a gas station, jasmine masters, & a tiny car

this morning was my second time having a dream involving a gas station in the middle of nowhere, jasmine masters, and a tiny car.

[act i: stranded] i am stranded at a gas station in a desert-like area and there's a single two-lane highway beside it, similar to the one pictured below

this gas station has a very large area pavement-wise, but there are only like, 4 pumps. i am standing at a pump, with no vehicle. i see a car parked at one of the pumps and it's what looks like my dad's car. for some reason, i think "yeah, i can drive this home!" but some sort of third-person, video game-esque popup informs me that this is a car linked to some sort of criminal or criminal activity, so after that, the car magically moves away from the spot at the pump and into a singular parking spot adjacent to the pumps??? (everything up until the criminal popup happened in the 1st instance as well)

[act ii: refreshments] i am inside the gas station convenience store and i am shopping around for food and drink. i can remember looking at the various offerings in the fridges and stumbling upon a boba cart beside the cashier. (this boba cart was not present in the first instance of this dream, i just looked around the store that time) it was a blue, very vietnamese-looking street cart [first image below] and had a window showing 3 pre-prepared drinks surrounded by ice, and a list of flavours printed on the cart [second image below]

during my examination of this boba cart, jasmine masters donning her iconic blue robe and dora the explorer wig [see below] was suddenly a part of my party, looking at snacks and stuff behind me, and it was like we were shopping together from the start. it was very natural and i didn't once question her sudden presence.

the cashier, stood beside the cart was a 30 to 40-year-old asian woman who looked at me with her hands behind her back, knowing i was interested in buying a drink. i looked at the offerings in the glass and saw a purple drink so i said "taro" in my vietnamese accent and she handed the one on display to me before going behind the checkout counter on the right to cash me out.

it was like any other gas station checkout i'd ever been to with the blue lotto max display thing on the counter, showing all the scratch cards and whatnot [see below]

jasmine didn't buy anything, she just stood to the right behind me (economical queen)

(for the first instance of this dream, i don't remember anything between browsing the store and being in a car with jasmine, so i guess i left the store and entered a car with jasmine inside it?)

[act iii: tiny car] me and jasmine left the gas station and headed out to an orange fiat-type car parked beside a pump. it wasn't there before, and it didn't belong to me, so i guess it belonged to jasmine? (i believe the car in the first instance of this dream was a regular-sized one)

we got in, i put my drink in the cup holder, we both buckled up and i started to drive, heading in the direction of my home. jasmine may have started ranting about something as we took off. i know at the start i said it was an empty desert landscape with a single two lane highway, but when i exited the gas station and went onto the road, it felt like this area? [see image below]

i don't know how i felt like it was this area, i can only really remember being at a stoplight before i woke up and the dream ended, but spiritually and subconsciously(?) i feel me and jasmine were stopped at this intersection

this isn't really doxxing myself right? 🫣 i live nowhere near this area.

[epilogue] an explanation of aspects of the dream

the woman and the boba cart - i am vietnamese, i want boba, and i miss vacationing in vietnam. nights out having street food with my family were great + i don't even know if boba is that expensive here in canada but i rarely have it, so i often crave it.

jasmine masters - i watched a lot of jasmine masters videos on youtube in august/september, so i absolutely understand why she's present.

the very specific intersection - i went to a doctor's appointment last month and passed through this intersection on the way there and coming back. plus, it was a really fun day off from school.

dreams are just regurgitated memories and experiences after all.

i have no explanation for everything else though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So I was checking out a list of the Secret Titles on Serebii, and apparently it's on-sight and Very Fucking Personal™ between these two.

Edit: apparently it was programmed wrong and it should be Silver you fight Gio with rather than Jasmine, since the "I Hate You" title actually features Silver. It would be so much funnier if she just had this UNFATHOMABLE hatred of Giovanni or if he just detested her personally for some unknown reasons.
