neji or rock lee-

omg this one is hard too 💀

i love rock lee but i’d probably have to say neji bc his story had so much left to explore! I feel like rock lee found the place he “belongs” on team guy and in his role as a taijutsu specialist but to me at least it felt like neji truly hadn’t found his place in life yet and that hurts. he spent all his years protecting hinata without really finding the people who cared for him so deeply (outside of his teammates but that’s a lil different ya know) and i really think he deserved better
