So having theory, is King Orange female? Like DJ saying "she" to RB, so some AvMFandom people decided "she" pronounce for RB. And now we are seeing that RB and King Orange show their differences as we can see for Purple.

Changing***: So I've watched DJ and Alan's reaction for the finale episode, and DJ saying in the reaction "he" and other thing like "you became his dad". So, Orange King is dad for Purple!:D

And headcanon, RB is female, and King Orange male. They just having opposite thought, but King Orange have shown negative at the first time for Purple, so that makes sence I quess. And I think I'll start calling King Orange MT(Mango Tango, I think that name created tulipsempai)
