Okay I genuinely don’t think I can get them all into one post. BUT, I did promise Bryon x Lorsan headcanons so here’s my personal favorites of the bunch.

I am praying there’s no word limit on asks

- Bryon and Lorsan have entirely opposite food preferences.

- Bryon isn’t one for sweets, and tends to lean more towards bitter flavors like coffee and walnut.

- Lorsan finds Holistonian sweets too sugary, but is exceptionally fond of honey and fresh fruits.

- On a totally unrelated-and-not-at-all-correlated note, Lyca can bake phenomenal strawberry and cream honey cakes. They’re always well received by whoever she gifts them to, and are Parisa’s favorite tea time snack.

- Lorsan is Elona’s second favorite person. Unless Bryon decides she isn’t entitled to even more treats. Then Lorsan is her first favorite person.

- Lorsan doesn’t have the arm strength to carry Elona one handed like Bryon does, and prefers to carry her like a baby. She is in fact his baby. It’s Lorsan’s custody time now.

- Bryon and Lorsan were technically childhood sweethearts but Lorsan did not know this for a solid decade

- Lorsan is an amazing storyteller. Between tales carried to him by the wind, and his natural affinity for making conversation with travelers he’s got quite the interesting collection of gossip, stories and fables. After having his own adventures and experiences his repertoire has seen significant growth.

- When Lorsan was a child he had the bad habit of following the wind wherever it took him. Any lapse of supervision combined with his wind whispering abilities would end up with Lorsan wandering miles away from where he was supposed to be.

- Grannie Dahnie has been known to call Lorsan ‘Dandelion puff’ due to fact that with even the slightest breeze Lorsan somehow will find himself half way across the forest.

- (During the campaign) if Lorsan wanders off from camp alone Elona almost always follows after him. Lorsan can’t fight with her like Bryon can, but a giant protective lightning bird is a good deterrent for anything looking for an easy target.

- Bryon refuses to admit he trained her to do this, which is only partially true.

- Even though both are capable wind whispers, and can thus communicate regardless of proximity, Bryon tends to get very stressed about Lorsan being out in the forest on his own. This worry is significantly worse due to the corruption and adamant syndicate’s presence in the Dark Forest.

- Elona doesn’t seem to appreciate having her friend that worried constantly, so started following Lorsan (almost) entirely on her own. The treats Bryon gives her after do help.

- While Bryon worries about Lorsan not having anyone nearby, Lorsan worries about when Bryon has *too many* people nearby

- Between Bryon’s dislike of noisy areas and general social avoidance he can get easily overwhelmed in crowded spaces

- Lorsan is practiced in the art of knowing when Bryon is getting flighty. He is usually the one making escape excuses so Bryon can slip away.

- Elona’s an excellent hunter and her favorite is wild rabbit. She tries not to be in the room with Lorsan during dinner time.

- While Bryon finds Lorsan’s chattery nature insufferable a *not* chattery Lorsan is much worse.

- A loud and talkative bunny is a happy and healthy one. For Lorsan to be uncharacteristically quiet means one of those two conditions is not met.

- People used to think Lorsan was the wild child and Bryon was the responsible one. In truth they’re both dumbasses it’s just one is louder than the other.

- Bryon’s calm nature leads to many forest creatures taking a liking to him. Birds especially are rather fond of him.

- Besides having a talent for whistling tunes Bryon is also exceptionally talented at bird calls. He can both recognize and recreate just about any bird in the dark forest.

- After years spent traveling alone Lorsan has become an increasingly light sleeper. You learn very quickly not to make that mistake twice.

- Eironn and Bryon were both scared of each other when they first met.

- Bryon, because that’s the Scion of the Lucent Tree. Eironn because Bryon was canonically a terrifying child.

- The two spoke so little to each other Eironn believed Bryon was mute.

- Until of course Bryon came to him with a wounded falcon fledgling, practically begging him to help heal it.

- While Bryon’s scary demeanor spooked off most children his age Lorsan never seemed bothered. Most attribute this to Lorsan’s complete lack of danger awareness. In reality Lorsan is someone who learns by observing, and soon realized Bryon never once acted cruel or disrespectful to anyone.

- Bryon has a harder time wind whispering, so he often seeks higher places where the wind is clearer.

- This does not help the bird allegations.

Eironn better be the next reawakened hero istg-

He gets a little friendship lesson from Lyca, who has a reawakened form, and he was taught by Thane and Brutus, who also have reawakened forms. You can not tell me that Eironn is not the next reawakened wilder. I WILL literally riot if he is not.
