The equation is actually a very cool one, it's a pretty fundamental part of Chaos Theory! It's called Rish's Equation of Uncertainty (named after Gerard Bernard Rish who was a very influential figure in the development of Chaos Theory (he's also Dutch like me and I think that's pretty cool)) and it describes the effect of the certainty of some action occurring on the uncertainty of another action also occurring.

Im not very good at explaining it but Veritasium actually made a very good video about it! It's about 12 minutes long and very easy to understand if you wanna learn more about it!
