Hello!! Big fan of your work 💖 Could you please do Byakuya and Gundham (seperate) x gn reader who comes out as asexual? Thank you! 😁
Thank you anon! I'm always happy to hear that people like my writing. I'm on the ace spectrum myself, so seeing this in my inbox was exciting-- I hope you enjoy, and have a lovely day!
-Mod Celeste
Byakuya Togami and Gundham Tanaka with an s/o coming out as asexual:
Byakuya:
-He may seem like the judgemental type, but he isn't at all when it comes to sexuality.
-Byakuya doesn't mind one bit that you're asexual. Honestly, he isn't bothered in the slightest.
-He will definitely make sure to understand what you're comfortable with-- If things like kissing and hand holding are okay, and boundaries to set.
-Secretly he's always been more fond of the romantic aspect of a relationship anyway, so this doesn't change a thing.
-One day, you catch him wearing the asexual pride flag as a pin on his lapel. If you ask him about it, he'll say this:
- "What? I simply wanted to show my support, is all. This is a form of solidarity, is it not?"
- "Oh, and by the way-- I donated $1 million to AVEN. It's going to good use."
-Typical Togami, showing love through money. It's very sweet in his case, though.
Gundham:
-Truthfully? I can see Gundham on the ace spectrum as well. Regardless of his own sexuality, he's proud of you for coming out!
- "Real strength comes from acknowledging your true self. Continue to grow, dearest, and the whole world will know your name!"
-In true Gundham fashion, his response sounds like a villain requesting you to join them taking over the world.
-He's very understanding and intuitive about this kind of thing, actually. He may have already guessed you were ace!
-If you ever wanted to go to a pride parade, Gundham would fit right in. Ally, fellow ace, or whatever you see him as-- he loves being there with you.
-Anyone who disrespects asexuality will get HEXED. No questions asked.

I've accumulated some absolutely useless AF headcanons that you will be subjected to whether you like it or not. Even if you ignore this post. I am projecting these headcanons into your brain with my psychic beams.
First things first, Artemis II is transmasc. This is a hill I will die on.
He's also bisexual! Because I love to project.
He figured it out when he was like ten and came out to Butler first, even if he didn't truly have the words for it back then. (He did start doing research online about LGBT terms and identities once he got a computer though. It was through this research that Artemis deduced that Butler was aroace.)
It was with Butler's support that he came out to Tim and Angeline as well. They were both supportive cause, well, they're both dating Jon Spiro, your honor.
Speaking of Jon Spiro, he is also trans cause I said so lmao.
Anyway, back to Arty. He once tried cooking with Juliet when he was little but Juliet was a little kid too so was just fucking around and it's Artemis so they ended up putting some of Butler's gun oil in it.
*SLAMS HANDS ON TABLE* BEFORE ARTEMIS AND MADAME KO BUTLER ATTENDED PRIDE PARADES.
There was once a pride parade held in Dublin and Butler took Arty so he could see more of the LGBT community in person and Artemis tried to stay composed but little guy almost lost his goddamn mind.
Butler spotted Arno Blunt at the parade carrying a modest little straight ally flag. Blunt didn't see him though. (Why was Blunt in Dublin? I dunno, why was I in your mom's bed last night?)
An older trans man at the parade gave Artemis a tiny trans flag to take home and Artemis almost cried.
Arty is actually kinda scared of the ocean/deep sea due to a combination of what happened to his dad and the fact that the ocean is so big and unknown. (I googled the phobia of the unknown and it told me xenophobia so uhhhhh not gonna say that lmao)
That being said, Tim also has a fear of the ocean. He has nightmares and panic attacks about the Fowl Star from time to time, but Angeline and Jon are usually there to comfort him through it.
There was a school trip where all the students had to get on these little boats and sail out a little ways into the ocean (with adult supervision) and Artemis absolutely refused to get on one of the boats. One of the teachers put a hand on his shoulder to try and gently lead him onto one and he almost bit them. They had to call Butler to come and take him home.
Butler actually tried to help Arty get over his fear by renting this little boat and going out onto the sea a little bit.. Having Butler there did help but he was still terrified in the beginning. A storm started picking up after a while and Artemis was getting antsy so Butler rowed them back to shore.
Dr. Po once asked Artemis about his fear of the ocean and Arty actually gave him a semi-straight answer. He realized what he did after seeing the look on Po's face and quickly turned it into another little mind game. Dr. Po is a professional however, and the look of realization on Artemis' face was enough for Po to tell that he had told the truth for once. (Po popped open a bottle of champagne when he got home to celebrate such a monumental moment)

Stray Kids Reaction | Going All Out For Pride Month [Request]
Stray Kids x GN!Reader
A/N: I’ve never been to pride month despite being apart of the LGBTQ+ 🥺 So you’ll have to bare with me if things aren’t spot on, I wanted to get them as different from one another as possible xx Hopefully if Lockdown is lifted I can go to this years, my favourite Drag queen is going to be at the event closest to me!!
CHAN:
As soon as Chan walked into the dorms he was greeted with the smell of baked goods flowing through the entire apartment as well as giggles and laughter coming from the kitchen.
"Babe?" He called out as he realised one of the voices he could hear was yours, he placed his work stuff down in the hallway and headed into the kitchen where he saw you and Felix standing together at the table. Both of you were covered in icing sugar, flour and who knew what else.
"Hi baby, you're home early," You greeted him as you walked over to him, leaning forward to kiss him carefully since your hands were covered in food dye.
"What have you two been up to?" Chan chuckled as he looked down at the table to see that it was covered in baked goods all decorated with rainbows on them.
"Baking for Pride. We're going to take them to work tomorrow," Felix announced proudly as he picked up one of the rainbow cupcakes for Chan to try. It was a recipe you had been working on perfecting all month wanting it to be right for Pride month. It was a simple confetti cake only with more sprinkles and rainbow icing on the top.
"This is amazing," Chan moaned out as soon as he bit into the cake, you smiled brightly hugging him tightly as he wrapped his arms around your body embracing you not caring that he was getting covered in ingredients.
"I'm proud of you," He told you as he followed you further into the kitchen, watching as you wash your hands off.
"Proud of me?" You asked, confused as to where this was all coming from but Chan just wrapped his arms around you, placing his head in your neck and kissing your shoulder softly.
"Proud of you for being open about your sexuality and happy about it. It's nice to see you this happy," He smiled again before kissing your shoulder and heading off for a shower.
MINHO:
For the last week leading up to the start of pride month, you and Minho had been hunting for every single decoration you could potentially find. Together you were decorating the entire apartment you shared with one another, having flags in the windows, a flag on your front door as well as a doormat that announced that you were out and proud.
"Perfect!" Minho said as he clapped his hands together, looking at the flag you had just put in the window of your apartment, smiling as you came out to join him to take a look.
"It's not too much?" You questioned, you had been worried he would think all of the decorating and going all out to celebrate would be too much but you couldn't have been further from the truth.
"It's not enough." He whispered as he chuckled softly, he was proud of you for being out and proud about who you were and he would do everything to make sure you knew that.
"Well Felix is baking those cupcakes with Chan's partner, we can steal some tomorrow when they take them to work." Minho told you as you turned around to face him, wrapping your arms around his neck and kissing him softly happy that your boyfriend was proud of you just like you were.
CHANGBIN:
It had been Changbin's idea to throw a party for Pride month, nothing too big but something with some close friends and family to come along to in celebration of Pride. Changbin had gone all out on everything, ordering decorations months in advance, hiring professional caterers to provide some food fit for Pride. He knew how much celebrating your sexuality and being proud to be yourself meant to you and he wanted to do everything in his power to show you he was the same. Supporting you in any way that he could.
"Changbin, this is insane," You laughed as you joined his side, the party had been amazing so far everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. There were some games in the living room, music in the kitchen where all of the food was, it was incredible to see how much thought and effort Changbin had put into this.
"Anything for my babe," He whispered as he wrapped his arm around your waist and took you into the living room, watching as Seungmin and Jisung attempted to play beer pong together both of them failing to even get one ball into the cups.
"You guys suck," You laughed picking up one of the ping bong balls, throwing one ball and getting straight into Seungmin's cup,
"Drink up pup," You called out happily as you returned to Changbin, getting a kiss on the cheek as he began leading you through the party again.
HYUNJIN:
The whole thing was Hyunjin's idea, since lockdown was still in effect the two of you couldn't go to parties or pride parade's since most of them had been cancelled. Instead, Hyunjin gave you the idea of supporting LGBTQ+ artists, going out to purchase books, artwork and other items from creators who were a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Ending up in owning so many books neither you nor Hyunjin had space for them but it didn't matter, you were just happy you could still celebrate and take part in Pride month despite there being a worldwide pandemic happening around you both.
"You need to read this one next," You said as you showed Hyunjin the book you had just finished, he glanced up from his copy of "Red, White and Royal blue" and smiled as he nodded.
"Only if you read this one," You agreed with him, switching books as soon as he finished letting him read Carry On which you had just finished.
JISUNG:
When you asked Jisung to attend a pride parade with you, you had no idea he would be as excited as he was until the day. He'd picked you up at your apartment and he was dressed to the nines in rainbows, sporting a bag which he said had an outfit for you.
"I didn't know if you had a flag so I got you one," He said as he pulled out a flag you could wrap around your body to walk around the parade with and he smiled. Jumping up and down as he waited for you to get changed, he was excited about going to his first pride parade and had been doing research on what would be happening and what he could look forward to.
"I saw that one of your favourite drag queens is going to be at one of the bars local to the parade, shall we head inside and see if we can meet them?" He quizzed you as you headed into the streets where everyone was out in full pride gear, smiling and cheering in celebration.
"Sure!" You yelled out over the music, taking his hand in yours as you both headed out for the day full of fun activities.
FELIX:
It would be your first pride month since coming out and Felix wanted to do something with you to celebrate but he wasn't sure what there was to do. He'd done a bunch of research leading up to the month and found out there were some workshops happening in the town centre so he booked you both in for a few of them. The first one was a t-shirt workshop where you would both design your own pride shirts and then get to wear them home.
"This is more fun then I imagined," You laughed as you looked up from your paper, you'd been designing four t-shirts but Felix was still struggling on his first one. He figured designing a t-shirt would be fun and easy but it was proving to be harder than he thought to come up with a design for the front of his shirt.
"Here, babe." You laughed moving closer to your boyfriend and taking his hands in yours, he closed his eyes and you smiled.
"Take a deep breath, relax...It's just a shirt...A shirt you want to wear, whatever you want on the front to express yourself on it..." He nodded along with everything you were saying and as soon as you let go of his hands he began drawing designs down, smiling at himself when he pulled away from the paper to show you his idea. A small pride flag embroidered into the top left of the shirt and on the back was all of the different flags that were part of the LGBTQ+ with the quote, "I'm an ally," above them.
"Perfect." You told him as you leant forward to kiss his lips softly.
SEUNGMIN:
You'd been in Korea since lockdown began which meant flying home wasn't an option, you were going to miss out on Pride and Seungmin knew how much it meant to you so he decided to surprise you. He'd gone out shopping while you were in the dorms one day and he bought a bunch of arts and craft items, canvases, paint and more.
"What's all this?" You questioned as you walked into the kitchen one morning to see Seungmin getting everything ready for you both, two blank canvases on the table as he stared up at you.
"Since we can't go out for Pride and you can't go home I figured we could celebrate our own way." Your mouth fell open as you stared at him, smiling happily as you walked over to hug him tightly.
"We can make our own flags, I also go a bunch of LGBTQ+ Movies that we can watch while we're painting." He explained everything he had planned for the day, even if it wasn't a party of parade it was perfect. Getting to celebrate with someone who loved you and was proud of you in every sense of the word.
JEONGIN:
"What are you doing?" You laughed softly as Jeongin kept his hands over your eyes, leading you through the park he'd brought you too. He'd told you he had something special planned for the day but that was all he told you before bringing you here.
"You'll see, sit," He chuckled as he knelt own on a blanket, letting you sit down in front of him, once you were comfortable he slowly lifted his hands from your eyes and you gasped out. The boys were all in the park with you, small pride flags painted on each of their cheeks, surrounding you all was a picnic blanket with food. The blanket was a huge rainbow flag and you let out another happy gasp, turning to Jeongin who was having a flag painted onto his cheek.
"You're next," He laughed as he caught you staring at him. It was just the other night that you were telling him about how upset you were about not getting to celebrate Pride month back home with friends and he knew he had to do something special for you in order to make you feel happy again.
"Felix and Seungmin had been baking all night. Minho and Jisung went out and got everything ready this morning when I came for you." You inched closer to your boyfriend, laying your head down on his shoulder as you thanked him for everything.

the foxes during pride let's GO
disclaimer: i know everybody has their own headcanons for what all the foxes' sexualities are so do not come at me if i give your character a different sexuality than you think they deserve! (except aaron that bitch is straight)
so obviously the foxes are Not Straight™️ (except aaron fuck that guy) which means the foxes during pride are just.....chaotic af....but also, it took them a while to figure out how not straight they are
they all decide they're going to the pride parade bc none of them have ever been and since they have so many Gays they need to support them and now that they're all friends it'll be way more fun
kevin does NOT want to go and argues about it for three days before andrew shuts him up
nicky is so excited that he asks erik to fly in just so they can go together
neil still doesn't really know a lot about pride since he didn't even realize he "qualified" since he "only likes andrew"
one night he shares his fears with renee because she seems like the only person on the team who understands his sexuality aside from andrew and she says that he seems like he's on the ace spectrum and that he definitely belongs in the community
neil spends the rest of the night on his computer looking up demisexuality and asexuality and a whole list of terms he never knew existed
the next day he shows andrew, happy to finally have a language to explain himself, and andrew just nods
as neil keeps talking and explaining romantic attraction, andrew starts to think that maybe he belongs a little on the aro spectrum...but he doesn't say anything. just keeps thinking.
eventually neil speaks up at one of the team's hangouts and shares that he's demisexual and he may also be questioning his gender
this sparks a huge conversation where everybody starts Questioning™️ and soon it's 2am and matt is sharing that he might actually be pansexual?
allison waves everybody off because "of course i'm not straight i never have been you guys just haven't noticed"
nicky gets very put out that so much of his team is Not Straight and they all acted like he was the odd man out for being gay
then allison decides to stir the pot a little more "actually, i've always had a crush on renee but i know that'll never happen"
which leaves renee and the entire team speechless
renee: "...i always though YOU were the one that was never gonna happen"
nicky: "WAIT? RENEE AND ALLISON LIKE EACH OTHER?"
matt: "andrew just won like $300"
nobody really knows what to do next, so allison and renee just kind of look at each other and the two of them silently agree to talk about it all later
nicky: "okay well y'all better spill the tea when you hook up because i want all the details"
dan shoves him off the couch
as the night wears on, kevin stays conspicuously quiet, and it isn't until almost everyone goes to bed that neil finally convinces him to open up
kevin: "the reason i told you that you shouldn't be homosexual is because.....i used to have a crush on jean"
even though neil doesn't really understand, he admits that jean does have a beautiful face and it's really really attractive when he speaks french
neil shares a little bit more about demisexuality and kevin wonders if maybe he falls on that spectrum somewhere...if maybe it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if he wasn't entirely straight
after their Big Night of Sharing, dan talks with allison because "how did you know you actually liked girls?"
and the more allison starts to talk, the more dan realizes that all those girls she thought were pretty growing up.....weren't just women she admired
but she stills likes matt and she still finds some men attractive and she starts to realize that maybe she falls on the bisexual spectrum....or maybe just queer, she isn't sure yet
one day after practice wymack goes off on some tangent and eventually nicky spills that they're all going to the pride parade
wymack: all of you?
nicky, totally serious: okay, well, not aaron bc he's homophobic and he's also the token straight teammate
aaron: i am not homophobic
matt: i'm pretty sure you are
wymack almost asks about why they all want to go to pride because he's sure most of them are queer, but it's above his pay grade so he just tells them to have fun
almost everybody decides to dress up for the parade — kevin obviously refuses — and andrew surprises everyone by wearing armbands that are rainbow colored
neil tells andrew he doesn't care about dressing up but andrew buys him a rainbow shirt anyway
and then while they're getting ready allison insists on drawing a little demi flag on neil's cheek right over his scar and it makes neil feel like he finally belongs somewhere
nicky obviously goes all out and wears an outfit that matches eriks: short shorts, rainbow flag cape, rainbow socks, etc. he even wears heart-shaped pink sunglasses
the girls spend a few hours doing their make-up and they even convince matt to put glitter in his hair
renee gets a few disposable cameras for the occasion and spends the entire day taking cheesy photos of (and with) everyone to remember everything
halfway through the day neil looks over and sees allison and renee holding hands
at one point kevin gets recognized and people start asking him about his sexuality, wondering if he's just an ally and kevin almost bolts....but then he glances at neil, who's standing close to andrew...and he looks at nicky and erik....and then he notices allison and renee together.....and something in him just kind of snaps
kevin: "actually, yeah, i'm here because i'm bi. i'm bisexual."
the whole team just stares at him, most of them wearing proud smiles, and when the fans leave (inevitably about to share this news with the internet) they all gather into a group hug — even andrew — and congratulate kevin
and even though kevin keeps telling them to "GET OFF!" he's also secretly glad that he finally has people to accept him and love him no matter who he loves
andrew doesn't say anything the entire day, looking entirely unimpressed by the crowds and the parade, so neil pulls him aside at one point
neil doesn't expect him to say anything, just wants to give him space to breathe, but then andrew speaks up
andrew: i never thought it could be like this
neil: like what?
andrew: colorful

LoH Pride Parade Headcanons
Because this fandom lacks weirdly specific headcanons nobody really felt the need for, and I am too lazy to write a whole FanFiction about this. Some a bit more serious, some just silly. Modern Day AU, of course. Not all characters are here, if you want to add, feel free to! Enjoy!
Rosanna paid good money to get a boat decorated with rainbow colours and have it pulled from a car at the head of the parade. She has a megaphone where she screams colourful insults at anti-LGBTQIA+ people and Walther needs to stand beside her to make sure her anger remains at a manageable level. This is a celebration, Rosanna, please try smiling a bit more instead of being an angry chihuahua...
Aslan and Helga are the two very straight parents that go with their very lesbian daughter Alev because she really wants to, but big crowds and new things make her nervous. While they prepare for the parade (they got her a T-shirt with the lesbian flag! And pins!) Aslan finds out about the father that hugged people at a parade and decides that it’s an AMAZING idea, and gets a “Screw your homophobic dad, I’m your dad now” T-shirt and a “Free Dad Hugs” placard. Helga, after telling him he can’t go around hugging everybody at the parade, gets the exact same T-shirt and placard with “mom” instead of “dad.” They will be dispensing hugs at victims of homophobic parents and wil make Alev cry of joy many times during the day. She is very proud and feels very lucky.
Charles is the closeted gay with a homophobic and bigot family terrified of being found out, hidden under a cap and some big sunglasses and walking pressed like melted cheese in a cheese sandwich between his two very much huge companions Zaira and Krom. They don’t mind, because they both wanted to go and they love him very much (Extreme Mode anybody?), but none of them stopped to think that their own presence there is a dead giveaway that the guy walking between them is, indeed, Charles. Everyone stops to say hi, nobody understands that Charles was trying to hide his identity - it is hot as Hell, he might as well just be trying to defend himself against the sun! Shit will ensue when Astrid photographs him holding hands with Krom.
Speaking about Astrid, she somehow manages to be anywhere in the parade anytime her friends (or enemies, depends how you look at it, Joshua isn’t happy with being called her “friend”) do something cute or funny. She will print out a whole album that she will share with everybody, super proud of her work!
Joshua didn’t want to come but was dragged along and now basically anybody leaves him their bags and water bottles. ESPECIALLY Astrid and Solphi. Happy Pride, lil’ gay baby. He comforts himself looking at hot guys getting their shirt off because it’s too hot - do not judge him, he has been single since forever, ok?
Laphlaes is the parent with the overexcited baby that should be kept on a leash. He has to always hold Nine’s hand to avoid him running up to drag queens to touch their wigs or trying to steal snacks from other kids. Nine would actually prefer to be carried, because he wants to see more of the parade and being short doesn’t help with that, but Laphlaes doesn’t have enough strenght to carry him for so long. Also, while they prepared for the parade, Nine REALLY wanted a cool thematic T-shirt, so he and Laphlaes made one by hand with the colours of the non-binary and the trans flags on - and it says “My dad is also my mom, get over it.” Nine actually wanted it saying something like “Fuck you and your binary-parents” but we don’t shame other people’s gender identities in this house, Nine, and who taught you those words anyway?!
Mei Ling spends the whole pride on Dhurahan’s shoulders. Lairei got Dhurahan a T-shirt that says “Ally supporting the gays” and she finds it hilarious.

Hey friend! I was joking on my other blog about how Bofur would be the ultimate Lesbian Ally, and I was wondering if you could write some Headcanons or short Imagines about how Bofur, Thorin and Bilbo might react to their youngest member/adopted daughter coming out as a Lesbian and getting a girlfriend. Sorry if that's a weird question, it's alright if you don't want to answer this, but I can't get this scenario out of my head now. Thanks so much, happy Holidays!
Okay okay so I LOVE this concept so much!! And thank you for sending it in love!
Okay first off Bofur a literally ray of sunshine
He would welcome you with open arms and support you through and through.
You may not be his biological daughter but that won’t stopping him from being there for you and loving you like a father.
Your parents kicked you out? Bold of you to assume Bofur won’t ADOPT YOU ON THE SPOT.
You need a place to stay? You are always welcome at Bofurs home!
Literally just need a hug? Who gives better hugs then Bofur!
And if pride parades were a thing in middle earth he would wear a shirt that says “Proud dad of my lesbian daughter” to it and he would strut around with it on.
When you get a girlfriend he will ship you guys more than anyone else.
Like I can not put into word how loving and supportive he would be.
Oh and of course he walks you down the isle at your wedding! He bawled like a baby
Nexttt Thorin!
We all know Thorin would be a supportive dad but also a protective dad™️
Thorins also not the best with expressing his emotions
So when you tell him, he would stand there for a sec processing while you look on nervous. Then he steps forward and places his hands on both you shoulders. “I’m so proud of you and love you no matter what” and then he pulls you in a big hug.
Now like I said he is very protective. So if he sees some boys flirting with you or bugging you he will stolk over there, gently grab your shoulder and pull you out of there, then come back and let’s just say those boys go...missing for a while :)
When you introduce your girlfriend, he is very awkward but makes sure you both know he supports you.
Like I said with bofur, he may not be your actual father but he will always love you and keep you safe
Now Bilbo!
Oh this soft, sweet cinnamon roll
He would probably be one of the most accepting honestly
If you get kicked out by your family, he will not hesitate to bring you into his home
He makes sure you are told you are loved every day
And he may be small but Bilbo will take down anyone who messes with you
Just all around 10/10 lesbian ally
You are basically Bilbos daughter too
He will definitely have a lesbian or pride flag hung up somewhere (if those exist in middle earth??)
And he would be SO SO proud of you
Like literally will come up and hug you at random moments just telling you of how proud he is
AKSJKJ writing this made me so soft!! These dorks are so cute
#I literally can not get over these dorks#tolkien#dwarfs#hobbit#insert reader#reader#bilbo#fell into middle earth#lesbian#pride#gay#the hobbit x reader#bofur#Thorin#lesbian reader#gay hobbit#lesbian hobbit#x reader#i cant handle this#this is so cute

My A3 Sexuality Headcanons that no one asked for!
[These won’t include Gender, only sexual orientation or lack thereof(is that a phrase?)]
Color coordination
Gay
Bi
Pan
Aro
Hetero
Sakuya Sakuma: Pansexual! He doesn’t have any preferences, honestly after his childhood he just wants someone who will love and accept him!
Masumi: Bisexual. I feel like he would love the director whether they be boy, girl, other, all, he just wants someone to give him attention, and that person just happened to be out beloved Izumi Tachibana.
Tsuzuru: okay this ones me projecting but whatever Aro/Ace Tsuzuru. He doesn’t feel romantic attraction, and instead just feels a family-brotherly kind of love towards his friends and fellow actors. He doesn’t really want to romantically be with someone, and yet instead just wants to be there for them when they need it and love them the same way he loves his family at home
Citron: Also pan!! But Pan-Romantic specifically. Citron literally just wants to love everyone ever because he’s just awesome like that, but won’t go pass kissing someone. It just makes him uncomfortable which is perfectly fine because he is Citron Lastname! But yeah, also no gender prefermance
Itaru: Bi with a male preference. I can’t really explain why I think this, I just do. Maybe because most of the woman he has ever shown interest in are his 2D anime waifus. Also I mean come on he totally had a whole thing for Lancelot he thinks knights are hot and that is so valid.
Chikage: he is a gay cabbage. Listen the only time he has said he liked a woman it was because he said they weren’t like his mom and I am just- I’m sorry I don’t trust that. This man is a gay, he is never had a boyfriend but he has definitely thought of hooking up with his boss for a raise, thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
Tenma: Also bi! Bi-Ace specifically. I wasn’t really sure where to put him because on one hand I feel like he has a lot of MLM energy but on the other hand his solo song so I just, bi. I feel like his gay awakening came when he played the token gay best friend in a romcom because gay actor erasure but Tenma didn’t really understand, but later he was in a scene where he was with his boyfriend who shows up for one second to remind the audience he’s a homosexual and Tenma was just: crap he’s not
Yuki: okay at first I didn’t know what to put for Yuki cause on one hand sexuality erasure Yuki has specifically said he likes girl and he defies stereotypes and stuff but on the other hand he never said he didn’t like boys so he’s bi with a female preference. I feel like Yuki is the kind of guy to just happen to fall in love with whoever and just go “oh crap did I just fall in love?” And while he likes girls more sometimes it just. Happens.
Muku: Surprise surprise he’s Pan! Muku totally reads shoujo manga with all sexualities and is very livid about good representation, will write a “negative review” (and in Muku terms that’s him being very polite, 4.5/5 stars and linking research resources) about how inaccurate a sexuality was portrayed. I feel like at first he just thought he was a very active ally and now he is just: “oh crap boys. And girls. And enbys. And genderfluids. And everyone.”
Misumi: Misumi is very homosexual, which at first he was sad about because homosexual has 2 o’s which are circles but then he realized he can just say gay but spell it like: G🔺Y so he got happy again. I feel like it was one of the reasons he was kicked out of his home, he just likes boys Jeez Ikaruga parents no rights. (I also Headcanon him as autistic but that’s not what this post is about).
Kazunari: In Kazunari Miyoshi’s world he never has to make a decision in his life and that includes sexuality. Show him a guy and a girl and tell him to pick one and he will simply overload until he picks the person who knows the most trivia on classical art or smthing. Kazunari just: adores everyone ever, and that’s okay! After a lot of internalized homophobia and fear, he was able to come out to first a small group of college friends and eventually felt comfortable with the label and was able to express it openly, now he wears it with pride!
Kumon: I really don’t have any explaining to go here, Kumon just feels gay to me. My head can’t wrap around him wanting to be intimate with a girl. I do think there was this big moment of him coming out to Juza and Juza just going “s’okay.” Then they hug and get ice cream
Banri: Banri is bisexual with a straight pride flag and a Juza Preference. Catch him at the straight pride parade telling “those Homo’s that they’re going to burn.” While making out with Juza against a wall. That’s canon I don’t take criticism
Juza: Also Gay, I feel like Kumon came out first and Juza did research and was like “oh me too.” And just thought about how he’s never actually liked a girl and thought boys were kinda pretty and oh crap Settsu slicked his hair back oh crap oh crap pretty men.
Taichi: Taichi is bisexual, with his preferences being as random as his hair. Except no weird 1/4 quarters going on. Idk where I was going with that analogy I’m sorry. Taichi just likes the humans and wants to go kiss kiss with them all, and then bring them along on his journey for fame and popularity!
Omi: Listen, Omi is the mother of Mankai, and as the mother he loves everyone unconditionally. He also totally wanted to kiss Nachi I’m sorry. I feel like Omi has a male preference, but only by a bit as he loves everyone! He is a good boy and brings all the snacks and water to the pride parades so his friends stay healthy :)
Sakyo: Sakyo is the straight~ supportive dad who doesn’t care if you’re gay straight bi pan anything as long as you pay your taxes. Was probably a little confused at first just because. Probably said “LGBT? Isn’t that a sandwich.” But he got informed did research and is now a huge ally! After more research he identifies specifically as graysexual/romantic as he feels rarely any romantic attraction at all unless under certain circumstances aka Izumi Tachibana. I akso think he suspected that Azami was LGBT for a bit before he came out so he wanted to do research so that Azami would feel comfortable coming out when he was ready. Also he can’t like, not support Sakoda (who I Headcanon as gay :) )
Azami: Azami is bi-aro. Sex? Nah he won’t even hold your hand before marriage, however he will love you no matter your gender. I also see him with a female preference just from his straight upbringing and it’s the title he feels most comfortable with after some internalized homophobia, especially with how his dad shamed him for liking makeup. He is still getting used to the LGBT community and I feel like he is still taking baby steps, learning about different identities and wanting to do all he can to support both himself and his fellow actors due to simply not knowing where to start. Don’t worry Azami take you’re time! There is no rush, you are trying to figure yourself out and we all love you so much for it, there is no shame in changing your mind later. We adore you all the same. (If you couldn’t tell, I wasn’t only talking to Azami. If you are still questioning yourself it is 100% okay, because honestly I am too. There is no rush to figure yourself out, and I hope you know that we are all here for you!)
Tsumugi: Tsumugi is gay, but I feel like he also had a lot of internalized homophobia. I feel like when he was younger he really liked Tasuku but didn’t really understand the difference between platonic and romantic, and it took some time before he was able to really discover himself and come to the identity he has currently.
Tasuku: Tasuku is gay and homophobic.
Hisoka: Hisoka is homo-demi-romantic asexual. I feel like it won’t want to date anyone without really earning their trust and feeling safe around them, and after that point he still will be pretty shy romantically, but it is very much understandable and we all still love Hisoka
Homare: Homare is pan. He doesn’t really care about gender, he just wants someone who will love him and his poetry without seeing him as broken. I feel like after his last relationship he was hesitant to date again, but after some time and help from the rest of winter troupe he was able to rediscover himself. (Also autistic Homare go brrrr)
Azuma: Azuma is an old gay man who just thinks boobs are neat. That’s it that’s the post sent tweet turn off replies.
Guy: New color who this? This is because I didn’t know what to put for Guy, so he simply doesn’t identify as anything. I don’t know a lot about Guy but I know enough to feel like relationships would be very awkward and touchy for him due to his problems with emotions and expression. He isn’t straight, but he doesn’t really identify as anything either. He’s just: Guy. Which is more than valid
[oh also all of winter is Poly and they’re boyfriends thanks for coming to my Ted talk]
Hope you all liked these! Of course they are all my own opinion and you don’t have to agree with all, they’re just how I feel!! Feel free to reply or reblog with your own opinions or Headcanons!!

I’m gonna ask for two characters, is that okay?? 🥺 Kira Yukimura and Scott McCall, but if you inly want to do one of them that’s okay!! 🧡
Of course you can!! Thank you! 💕 And you even sent in my wonderful children!🥺🥰 Scott McCall:
Headcanon for their sexuality/romantic orientation/gender identity (I’m adding on because I want to)?
Listen, this boy is so pan. In my mind, Scott is just so filled with love for people, and I don’t think someone’s gender or sex would matter to him for feelings or sexual attraction. Is it pretty unexpected when he's attracted to people of many different genders? Sure. But mostly that’s because he hasn’t given his sexuality or romantic orientation much thought. They've just always existed and he’s run with it. He’s pretty comfortable in his gender identity as a boy, but not closed off to questioning it.
I can’t remember who I first saw this headcanon from, but I also really like the idea of quoiromantic Scott who can’t tell the difference between platonic and romantic love, he just loves. Why does he have to do it differently, y’know? Who says he can’t kiss his friends and hold their hands and express his love for them in those ways?? How is he meant to feel different between how he loves who he’s dating (if he's dating) and how he loves his friends? He doesn’t, so ??? (Also, as a side note, I am also a big believer in polyamorous Scott because he has chemistry and good shipping foundation with pretty much everyone, definitely seems open to loving more than one person, and he, Allison, and Isaac were clearly all dating each other no I am not taking notes at this time)
Have they come out? If so, how? How did their friends/family take their coming out?
Eventually he does. Scott thought it was going to be a big deal and was so nervous about it he kind of just....tucked it away deep inside where he hides all of his trauma and feelings from people. He doesn’t do anything flashy, but when he sits Melissa down he’s so serious and stressed about it she’s convinced he’s about to tell her he hit someone with the car and has a body in the trunk. She’s relieved to find out that is not the case, and reacts with a good natured “Honey, this isn’t a surprise. It’s a big deal because it’s a big part of you, and I’m happy you trust me enough to share this. But it isn’t surprising.”
The pack reacts exactly the same way his mother did, which really makes Scott wonder if he was the only one oblivious to it for so long. (He was.) They’re all very supportive, and he seems so much happier once it’s officially out in the open.
Sheriff Stilinski is a bit confused, but Stiles writes all the different labels on sticky notes, sticks them onto chess pieces, and sits Noah down in front of the chess board, just like he did with supernatural creatures (I think that’s what he does? Doesn’t he do that??) After, Scott kind of wishes he hadn’t--mostly because listening to Stiles’ convoluted explanation and bickering with his confused father made for one of the most frustrating two hours of Scott’s life.
Do they go to Pride/With whom?
Absolutely! Especially given I consider most of them as part of the lgbtqia+ community (and regardless they’re all allies), they make a pack event of it. The younger pack members don’t always join because they kind of have their own thing going, but the older/core group--Scott, Lydia, Stiles, Kira, Malia, Danny, Isaac, maybe Theo if they're on good terms--all meet up, rotating through which state/city parade they go to each year (because they’ve all scattered for college and jobs and such). They’ve convinced Derek and Braeden to come a few times, but Derek hates the big crowds and Braeden gets way too much joy out of making him get his face painted. After the parade, they do a different activity all together each year--ranging from game/movie nights to club nights to way too competitive paintballing in the woods--just, generally, something a little more personal than all the big parties around.
(If Allison, Erica, and Boyd were alive, they’d be there with them too 💜)
Do they show their colors? (Flag-wise)
For Pride, Scott paints the Pansexual flag in cuffs around his right bicep, directly mirroring his tattoo on the left.
Kira Yukimura:
Headcanon for their sexuality/romantic orientation/gender identity (I'm adding on because I want to)?
I feel like Kira sits comfortably beneath the bisexual umbrella, but has a hard time figuring out whether or not she has any kind of gender preference sexually. Gender doesn't really factor into her romantic attraction, so panromantic seems to fit. I also feel like Kira is nonbinary, uses She/They pronouns, and eventually settles on genderfluid as a good way to describe how she feels. She’s usually not uncomfortable with people referring to her as a girl and doesn’t mind being perceived as one a lot of the time, but doesn’t totally feel like a girl and isn’t sure what gender fits y’know? What she identifies with shifts around.
Have they come out? If so, how? How did their friends/family take their coming out?
After a long and confusing identity crisis, yes. There’s a lot of nervous babbling involved. She talks way too quickly and keep interrupting herself because she isn’t sure she’s explaining it right, but Ken gently interrupts and calms her down with a “Kira, your mother and I love and support you however you are, no matter how much or how little that changes. We want to hear all about it. That doesn’t mean we want you to run out of air.” She breathes and collects herself, then dives back in, explaining a bit slower this time, but no less rambly. Noshiko’s never really seen the point in rigid definitions anyhow after living so many different lifetimes and experiencing so much fluidity in many aspects of her own life. Ken is just happy his daughter is happy, good-naturedly pokes fun at her like he always does, and later that night has a bit of a research-prompted gender crisis of his own.
Do they go to Pride/With whom?
Yes! The rambling above with Scott also applies here. The first year Kira goes, she goes separately with her parents and meets up with the pack later. Ken is really enthusiastic about it and provides lots of historical facts about the pride festival’s origins and evolution throughout the day. He makes T-shirts for everyone in the pack and buys a few too many bumper stickers. Noshiko is much more low-key about it, but is happy to be there to support Kira and enamored with how overboard Ken goes.
Do they show their colors? (Flag-wise)
Yes!! Kira has a lot of fun putting together colorful outfits to reflect her identity with multi-colored fishnets and color coded skirts and jackets with patches and of course her kickass sword-belt to tie it all together. She really enjoys the freedom of switching up those colorful outfits any time her labels shift, too.
(Send me a character/ship and I’ll answer these questions!)
#Ask games#Pride asks#Scott McCall#Kira Yukimura#jamesqueerpotter#thanks for asking friend!! <33#will I ever learn to not answer with essays?#probably not but we can dream I guess

Could you write hc about how queen and the borhap boys would react to you being pansexual? Thank you!!!
You bet!! I hope this is okay and you like it!! Also, I will include Freddie platonically and the others will be with you in a romantic connection!
Freddie:
He would get it the most! He would wrap you up in the biggest hug and overload and mother hen you with support.
So he would love to dress you up, I think. Take you places where people are in hopes you would catch someone's eye (”though the scrumptious looking bear in that corner is mine darling.”)
If it was in the modern era, he would buy you things with the colors of the Pansexual Flag.
You know Garden Lodge would be an extra special space for you if you needed protection or escape. Jim, the other men there, and the cats would all love it when you hung out- together and if not gay, then purring.
Roger:
He would be confused at first, but then get it as you explained it to him. He would nod his head and go “ah!”
He might also get jealous of any hot people who come by but you assure him it’s okay and rub his hand. You tell him being pan doesn’t mean you get horny for every person you see.
But it makes Roger honored that of all the people you could be with, it’s him.
He is glad he got over his own feelings and you both get very cuddly and soft with each other, from sharing kisses and eating ice cream together and him writing private love songs for you.
Brian:
You came out to Brian when you were both walking in the evening, holding hands. The stars were out.
You did it casually, out of nowhere. “Oh, and Brian...I’m pansexual.”
It almost flew by his head, so he blinked and went “oh…okay.”
So the next day Brian goes to the library and checks out any and every book about it and looks it up.
By the next time you both talk about it, he has figured out all these neat facts about pansexuality and shares them with you! It’s like a scholarly reading club! And you find he takes it easily and always smiles at you and protects you if anyone talks crap.
Deaky:
He would be the most confused at first and you would have to explain it to him.
But this sweet boy loves you so much he learns to accept it, even though he would be the most foreign to the concept.
He would then show up and buy you flowers or cake or anything if he thought he said something bad but you assure him it’s fine- he just loves you so much and doesn’t want to hurt you.
If you ever felt lonely because you hadn’t found any other pansexuals to talk with you- Deaky will keep you company and even get out of his shell to ask others.
Rami:
You tell him a little later in your relationship- you were so nervous and you know how fast Rami’s career is taking off.
You both are at his place, cuddling in his bed. So you turn around, and softly confess you are pan. He smiles and cups your face and tells you how devoted he is to you.
He even starts dressing in outfits the colors of the pan flag and the sorbet-like colors look amazing on him- like a springtime flower.
You both get invited to the Met Gala and dress in those colors- and you encourage him to put on something bolder than just a tux (”C’mon dear, make Freddie proud!”)
Joe:
You come out to him in the car on a highway, so he holds your hand and tells you all the things you dreamed of him saying to you after coming out.
Though be warned, he will (lovingly) tease you, like watching a movie together he will say “This dumb love triangle would be solved if they were pan, like you!”. But he knows the line and never crosses it.
Like seeing a hot woman leads to both of you talking and then laughing about both of you checking her out.
He reminds you every day of how much he loves you and that you can be honest with each other!
Ben:
You come out to Ben casually at breakfast. You were in his hotel and he had to leave to film something. So as you ate your cereal you said “hey Ben…I’m Pan.”
He had to leave at once to be on time, so he only lightly nodded and went “oh, okay Y/N!” and left to get to the location.
When he came back, he apologized for it. But you laughed and said it went far better than you feared. You both enjoyed some wine and snacks and talked all about it. He would also quietly listen as you tell and expand everything. He always gives you a kind smile that makes you smile back to assure you.
Although some jealous fans of Ben may criticize him, he takes your hand and says he is prouder to be with someone proud of who they are, which makes your relationship stronger.
Gwilym:
You come out as pan while camping. You both were around a bonfire and you said everything as it cracked in your ears. He nodded, the orange light against his face softly.
He nodded, completely understanding from the get-go. “Thank you for telling me, Y/N, I’m honored you trust me that much,” he says, pecking your forehead.
He makes you feel so assured, that your imposter syndrome about being queer or doubts about your identity go away!
Plus, he gets to go to Pride with you and you both get little flags and wave them and enjoy the parade together. He wears just a big shirt that says PAN ALLY on it and smiles with sunglasses on. It’s the most fun and free you’ve felt in a long time, even better that you can be fun and free with him.

In an alternate universe the team would go to a pride parade to support Shiro and Keith (theyre not together theyre just both gay obvi) and I think thats where Lance would come out. He'd be so in his element and seeing people being happy with who they are and he'd get so empowered and inspired and loudly yell, "Im bilingual and bisexual!" Before he would grab Keith's shirt and plant one on him for good luck
CUTE (I adjusted it a bit for fun, hope you don’t mind.)
It’s new years and Pride. What could be better than that? Celebrating the old year and entering the new year with a sense of self stronger than it’s ever been.
Everyone gets together for the new year’s Pride parade. They have their own float that’s a charity of sorts started by Shiro himself. The whole group is there in support wearing their different shirts. Allura in her Pansexual ‘Love Wins!’ shirt, Pidge and Hunk in their ‘Asexual in the streets and still asexual in the sheets’ shirts. Shiro and Curtis with their big ole sleeveless rainbow shirts with plenty of rainbows painted on their faces and biceps. Keith with his ‘I’m here, I’m queer, get used to it’ shirt and half a dozen glow in the dark bracelets and necklaces, of which he’s tossing out to the crowd.
They were worried Lance wasn’t going to show. They thought he felt weird about being the only straight guy there and he looked so uncomfortable with the ‘Ally’ shirt in his hands at their last get together. Like he was uncertain. But he arrives just before the float gets moving.
“Lance! You made it!” Hunk cheers and the others follow suit.
“Sorry, I…I had to do some thinking,” Lance says with an awkward smile.
“Worried you didn’t belong?” Pidge guesses and Lance looks shamefully at his feet.
“Something like that,” he admits.
“Lance,” Keith tells him, hand on his shoulder. “You’re our friend. You’ll always belong here, no matter what.”
“Thanks, Keith,” he smiles, his cheeks warm.
“Come on! Time to get moving!” Shiro urges them onto the float, handing them things to toss into the crowd.
They make it down several streets, seeing several people cheering and reaching out for them. They give high fives and toss out toys and gifts to the crowds. Lance nudges Keith with his elbow to get his attention.
“I wasn’t late because I felt like I didn’t belong,” Lance tells him over the crowd. “That was last week. I was having a crisis of identity.”
“Crisis?”
“But I’m not now,” Lance says. “I know who I am and I’m not gonna be ashamed of it.”
“Okay?” Keith says, not sure what Lance is saying. He was ashamed of being straight before? Of being an ally? But isn’t now?
“Can you hold this?” Lance asks, handing his bucket of goodies over to Keith who takes it with a quizzical look. “I have to do this now or I’ll never do it.”
Lance strides up to the front of the float and whips off his ‘ally’ shirt. Underneath it is another shirt. It’s got three thick stripes of color: pink, purple, and blue. Lance throws the shirt off the float and cups his hands around his mouth to shout.
“I’m bilingual AND bisexual and today I’m PROUD to let everyone know it!” he calls out into the night.
The crowds respond with great loud cheers and whistles and party poppers. When Lance turns back to everyone on the float he’s swarmed with hugs and laughter and cheers by his friends. Hunk lifts him on his shoulders and Allura passes up a bi-pride flag up to him to wave. He gets hugs from everyone on the float.
The float finally comes to a stop at the end of the line and they all get out to go to the main square. That’s where they’ll all watch the ball drop. Luckily within the square they’re allowed to have alcohol and Hunk makes sure everyone has a little champagne to toast to the new year. They do their toast a little early and gather close for the final countdown.
“Hey Keith?”
“Yeah?”
10…9…
“You…you’re the reason I came out tonight,” Lance tells him. “When you handed me the ‘ally’ shirt last week and thanked me for being your friend…it felt wrong and I didn’t understand why.”
“But you figured it out?” Keith asks and Lance nods.
6…5…
“I didn’t want to be your friend…or rather…I didn’t want to just be your friend,” he admits with a flush. “That’s when it hit me…I wanted more than that…which is why I felt so wrong before.”
“And now?” Keith smirks and takes Lance’s hand in his for a squeeze.
3…2…
“Now, here, with you…I feel right,” Lance beams.
1…!
Lance and Keith both lean in at the same time when the fireworks go off. But they aren’t looking at the sparkling explosions. They’re getting their first lucky kiss of the new year. Happy and unapologetically themselves for all the world to see.

Happy Pride Month guys! Super happy to have all of you!
For Pride Month, I decided to share some LGBT+ Batfam headcanons with you. Don’t expect much- really all I’ve thought about are their sexualities/romantic preferences/orientations. (Note that I won’t be including Damian, because it’s a bit weird for me to think about him questioning it yet - so sorry if that disappoints any of you!)
So, anyways, yeah :D
Bruce is a cupioromantic heterosexual. Bruce being Bruce, he doesn’t exactly walk around with the flag colors displayed anywhere on his person, but he is happy to have a mug his kids bought for him and take it around to work. He doesn’t try to keep his romantic orientation a secret. He’s just Bruce.
Barbara is a lesbian, and she’s very comfortable with using the label. It took her a while to figure it out, but now that she has she’s never been happier. For pride she enjoys celebrating with her dad, baking cupcakes with him and coloring them with the lesbian flag colors. Once she dyed her hair with her colors and it made her so happy.
Dick is bisexual and proud to be it! Every year, for pride month, he’ll finger paint some bisexual flags on his cheeks and wear a t-shirt with the bisexual colors on it. He goes to a parade every year, with whoever goes with him, and usually attends as many after parties he gets invited to as he can, thrilled to celebrate his sexuality with so many others.
Jason is a gray-aromantic asexual. Only certain people know, because he’s still very hesitant/nervous to officially tell people about it. He only recently figured it out for himself.
Duke is a straight ally. He loves and supports his LGBT+ siblings, no matter what. Every year he wears his siblings flag colors for pride month to show his support (it’s something Bruce does too) and he completely ignores any comments people make. He’ll wear a bisexual-colored shirt for one week, an aromantic sweater the next, asexual sweater the next, etcetera. He loves his family so he’s damn well gonna make sure they know they have his support.
Tim is a asexual lithromantic! He doesn’t really like doing much to celebrate for pride month, but you might catch him in civvies with the lithromantic flag painted on his hand or cheek. He might also go to a parade with Miguel and his brothers.
Stephanie is bisexual! She goes with Dick and Cass everywhere during pride, and loves wearing the flag the way Cass does, all the time. Even when she sleeps (thankfully not while she showers). She’s definitely dyed her hair in her colors for pride, and more than once. It was fun, the wig she had to wear for patrol wasn’t a big deal, so she does it almost every year.
Cassandra is pansexual! She embraces her sexuality as well as Dick does, and every year without fail you can find her walking around with the pansexual flag like a cape around her for pride month. She goes to the parades she can, and even goes to some after parties with Dick.
#feel free to add more if you want!#happy pride loves :)#headcanons#pride month headcanons#barbara gordon#dick grayson#jason todd#duke thomas#tim drake#stephanie brown#cassandra cain#bruce wayne#lgbt+ headcanons

(Big writing isn’t happening right now. Instead, you get this bullet point drabble about a bunch of Bleach characters attending Pride in the human world)
Orihime happens to mention to one of her friends in Soul Society that she’s thinking of going to Karakura’s pride parade. But it’ll be her first one, and she’s a little nervous about it. She hopes she can find someone to go with her.
Absolutely no one in Soul Society has any idea what a ‘pride parade’ is. All of them are so out of touch with the trends in the living world, so they have to look it up. And when they do, they get a little carried away researching.
On the day of the actual parade, Orihime is there with Ichigo and Tatsuki. She and Ichigo are wearing matching bi flag t shirts. Tatsuki’s wearing a lesbian flag on her shoulders like a cape. They’re having a pretty fun time.
Until the Soul Reapers start showing up.
The first ones they spot are Ukitake and Nanao, cheerfully making their way through the crowd saying things like “Hello, I Am A Gay”, “Good Morning, I Am Lesbian”
When they walk up and ask them what they’re doing, then the whole story comes out- the idea of specific words to describe and differentiate between a variety of identities had never really occurred to anyone in Soul Society, but they thought it was an absolutely charming concept. And so, caught up in the excitement of their brand new identities, they decided to come out to support the community in the living world.
(Kyoraku wanted to come too, they say. But he had too much work to do, so unfortunately they had to leave him behind)
As the day goes on, they see more and more familiar faces. Ichigo sighs a lot- this many Soul Reapers in one place has never been anything but trouble, in his experience, and he’s worried that they’ll somehow spoil the fun for everyone else. Orihime is thrilled- she makes a point to tell everyone they meet that she’s very, very proud of them. Tatsuki just tries not to ask too many questions
Renji and Rukia are there, holding hands and covered in buttons and ribbons. They’re elated to see Ichigo and Orihime wearing the same colors as them. “Look!” they say eagerly, “bi m/f couple solidarity! Solidarity!”
“Solidarity!”
“When you say you did your research, you really did your research, huh?”
“Ichigo, don’t you dare ruin this for us.”
They run into Kira and Hisagi, sporting gay and pan colors respectively, escorted by Matsumoto.
(She’s straight, but she’s a hugely supportive ally. (And there was NO WAY she was going to miss out on a party like this!))
A few minutes later they meet Hitsugaya, who’s only there because “Matsumoto dragged me”.
“Toshiro-kun, aren’t you going to wear any pride colors?”
He holds up his wrist to reveal one (1) ace pride bracelet
Isane is there, looking a bit embarrassed, but smiling and holding her trans flag high over her head to fly in the breeze nevertheless.
Ikkaku and Yumichika are there too- the one wearing leather despite the heat, the other drenched in glitter and positively gushing about a group of drag queens they met earlier.
“Hey look, it’s Kenpachi. Kenpachi, you came too?”
“You bet I did. Look, I’ve got TWO of these fuckin’ things” (He holds up two mini-sized flags, once ace and one aro)
Orihime helps him tie them around his arms so he can show them off while keeping his hands free and he is delighted.
Akon from the R&D department, decked out in trans pride, tells them that, although Mayuri strongly declined to come, when they showed him all the terms they had come across in their research, he said “who the hell would want to be defined by someone else’s description of gender??? What do these humans know about me??? Nothing. Only I know what that feels like. These words mean nothing to me.”
They see Ganju and Hanataro from afar in the crowd, wearing spectacularly flashy outfits (bi and gay respectively) and looking like they’re having the time of their lives
They find Soi Fon trailing after Yoruichi, shyly clutching her little lesbian flag and blushing beet red to the roots of her hair. Urahara is with them too- he’s swapped his usual paper fan for one in the aro flag colors
Just when they think that they’ve encountered everyone there is to encounter, the Vizards turn up. They’ve lived in Karakura for a long time now, and have been supporting the community for years now, they say. Love and Rose (who have been happily married for like, at least 50 years now) were on the damn parade planning committee.
Even Orihime and Ichigo don’t recognize the flag tied around Shinji’s chest like a sash.
“It’s the genderfluid flag, duh. Didn’t you see my skirt? Acknowledge my beautiful skirt right now.”
“It is beautiful, Shinji-san, and I am very proud of you.”
Meanwhile, while all of this is going on, Sado and Ishida (who both came independently) happen to run into each other and just kind of stand there awkwardly for a while like “So...I see you like...men” “yeah” “And I...am a man...” “oh yeah I Noticed”
A good time is had by all and for once, everything goes by exactly according to plan

jojos and gayness
jonathan: straight, but like, the good ally kind of straight. he and erina are happy and in love and have no experience with being gay themselves, but that doesn't stop them from supporting the community. will never try to speak out over someone actually in the community. wouldn't dare out someone. once literally fought someone who came out as straight as a joke.
joseph: chaotic bi. fits the negative stereotypes but is very vocal that he's an outlier adn should not be counted. out and proud in the "2 hours early to the pride parade rollerblading down the street in a rainbow feather boa swim trunks and a bi flag for a cape blasting lady gaga" way.
jotaro: suspects he likes more than just ladies. only ever told this to his mom. "and don't you fuckin' tell grandpa, or else he'll tell me all his weird sex stories again."
josuke: thinks hes too young to know he's gay, but like, everyone knows, even him. the only person who was surprised when he came out was okuyasu. a romantic gay, the gay that looks at 2 dudes holding hands or cuddling and goes "need me a freak like that." out and proud but in a more "i'm here i'm queer get used to it" way.
giorno: tired of the gay or european jokes. once someone saw him using grindr and pointed out that the grindr logo looks kinda like the world's head and he threw his phone across the room and turned it into a squid.
jolyne: i dont know that much about stone ocean but tbh i dont think jolyne gives half a shit about men. please date me jolyne cujoh
johnny: initially has a lot of insecurities about liking guys but accepts it as part of what makes him a big ol fuckup. has said "im gay" 52 times in the last hour.
josuke 8: he doesnt even know who he is why would he know That

The Atlantic Hit Piece Makes No Sense
Last Thursday the Atlantic’s editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg wrote and published a scathing expose of Trump’s alleged comments concerning veterans, in which Trump was cited calling them “suckers” and “losers.” Referencing multiple but unnamed sources, the article successively catalogued several years of Trump’s disparaging comments. The Orange Man said mean things? What a scoop!
Like clockwork, the article’s publication sent shock waves across social media and primetime outlets. NeverTrumpers like Joe Scarborough and Russia-gate grifters like Seth Abramson furiously tweeted their outrage, delivering drug-like euphoria to their TDS-positive followers. The MSM predictably paraded former generals across their platforms, roundly condemning Trump’s alleged comments. So egregious were his transgressions, that even the “Hero of the Hudson”, Sully Sullenberger, slammed Trump as “selfish” and a “coward.”
The late baseball great Yogi Berra once quipped, “it’s déjà vu all over again.” While his humorous wisdom was in reference to back-to-back home runs off the bats of Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris, his observation could also be applied to the latest drama surrounding President Trump and his relationship to the military and veterans. But what is happening all over again isn’t Trump and his controversial opinions, it is the efforts of the war state and their media allies to sink Trump’s presidential hopes by portraying him as unpatriotic. Thing is, it hasn’t been working so well.
What was done to John Kerry in 2004 and Trump since 2015 are pages from the same rally-round-the-flag playbook. But while John Kerry’s campaign was torpedoed by the Swift Boat veterans and his Iraq war flip-flop voting gaffe, the USS Donald Trump has so far proved to be unsinkable despite absorbing much more severe and frequent attacks. What changed? Simply, the Blob’s narrative has been completely delegitimized by the passage of time and reality, and the average voter has taken notice.
In the presidential campaigning season of 2004, the George W. Bush team formulated a brilliant attack line against Democratic challenger John Kerry. The infamous gaffe, “I actually voted for it, before I voted against it”, would haunt his campaign and become the basis for his label as a flip-flopper on important issues. The legislation in question, as most recall, was an $87 billion supplemental military appropriations bill for Iraq and Afghanistan. Senator Kerry voted for an earlier version that paid for the appropriation by repealing certain parts of President Bush’s signature tax cuts. He would later vote against the final bill in protest of military policy in Iraq. As his campaign spokesman said in his defense, “better an inarticulate answer than an inarticulate policy that has cost American lives.” It didn’t seem to matter; the label stuck.
And even more damaging was the emergence of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. Several veterans who served with John Kerry in Vietnam, with the financial aid of Republican donors, launched a political advocacy group to challenge Senator Kerry’s account of his wartime service, deny and correct his allegations of war crimes, and block his aspirations to become Commander-in-Chief. Their television ads were political superweapons, framing Senator Kerry as unpatriotic, dishonest, and militarily incompetent.
The tactics of these attacks operate via a simple rhetorical method. Veterans represent the nation in challenging and difficult service and are considered noble for what they volunteered or were drafted to do. Our culture traditionally exalts sacrifice and putting the nation before yourself. It represents the ultimate virtue. To oppose them in any way comes off as dishonorable and offensive to what they represent: not themselves, but the nation. Transitive property, opposing the troops means opposing America, not a good look for those seeking public office. Kerry’s voting gaffe falls in this category, while the Swiftboater attacks combined appeal to authority, in the form of other veterans, with Kerry’s alleged disrespect for their service record. This writer, for one, found this line of attack very persuasive as a first-time voter in 2004. I likely wasn’t alone, as George W. Bush easily won reelection.
Fast forward to the political candidacy of Donald Trump in 2015. As the Atlantic article revisits, Trump attacked John McCain’s record, saying he’s “not a war hero.” Then, as now, Trump was raked across the coals. What would sink most presidential campaigns just became another daily dose of controversy from Trump’s unorthodox campaign. Not only did he not apologize or repent, he continued his attacks.
Who can forget the presidential debate on the eve of the South Carolina primary? Prompted by the moderator, Trump doubled down on past comments he made about President Bush’s decision to invade Iraq. Calling it a “big fat mistake”, Trump lamented the loss of lives and treasure, concluding that “we should have never been in Iraq.” Jeb! countered with an awkward defense of his family, even bringing his sainted mother into the conversation. Trump was met by jeers and Jeb by cheers, but when the votes were tallied it was a Trump landslide, winning 32% of the vote to Jeb’s 7%. Questioning the Iraq war in 2004 was dangerous politically; in 2016 it was advantageous.
Perhaps, with the passage of time, the average voter became of the same mind as Candidate Trump. They witnessed more treasure squandered (6 trillion as of 2019), more lives lost (801,000), no stability or “mission accomplishment”, all the while being conditioned by the media to maintain course. President Bush’s claim in late 2003, that Iraqi democracy building was “worth our effort and sacrifice” turned out to be utterly false. When democracy is handed to Islamic countries, they vote for sharia law, not for freedom of speech and consumption of alcohol. Who could have thunk it? This change of heart was gradual. Ron Paul enjoyed tremendous grassroots support in 2008 for his heroic stand against forever war, and then Candidate Obama appeared to be inclined towards peace. The election of 2016 represented the tipping point, at least on the Republican side of the aisle.
That was Trump the candidate. Five years later his record as President can be analyzed. There is much to lament: U.S. troops are still in Syria, Afghanistan is about to celebrate two decades of nation building, U.S. support for Saudi Arabia’s barbarous campaign in Yemen has not ceased, and the defense budget is as “yuge” as ever. However, as TAC columnist Peter Van Buren wrote recently, under Trump U.S. foreign policy is trending in the right direction. In spite of both political parties, the beltway Blob, the media, even his own confounding choices like John Bolton, Trump has managed to deliver on his instincts towards de-escalation. Troop levels are down in Syria and Afghanistan, no new wars have been started, and most importantly, U.S. military fatalities have fallen from 1,912 under Obama to 123 under Trump.
How is it then, Mr. Goldberg, that fewer dead service members is proof Trump hates veterans? Is General John Kelly’s son Robert worth more to his country in his grave at Arlington or alive and well with his family? According to The Atlantic, it seems to be the former. In 2004 the method was hiding behind the troops while they were alive. In 2020 it’s hiding behind the troops when they are dead. The media is truly shameless.
As mentioned above, the virtue and selflessness our volunteers display is, in and of itself, noble. But a critical distinction must be made. It is the idea of sacrifice that is noble, not sacrifice itself. There is nothing fundamentally good or desirable about young men and women being maimed and killed on distant soil. Not in World War II, and not now. Each death is the shattered life of a grieving American family. A mother’s son, a father’s pride, husbands, fathers, wives, friends, gone, forever.
While visiting Robert’s grave, Trump allegedly said “I don’t get it. What was in it for them?” The Atlantic presents Trump’s comments as proof positive he doesn’t understand or appreciate their sacrifice. Support the troops or else. But what worked magic in 2004 against John Kerry didn’t work in 2016 and it might now work again in 2020. Why? The first reason is Trump himself. Despite his crassness and superficial callousness, whether it was his own instincts, his transactional business worldview, or his political cunning in observing the electorate, Trump has done something remarkable. He has shattered the narrative maintained by the war machine by redefining what it means to “support the troops.”
At Dover Air Force base in 2019, Trump hosted an emotional press conference where he claimed the “hardest thing” he had to do as Commander-in-Chief is sign letters for Gold Star families. He showed us that it is possible to support them while simultaneously questioning the “endless wars” they have been engaged in. The second reason is the electorate. Upon hearing his peace-like message in 2016, voters gave him a chance. Hit pieces like those published by The Atlantic will continue, as recently promised by Mr. Goldberg himself. Whether they will be enough to finally sink his movement will be known in just a few months.
As Richard Nixon said, the greatest title history can bestow is one of peacemaker. Win or lose in 2020, President Trump should be remembered not for being the perfect peacemaker, but for his genuine attempts at simply giving peace a chance against the overwhelming and well financed forces opposing him.

An Interview with Tampa Bay Rays President Brian Auld
Brian Auld, formerly employed with Goldman Sachs, moved to the Tampa Bay area at 12 years ago to work with his high school friend, Matt Silverman on the then Devil Rays ‘turn around project’. “It sounded like too cool of an opportunity to pass up. So, here I am.” He came into the organization in 2005 having graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA. He arrived with Andrew Freeman and Silverman. Silverman oversaw the business side of things and Auld oversaw a good chunk of the business side. When Freeman left (now president of operations with the Dodgers) Silverman became head of operations and Auld became team president. When asked how things are going as president of the Tampa Bay Rays, Auld said, “I think it’s going ok. There is a lot yet to be accomplished but I’m pretty proud of the fact that we’ve become even more focused on our mission, to energy the community to the magic of Rays baseball. And we’ve also put more resources into building an employee first community here. I always remind people that it’s not just lip service where we are. We know our staff and we do everything we can to put them above revenues, profits, customer service, fan experience, the product…everything else because we believe if we do accomplish that the rest of those things take care of themselves.”
Auld, born in Berkley, CA, grew up loving the Oakland A’s. “I grew up as a baseball fan. I spent six years in Japan where they are baseball crazy. My dad worked for Bank of America, which has offices in Japan. And, I always loved the game. I could never hit and I wasn’t particularly good at it but I could field a little bit.” His baseball heroes were Rickey Henderson, Mark McGwire, and Jose Canseco.
He loves his team now and politely says, “They’re all my favorites.” When pressed he admits Kevin Kiermaier, Chris Archer, and Evan Longoria are not only three of everybody’s favorites but they are also very near and dear to him. “They are the guys who have chosen to sign long term deals with us and are certainly leaving a huge mark with the team and choosing to be with the Rays long term because they believe in what our organization is doing.” Auld expresses his gratitude for the confidence Kiermaier, Archer, and Longoria have shown in The Rays and he adds “Obviously, we’ve shown some pretty serious confidence in them” as well.
His devotion to the Tampa Bay Rays extends well beyond the players and centers more on community. “We take very seriously our responsibilities as stewards of a community asset. I think the Tampa Bay Rays belong to both Stewart Sternberg and his partners but also to the Tampa Bay community. And we really try to run ourselves in a way that is consistent with that philosophy. We want the community to be proud of us; proud of what we do, how we do it, the way we go about it. We don’t kid ourselves that winning baseball games isn’t the number one way to do that, but in addition to putting as much energy and effort behind that endeavor we also want to do right by the community as a whole.” Auld acknowledges that winning games is the team’s greatest challenge in 2017 but feels it will be a good year for the team.” We don’t generate the revenues that would make it easy to compete year in and year out with the Red Sox, Yankees, Blue Jays – those teams all have payrolls that double and sometimes triple what we can pay our guys. And so, when you’ve got that kind of resource disadvantage it makes it hard to stay competitive. But I am really proud of what we’ve done over the time we’ve had the opportunity to run this organization. We’ve had four post season appearances which is remarkable. A lot of teams would give up a whole lot to have that kind of record. We are coming off a tough stretch the last two to three years but I think we have a team that can be very, very competitive again this year and we’re extremely proud of that.”
Auld received recognition last month at Equality Florida’s St. Petersburg Gala for his work with the community. Last year was the TBR’s 12th year holding a Pride Night. It began primarily as a group sale event. “We just wanted to reach out to the LGBTQ community in the same way we did to the African American and Latino communities, or even a particular church or religious group, just to get people out to the park and try to build a fan base from there.” In 2008, the Rays got involved with the It Gets Better Campaign and LGBTQ issues began to resonate more. “We recognized it was important to take a pretty firm stance that [the LGBTQ community] is a group that we certainly considered equal in every way to anyone else, anywhere.
In 2015, the Tampa Bay Rays were asked to sign on to the marriage equality Supreme Court amicus brief. “We were the first team to do it. After we did it only the San Francisco Giants and New England Patriots got on board. So, we were one of only three teams and it brought us a lot of attention, I think, within the gay community. And I like to think, locally it brought us a lot of credibility with the LGBT community. It says, we are not just quietly doing these things but we are grand marshalling parades and we are waiving rainbow flags and we stand with you all in this sort of crusade for equality.” Auld was asked to be on a conference call representing the entire business community, over 600 companies that had signed the amicus brief including Google, Apple, and companies much larger than the Rays. Of the request, Auld says, “When I asked Marc Solomon (national campaign director of Freedom to Marry) about it, who was running the effort, he said, ‘Look, you represent a sports team, in the south, and for you to be onboard with this speaks more highly that someone running a tech company in Silicon Valley or at least it brings things further.’ So, it was then we started to recognize potentially that we could actually play a real role in this whole endeavor. We did that and we started to see a little bit larger crowd come out for games. We had Billy Bean come down, the only former major league baseball player who was out who works with the commissioner’s office supporting inclusion and diversity.” There were people in the Rays outfield with signs that read “We Love the TB Gays” and he thinks it’s the first time that sign had been used in a non-derogatory manor. “It was great! We loved it and it felt good and we had more people here. We did that and we had stronger efforts behind it for a couple of years. We brought together leading members of the gay community to help plan the night, to make sure we were doing it appropriately, sensitively, and those folks have urged us to do more and more. Whether its handing out flags coming up with other elements and it’s been pretty wonderful. Not to say that there hasn’t been some unfortunate backlash but it’s been smaller than any one of us would have anticipated.”
With the Pulse massacre last June, Auld says Pride Night really took off. The Rays Pride Night was on the team’s schedule and just days before the Pulse shooting took place. “Internally we got together and said we’ve got to do something amazing and we didn’t know what that meant yet. Our owner said, ‘Do it, do it big, and do it right’. We didn’t know what it meant at that time.” They wanted to make sure that they dealt with the situation appropriately and reached out to gay community leaders for input. “Forty thousand people showed up here and more wanted to come. It was an incredible show of support for the gay community. I think it demonstrated very clearly that Tampa Bay has come a lot further than some might have wondered. And that while we all have different issues and we may be among the most politically divided communities in the Country, in terms of Republican/Democrat split and the like, we aren’t going to tolerate that kind of terrorism, hate-crime, or whatever word you want to use for what took place in Orlando. It was wonderful. We gave 100% of the proceeds from that night to the victims’ fund. And when I look back on 2016 it’s the highlight of the year.”
Auld want to continue to grow the Rays Pride Night organically. “We had so many show up for it last year that we’ll build some support going forward. I can’t expect that we’ll have 40K show up again but certainly have strong allies for the event in the gay community now. Facebook is going to spread the word. We expect people to come and to be together. I always say about any one of these community nights we do. One of the greatest benefits is we get a lot of people in the same room who might not otherwise get together. You see folks working on different parts of the same causes and making connections. And that’s one of the things that I think is great about baseball, that we can help provide that type of a venue for the community. It’s a three-hour long game. You put a bunch of people who care about the same thing in a small space together and they’ll come up with ways to advance that cause.”
Auld concludes by saying, “We’ve gotten an unusual amount of recognition for what we’ve done. I’ve been humbled and honored by the number of awards we’ve sort of gotten for this. But I think the biggest reason we do it is not because we are the largest business in Tampa Bay, we’re an extremely highly visible business. I think it’s just great that people are able to look at it see, oh yeah, there’s a big business that’s taken an outward stance on this. And I don’t think we’re the only ones. I think there are plenty. I want to make sure that I try to recognize all those other businesses doing all the same things but might not have quite the platform that we do to shout about it. Because important to keep fighting this fight everywhere.”
