Sandalphon's voice came out rougher than he intended it to when he had his arms securely locked around your waist.

You were finally ready. Finally ready to kiss him that is after a whole year of dating. And Sandalphon was a patient man. Not once has he ever pressured you into something you didn't want to.

But you were ready to kiss him. You were ready to be a real couple like the ones you read in books and see in all the towns you visit.

However, you were still very nervous, and when you voiced your nervous concerns to Sandalphon, he offered to fly you both up high and far away from anyone's prying eyes on the Grandcypher. And you had agreed.

Which was how you found yourself locked in his embrace. His wings easily keeping you both afloat as the clouds shielded you two.

"Is it the height?"

He asked a bit more gently this time.

You shook your head and gave him a shaky look, your lips wobbling and all pouty.

"What if I'm not a good kisser?"

You were always so soft and delicate. Easy to make cry if pushed hard enough. And it was always so cute to him. He never voiced these thoughts though, but it was definitely hard to control himself when you acted like that. (Not that you were "acting" perse, it was just your personality that he loved very much.)

"Then we can practice."

The moment the words left his mouth, he could see how your whole face erupted into flames. Your cheeks growing embarrassingly hot and your ears turning a bright red.

Though, he wasn't worried about flustering you, because he could immediately feel how you relaxed in his hold. And when you closed your eyes and tilted your face up to him.

Well, let's just say he was glad that he took you far away from the other crew members.

Sandalphon..... 💖 I had to get these immediately, though it looks like they haven't given us his full skybound arts image in data. I assume that will likely be in the patch he comes out. Only 6 dialogue portraits as well, which feels pretty consistent with the other playable characters.

I have a couple of requests for NPCs, I'll get to them hopefully today. Been busy with house repairs! 🙇‍♀️
