You know I’m already seeing people calling it ‘sweet’ that Martha and Ms. Mayberry ‘made peace’ and acting like the getting together must have been cute and wholesome and even questioning as to whether Martha knows that Ms. Mayberry put the hit on her like that would be some big dramatic reveal.
These people, I call unimaginative cowards.
The courtship of Marthaberry should be THE most unhinged, toxic-yuri enemies-to-lovers insanity you’ve ever seen.
The kind where Martha found out Ms. Mayberry put the hit on her almost immediately and decided to hunt her down for revenge, only to find that Mayberry was hunting HER down too.
And from there it’s just the two killing each other for a bit (sinners, remember?), until they switch things up and start hate-fucking, and just start flip-flopping between the two.
Then after a few days/weeks/months of fucking/blowing each other’s brains out, they FINALLY start building an actual semi-functional relationship.
One where there’s still a fair bit of hate-fucking but now they only occasionally kill each other XD
Martha gets a twisted kind of validation out of Mayberry's violent possessive behavior, she regularly flirts with people just to watch Mayberry beat them senseless then drag her home and angrily rail her brains out, and is just in general enjoying her afterlife being a bratty power bottom,
Mayberry insists to anyone who sees them that Martha is a slave being forced to keep her house clean cook her meals ect, because she's very busy with being a valuable commodity in hell as a teacher with up to date credentials who you can trust around kids, Martha is not her house wife, and she could care less about her, then rips someone's eye out for winking at Martha while screaming not to touch her woman,
I love how a portion of Blitz's apologies were just a gift basket of cheese and hot sauce because aside from the reference, it shows his lack of genuine sincerity because he's giving people stuff that he likes rather than stuff he thinks they might like; him also thinking that just giving people a gift basket will resolve the hurt feelings reminds me of what Cartman did on "South Park." XD XD XD
