

“Molly, *hic* bitte…”

“Yes, dear?” Molly purred, baring his teeth. The wizard quivered, having just been nibbled half insane by Molly's fangs from toe to tummy.

“Don’t…” Caleb moans, his posture starting to fold around his torso, but the smile was still there and anticipatory giggles were already starting to shake his chest. Molly clacked his teeth together to make him jump. It worked. 

"Don't…?" Molly leaned in, matching the angle of Caleb's torso with his as the wizard flattened himself with a squeak. Molly planted his hands in the mattress on either side of Celab's slight frame. "Don't what, darling?"

There was a drawn out pause. Not silent, because Caleb was still hiccuping and giggling. Finally he shook his head again, eyes squeezed shut. 

"OK, well, I guess I'll assume you mean 'don't stop' then, hmm?" 

There may have been a 'nooooo' somewhere in the pleading, giggly whine that ripped out of Caleb, but it was lost on Molly. 

"If you can't say it," one of Molly's hands lifted off the mattress to wrest one thin elbow away from Caleb's chest and pin it next to his pink,  also-recently-nibbled-to-death ear, unfazed by the squeal the action wrought, "I can't imagine it's of much consequence, is it?"

Caleb was full-on laughing now, chest heaving but still too exhausted from Molly's thorough tasting to make much sound.

"Molly…" He wheezed, " I can't, mercy, please…"

Molly's seen through the desperate pleas and big wet eyes too many times to fall for it now. He leans down, menacing the bottomost rib on Caleb's exposed side with a hovering wide-mouthed grin.

"No-- Ah! Don't! No, nohahahat there!" 

"Oh? Not where? Come on, you're almost there!" 

Molly takes one tiny little nip, not enough to tickle but enough to make him panic, and it all spills out.

"No! Ribs! Pleaheeheese no no no ribs! Don't bite!"

"Say 'please don't nibble my delicious ribs, Mollymauk.'"

"Molly!"

He grinned some more, leaning down to trace the spot he'd just nipped with the tip of his nose. 

"Come on, you can do it!"

Caleb's laughter was coming out in little sobs. His eyes were squeezed shut, and Molly could all but feel him rally his strength.

"Please don't nibble my ribs MollyMAUK!" The last it came out as a shriek that tumbled into desperate, thrashing laughter as Molly started to do just that in earnest. 

"First of all," Molly murmured against a writhing wall of thin bones under pale skin, "That's not what I asked you to say, and I won't accept anything less. These are delicious ribs, you are a delicacy, and I want to eat you up. Got it?" 

Caleb's head was tossed back, silent laughter wracking his whole frame. He gave Molly a little nod all the same.

"Second, I think I will nibble your delicious ribs, because I want to and I don't think you're quite finished for the night."

Caleb wheezed when Molly backed off for a moment to look at his face, pink cheeks and all under a bird's nest of ginger hair. 

"Molly bitte, I can't! I'll do anything! Pleaheeheese!"

"Oh darling…" Molly purred, reaching out with his free hand tossed Caleb's hair away from his face. "I love hearing your laughter! You're already giving me everything I could possibly ask for!"

Manager preferance: as stated, she's adorable, funny, and rich, and an excellent cook! Has a mischievous side, and a curvaceous and beautiful body with pretty features.

Ahhh alright, it's my little fox babies!! They see you around school with your best friend pretty often, and they're struck because you look so different.

Like they've honestly never seen anyone like you, with your eyes and hair a different colour, and the way you carry yourself with so much grace and class, yet you also have the cutest expressions.

I think they'd all be subtle simps for you even before getting to know you, because they find your mannerisms really cute.

Definitely push captain Kita to ask you to become their manager.

So you're with your best friend, and you're teasing him (REAL SNS FANS KNOW ALICE IS NEVER WITHOUT RYO) and Kita bows and asks if you would be the manager for their volleyball team.

To vex him further, you tease him before agreeing to help, and he looks relieved, albeit a bit traumatized. He definitely wasn't expecting such a sassy girl.

Kita reports back to the team that you've agreed and will be manager starting tomorrow.

Back at home, you remember Kita's face after teasing him, and you decide to cook the team something as a peace offering, also hoping you'll make a good impression.

You cook them something extremely fancy, using your extensive cooking knowledge and effort, and the end result is something worthy of being served at a high-class restaurant. You go to bed satisfied, after asking the butler to prepare and pack the food for the team at school.

After school the next day, you smile happily with your butler by your side carrying the food you've made.

The entire volleyball team is just ":O"

You smile cheekily and tell them to dig in, introducing yourself as the new manager.

They're in a bit of shock, because they never knew you were; a. Rich, or b. So generous.

Flashing them a gorgeous smile, you crack jokes with them and ask them how they liked the food, later revealing you've cooked it.

The team is just so??? impressed?? Like wow she's so adorable and sassy which kinda makes her hot, and she can cook so well?

Please cue Osamu falling in love as he subtly decides what to name y'alls children.

I mean, a girl who can cook better than he can? He'd be so eager to learn from you and cook together with you, he's already getting dizzy just thinking about it.

Atsumu would probably be pretty whipped too, and not just because of the food (he's such a foodie, that's just a bonus point). He totally thinks any girl who can crack jokes and make him laugh has the key to his heart, and he loves how you're unafraid and mischievous.

As you warm up to them and begin attending their practices daily and getting closer, Aran just starts getting more and more impressed about how funny you can be.

Your antics and pouts totally make him laugh.

Suna probably strikes this relationship with you where he plans pranks and you're just gutsy enough to execute them. You're also more likely to get into trouble but whatever. While he's just recording you from somewhere

So he thinks you're really cool :] and you can really just tease him mercilessly and he wouldn't mind.

Kita just finds you so capable and brilliant, but he's also pretty shy by how confident and cool you are.

I think he'd try his best to talk to you and slowly and eventually form a bond with you based on something you both like.

In general, the team is just constantly in awe of you and they find you so exceptionally cool. Extremely blessed to have you as a manager and can't resist but show you off every single chance they get.

Like "in your face Itachiyama we have this gorgeous queen on our side here, alright?"

And you're loyal to them, trash talking their opponents even better than the Miya twins, yet keeping this innocent smile and façade up which makes the entire teams' hearts just squeeze at how hot you look when you do that.

So this is a school for rich kids, luv I think everyone is rich and unfazed 😭🤚

You become the team's manager because your teacher says it's a "hard position" and "no one has managed to keep it for long" which definitely just fuels your need to be the best at it.

But it doesn't go without careful planning, you wait at the gym to greet the members without revealing yourself as their manager.

You meet Ushijima first, and he's as silent and stoic as ever, which leads you to start teasing him and asking for attention.

Which he doesn't grant you. As you know Ushijima, he's probably gonna get annoyed :(

Ugh farmer boy doesn't know how to loosen up and have fun can someone teach him how to be cool?

So NGL you're a bit disheartened, until you meet your next favourite human being, Tendou Satori.

He just starts cracking jokes and matching your energy pretty well, you guys vibe so well together!!

And you feel like thinks might just be looking up. You plan on telling Tendou you'll be their new manager, when you meet another member of the team.

Goshiki is just a blushing mess when he sees you. I feel like he would not know how to act around girls and his brain just short circuits when he sees someone as BEAUTIFUL as you are.

You probably spot his nosebleed and joke with him, gently wiping his face with a tissue.

Which of course, causes him to faint on the spot, can we get an f in the chat for him?

Tendou helps him up and you're just laughing silently whilst coming face to face with Semi Eita.

So you're totally the type to be vocal about things and if you find someone cute, you aren't beating around the bush, so you're just like “hey I think you're so cute!”

And Semi is just like “omg okay what”

He definitely laughs it off and finds you brave and cool, and you kinda earn his respect for being so straightforward.

And he's pretty happy about the compliment.

You follow them into the gym and introduce yourself as their new manager, and they all promise to work hard and cooperate with you.

You get along well with the whole team, but for some reason, you and Ushijima just don't have the same connection you share with the others.

Like your jokes with Tendou, or your playful and mischievous nature with Semi.

Or even how you tease Goshiki.

You're determined to fix it.

So one day after a match, you round the whole team up and bring them to your house, instructing they wait by the dining table.

And you whip out some really fancy food you've just prepared, calling it a celebration for winning :)

They don't know you've cooked it yet, so you tell them and they're all just so impressed but not surprised, since they know you're capable and amazing at anything you do.

But Ushijima is just like?? Wow??

Because the flavours and way you've prepared the food touches him and he's just so proud to know someone who can make other people happy with their cooking.

And he tells you so, causing you to blush for the first time in your life.

The team is so soft when they see you flustered over something their captain has said, and they're glad you guys are slowly growing closer.

Each of them kiss your forehead and thank you for the meal before heading home, even Ushijima! (Which was super unexpected. You just expected a curt nod of a sort, but he gave you a gentle peck and ruffled you hair)

You smile to yourself because you're finally on good terms with everyone :)

The team totally thinks of you as a little sister, except Goshiki who views you as the coolest senpai ever loves bragging about you to his friends.

KENMA WITH A FIRST YEAR S/O HE MEETS THROUGH HINATA

you’ve been friends with hinata since your first day of middle school when you got sat next to the excitable volleyballer 

you both ended up attending karasuno high much to his delight

when he’s not with his volleyball team he’s with you telling you everything about it since you don’t play the sport yourself 

you know all the rules and basics by now by attending enough of his practices and games

so hinata has just come back from the training camp that he attended in tokyo

he is telling you all about the new techniques and he’s worked on and all the new people he’s met

“there was this biiiggg third year! he’s captain of fukurodani and one of the top 4 aces in japan!!”

“uh huh”

“and his friend was captain of the rival team we want to play in nationals, another big third year with weird bed hair!”

“sounds like you met a lot of new friends”

“yup! but one of my new favourite friends is the setter of the team we want to play in nationals, his name is kenma, he’s a second year and he’s super quiet but he’s a real good player!”

hinata shows you a picture he took with this kenma 

there next to one of your closest friends stood a boy with long blonde hair, his dark roots showing but somehow it made his whole look all the more attractive, golden feline eyes and a gentle shy smile as he looked up at the camera.

now, while you’re thinking about how cute kenma is, hinata is actually watching you

you see, unbeknownst to you, the little middle blocker had mentioned you on several occasions to his new friend

something about kenma made hinata think of you while he was in tokyo

so he felt the need to talk all about you to him to which kenma listened to intently 

so there’s a practice match against nekoma coming up

obviously you go because you want to support your friend

you literally forget all about kenma and how he plays for nekoma

honestly hinata tells you all about every single new friend he meets wherever he goes

so it’s hard to keep track of who is who and where everyone comes from

but the picture of kenma comes flashing back when you see him out on the court

hinata wasn’t lying

he was a good player

he seems like he isn’t that into it but you can tell he’s calculating his moves to be precise 

very much a contrasting character compared to the rest of his outgoing team

nekoma end up winning by one set but it’s only a friendly practice match so all is well

you go down to congratulate hinata and the rest of the team

and hinata is there with kenma chatting happily while the shy setter is smiling and nodding slightly 

you make your way over to hinata and he notices you and his smile beams even brighter

“kenma look! this is y/n the friend i told you all about! isn’t she pretty?!”

you’re blushing and so is kenma 

brief introductions are done between the two of you and before you know it hinata is off to go and annoy kageyama 

you’re left there standing with the rivalling team’s setter

at first the atmosphere is awkward but kenma actually speaks up first

“so... you’re friends with shoyo he's told me a lot about you”

“all good things i hope”

kenma lets out a small smile and your heart flutters slightly

you and kenma actually have a pretty good conversation from there and end up exchanging social handles

so neither of you have to worry about weirdos on the train at night 

so it gets to about 10:45 and you and kenma decide to call it a night

after that date there are many more to come 

as well as hinata’s matches you also some to watch kenma play whenever you can

the nekoma team love you

they’re so happy their precious kenma has finally found someone outside of volleyball who makes him happy 

you’re basically shared between both teams now 

nationals who are you gonna cheer for tho lmao 

i honestly think when kenma finds the right one he’ll stay with her 

like he doesn’t open up easily so when he knows he’s found the one he will absolutely feel more comfortable in opening up and being more vulnerable 

kenma wasn’t really bothered about love and relationships before 

but thanks to you he’s glad he stepped out his comfort zone

because besides the family he’s got in volleyball 

he also has you know

She went into far more missions than Kayn ever did, and she did visit many places, other than sometimes resting in South Italy that Is.

She's mainly been used for abroad missions too, until the whole Japan thing started and she had to return back, and even if she stayed lil time there, she has a pin collection of every place, and occasionally shows it to close friends, and did It w Kayn after they got time to get along.

She also got the first pin, which her husband bought for her since she spent almost everything, and that does bring her some nostalgia bout It, in the good and in the bad.

Sometimes when she gets drunk, she'll start ramble bout every single embarassing moment she had there like it's nothin. And even when she'll wake up, Kida wouldn't do anythin to deny It.

Just, proudly stating that she did It.

They just can't even pin point way, it just, is.

She suffers normally of a morning sickness, and has to take some medication to treat some sounds she had even before getting into the gang, but other than that, she's pretty healthy.

But she does have an allergy for some flowers, so during spring she has kinda an hard time alone.

Like, yeah he does have many traditional outfits, but that's mainly because he's more tied up to his family traditions that, even if they hurt him in the past, he can't let go of.

Though it's safe to say that, the outfit he wears normally isn't really practical, considering in which events he gets into, but for him It doesn't really matter.

Basically just the "be depressed but well dressed".

They also tend to shorten words whenever they can, just to go straight up to the answer.

Absolutely almost any folk tail in human's history. They just have been so interested in that for even hundreds of years, she's just deeply sucked into them.

She doesn't do It often to people, even to those they're close to, and mainly ramble about It to their dolls.

He's mainly the one to bully rather than the bullied, but it's safe to say that if ya could really annoy them, It would be poking their making, or weapons per say.

Plus, since they're thecnically the least powerful member of the gang, it's normal that they Hide that feeling pretty well, under some teasings to subdoly vent bout It.

So even teasing him about that makes them really annoyed, since you'd 'invade" the space they created for herself.
