i have it in my head that argenti somehow picked boothill up from a stray meteor (since hes almost full bionic it seems to me he should be able to kind of exist in space without much issue)

and bro taxied him around since they were going to similar places.

Argenti would tell boothill about idrila while the one and only was on autopilot, and boothill would tell him about his synesthesia beacon, getting like a pat on the shoulder or something "that's rough buddy" type shit.

I'm not really a fan of love at first sight myself, so i picture them running into eachother across the universe for the next few months (boothill is just sort of tailing argenti cause he finds him interesting [he'd go off and do a local bounty so he could have a reason to be there]) and they'd go on impromptu hangouts, which then turned into dates (argenti turned to bro and was like "do you wanna go on a date with me?").

but argenti is basically a knight priest, following idrila with his heart body and soul, fully devout.

so of course, boothill, kinda third wheeling, didnt like it.

they went through a patch where boothill would go on more and more bounty runs, each taking longer than the last while he stewed in "well what the fudge am i supposed to do if the son-of-a-nice-lady won't look back at ME for once".

Argenti grows to miss boothill's presence and then they sit down to have a talk couples-counseling style.

boothill confesses that he wants more than what he's getting, he knows that argentis number one is idrila.

but his number one has been gone for years, so why cant there be more space on that top podium for him?

Argenti is at first silent, boothill is practically asking him to give up his faith

(he's not, argenti just can't comprehend sharing idrilas spotlight),

but he also can't deny that he himself wants boothill in ways that wouldn't be beautiful. (winky face)

jason doesn’t play video games, if someone asks him to play with them he wouldn’t say no, but generally he just doesn’t play them without being prompted. however, i imagine reader and jason snuggled up in bed together after a nice hot bath with the xl heating pad on.

jt has his chest to her back and is holding her waist with his face mostly nuzzled comfortably into the crook of reader’s neck so he can watch her play animal crossing way to late into the night.

he’s quiet as usual, but reader is softly narrating everything she’s doing to him. this is his favorite way to spend his free evenings <3
